This newly remodeled and furnished 2 bedroom / 1 bathroom home has all the modern amenities you will enjoy, plus the charm and character of a turn-of-the-century property! Main level living includes family room with 70-inch flatscreen TV, comfy seating for 5, fully equipped kitchen with full size appliances and gas range, large kitchen table with seating for 6, bedrooms sleep 4 with large TVs, bathroom with spacious rain shower, heated floors and double sinks, rear entrance with mudroom. Washer and dryer in unit. Central A/C added summer 2021. Off street parking and RV parking available. Private front and back patio with grill, outdoor seating, fire pit, chiminea, and yard games. Home is equipped with cable and Wifi. Master Bedroom Features: -King Size bed, TV 2nd Bedroom Features: -Queen size bed, TV No Smoking / No Pets Other attractions within a 15 minute drive include: Pikes Peak, the Air Force Academy, the Broadmoor Hotel, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo & Will Rogers Shrine, Bear Creek Dog Park, Seven Falls, Cave of the Winds, Manitou Cliff Dwellings, , Dining, shopping, hiking and biking trails are all within walking distance!

Best holiday home that we have ever stayed in. Lots of extras, lots of attention to detail, quality everything! Cannot recommend highly enough.

Could not have asked for a more enjoyable place to stay, everything needed was provided, easy access to Al points of interest. My spouse says all that was missing was a spray wand for the shower. Fantastic property to stay in, highly recommend to any one, must see.

Lovely clean home close to I-25 that takes you everywhere you need to go. WalMart and grocery store are very close. Home owner goes out of her way to make sure you feel at home and the amenities are just what you need, especially when traveling. It would have taken an extra suitcase to take towels and sheets. Thank you again for a wonderful stay Jennifer!

This cottage has an especially nice, modern kitchen. The front outdoor seating/relaxing area is well done and we spent a lot of time reading out there and enjoying the weather. The house is convenient to the main drag and to Hwy 24. Very easy to communicate with the owners. They even btought over brand new living room rug while we were out because the old one did not meet their standards. A recommended stay!

We had a great time staying in this property while our son was doing orientation at CSU. The house is clean and well kept and close to shops, dining and CSU. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay! The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen well stocked for items to cook and having games to play helped create some fun memories for our family. The only downfall was the confusion about off street parking. The description talked about having it, but in actuality, we ended up having to park on the street. Parking was abundant, so it wasn't an issue.

THis place is amazing!! Beautiful black and white tile, beautiful furniture and appliances, there is a pro oven and stove and microwave. The shower is like a waterfall, the space is incredibly relaxing and peaceful!! My whole family loved it, and never stopped complementing me on my find!

Property was everything it was billed as. Parking was iffy, and no propane grill, but everything else was as described. Weather was "all the elements" while we were there. Canadian wildfire smoke, rain, fog, haze, HAIL, nobody's fault. Would stay here again (hoping for better weather).

Cute little house! It was very clean. It’s very centrally located…about a 20 minute walk or 3 minute drive to shops and restaurants. There are other houses very close by but a privacy fence surrounds the entire property.

The cottage is just as advertised and the photos were very accurate. The location is about a mile from the old town core and the neighborhood is quiet. For athletes, it is only about 400 m to the midland trail that connects to the city's running/cycling path network.
The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and even storage containers to take food out. The provided coffee pods and gift basket were very appreciated!

This lovely cottage has been beautifully renovated, is well appointed, and has great outdoor space. It is actually much nicer than the pictures indicate. The owner is also extremely responsive and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

I had an amazing time at this property. Everything was perfect!

The property was exactly what we expected and we loved every part of it!!! The owner was amazing!!! They had some water meter issues during our stay, she communicated directly with me and we had no issues with their repairs. We sincerely hope we have an opportunity to stay here again!!!
