Open concept kitchen and living room make a great gathering place. Living room features a queen size sofa sleeper, 4k Roku HDTV and seating for 6. Property is nice. Parking garage is horrible! Spaces are very tiny and people parked in our spot 2nd night. Arthur did quickly reimburse us for the amt we had to pay to park but it was annoying.

Make sure that you have a small car to park in the garage. If it is a low riding car it will drag on the way into the garage. The bathrooms need help. The shower in the both bathrooms have concrete floors. Do not know if I felt cleaner or more dirty after the shower. The toilets are for toddlers, very small and sit very low. The master bedrooms walls do not got to the ceiling and and has a sliding door. You could definitely hear what was going on. The second bedroom has an accordion style door, so definitely not sound resistant at all. The living room and kitchen were nice with an open floor plan. Concrete floors throughout. Would probably never stay again at the location, but it is what it is..

Posh Loft is well located, just a block from City Museum and with the Arch, restaurants and grocery shopping all within easy walking distance. The loft is stylish and comfortable, with plenty of room to hang out and relax. Arthur is attentive to email queries and requests. Will definitely stay here again.

The loft was really nice. It had plenty of extras like shampoo, soap, towels, dishes, etc. We really enjoyed our stay. We went to the Arch and did the Anheuser Busch tour which I recommend. We also went to the Shopping Outlet which was a nice one. Our only issue was with parking being so tight, but our driver did amazing, so it really wasn't an issue. We were a little disappointed that a lot of restaurants had closed in downtown, but our area really had a lot to offer.

We had a lovely time staying in this loft. Arthur and Ashley were thoughtful hosts, even providing toiletries and coffee! My husband and I lived in st louis a few years ago in a downtown loft lime that one and it was a lovely walk down memory lane.
A couple things to note prior to booking: parking is VERY tight in the garage, with concrete pillars around everywhere. We had a little kia forte and I managed to dent the door up quite a bit :(
Second thing: walls in this loft are rather thin and echo. There are the most annoying yappy dogs next door who begin batking at 7am and WONT SHUT UP!

Stylish and comfortable
Posh Loft is well located, just a block from City Museum and with the Arch, restaurants and grocery shopping all within easy walking distance. Very clean, spacious and inviting. We enjoyed our stay. Not the best area to walk around at night, even per the permanent residents but in the day it is fine and with the garage if you are driving, feel very secure. We couldnt have asked for more…. Well stocked and hospitable hosts who respond quickly

We booked this property for our annual Women's Weekend for 5 adult friends. We really enjoyed the loft, building location, roof top deck and Arthur was a great host. We defiantly would recommend this listing for a group of friends or a family with kids!!

Wonderful stay in a beautiful place and location
The loft was located in the most central spot and we could walk to most of the places we wanted to visit. Super clean and comfy! Arthur was extremely attentive and responsive every time I needed assistance and made sure all was going well. My children and I had an incredible time! The bathtub was my favorite part of the loft, just what a mom needed after long days of walking and sight seeing! Highly recommend!!🙂

My friend and I met here for the weekend, this is the best VRBO I have ever stayed in. The property is very clean, it has such a relaxing atmosphere and is walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Arthur replies back to texts or phone calls right away if you need anything. We will definitely be back !

Downtown gem
Arthur was great. Any questions he addressed in a timely manner. Check in /out process super simple the property was clean and it’s close to everything. I would def stay here again whenever I am back in town.

It was a perfect getaway
Arthur made sure everything we needed was available. The property was beautiful, clean, and very put together. The parking was very tight but it was nice not having to worry about finding somewhere to keep the car during our stay. The location was a beautiful spot to be able to walk and explore new places. Highly recommended!

St Louis stay
Good, well equipped apartment, with relatively easy check in process. One slight negative is the bed in the main bedroom it is not very comfortable and very noisy when moving around. Overall very enjoyable stay.

STL VISIT
The renovation of the building to loft apartments was recent - the apartment feels new. Good WIFI, AC, elevator access. Arthur warned us the parking in the basement was tight and he was right. We will stay again but bring our smaller vehicle and leave the minivan at home.

I would recommend them any time on any day! I didn’t get a chance to meet ashleigh but just talking to her husband I fell in love with her too. I love the thought that went into this place. It’s a loft but very homey and I wasn’t ready to leave! Just go ahead and book please

10 stars for cleanliness and very responsive host!
This loft makes for a fun St. Louis stay. It’s walking distance from the arch, city museum, Union Station. It was immaculate, had more than enough amenities to cook simple meals. Arthur is extremely responsive. All in all, one of our best rental experiences.

Love for the Loft!
We wanted an interesting property with a great location and found it here! While we did some sightseeing, we also enjoyed the property, its location, and the wonderful businesses within walking distance. Arthur and Ashleigh were wonderful hosts!
