We did not have propane tanks for grill the house need darling curtains cause that sun comes in wakes you up first thing the showers where clogged the shower the guy came out to fix it the next day but would think they would check everything. The cable is in Spanish and no DVD but the house is beautiful it is nice just minor things

Wonderful modern house in the heart of Costa Diamente. The pool and hot tub were great to come back and relax in after a long day. We had a couple hiccups checking in but the host was very good about responding quickly and remedying any issues we had in a timely manner. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful property , great location, the owner called me a couple weeks after we confirmed our reservation and he told me that the house was double booked for the weekend of Roger Clynes concert Circus Mexicus and that if we would change weekends that he would give us a cash refund when we checked in, we agreed , and changed all of our plans .( this was a big deal for us as we were going for my sisters bachelorette party and her favorite band is Roger clyne ) When we checked into the condo the owner sent someone who only spoke Spanish to show us around the house , no money was received for our return , the house was not stocked with towels , so I had to contact him for towels , the towels did arrive later that day. It is a beautiful house perfect location we had a wonderful weekend . However the owner / person that runs the home was dishonest with us and despite me contacting him multiple times and setting up times to meet he magically never got a hold of us when it was time to bring us the refund . A big part of my time was spent trying to get our one night refund back that he offered so we would switch weekends and he kept promising to bring/ meet to deliver ! So long story short if you book this house don’t trust any promises of refunds 😕

We all had a really great time! We loved the house, especially the hot tub. And it was so close to the beach. We would definitely stay again 😊

I'm gonna start with the pros.. very convenient and short walk to beautiful beach. Pool was clean and refreshing. Gated community felt very safe.Short drive to great restaurants and stores. .. that was the good part. ..Soon as we arrived the internet was not working contacted the owner who then rapidly contacted a Pascual who came to check the internet said signal was down and had to call the internet provider in the morning. I understand things happen but that was just the beginning. Next the air conditioner to the upstairs master bedroom stopped working in the middle of the night. We had to move to the next room which had bunk beds. I contacted the owner in the morning and didn't receive a response until late in the evening the next day! Thank goodness Pascual gave us his number in case we needed anything. He did fix the air conditioner a few hours later but by that time we had already moved all out stuff to the bedroom downstairs since upstairs was so hot. The jetted bath tub in the master did not work. The internet was finally "fixed" but wifi was horrible could not connect to laptop which was very important for my work. In reality the wifi never worked. When we arrived the house was infested with flies. We were given bug spray to help with the flies. Completely unacceptable. Shouldn't that have been done prior to arrival? The home itself was not in great shape specially the kitchen, definitely needs tlc. We rented this home for 5 days an I am completely appalled at the lack of response and care this owner had for us. I thought we were going to be in a luxury setting for the price, but definitely not worth the money. I would not recommend.
