Poor location

Great size room. Nice staff.

This is not really a hotel, it is a remodeled apartment building in the middle of ghetto looking neighborhood. 15-20 min walk from the station. Pillows also are very horrible.

Geweldig kamer, locatie wat minder

Ontzettende grote kamer, met een aparte ruimte met tafel en stoelen en tv (geen Netflix mogelijkheid). Heerlijk bed, fijne douches, ontzettend behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel. Het ontbijt is heel eenvoudig; je krijgt een mandje met een pakje melk, yoghurt, wat cruesli, je kunt wat mini broodjes pakken en je krijgt boter en een aantal jammetjes.

Het hotel zit 15 minuten lopen van het station af, maar zit ook in een wijk waar verder echt niets is. Je kunt naar een straat lopen waar een Lawson en een 7/11 zit, maar verder zit daar ook niet. Dus de locatie vond ik wat tegenvallen.

とにかく全体的にキレイで使いやすかったです。ベットはとても寝やすく、最高でした。バストイレも別れており、清潔でした。室内全体的におしゃれでくつろげました。広島駅からも歩いて移動できました。

特にないかと。強いてあげれば、部屋着が室内になると便利でした。

Lovely hotel in Hiroshima

We loved our stay at Lazuli! The hotel is trendy and our room was very big and cozy. The two single beds were huge and the amenities provided very nice. The staff is young, very nice and speaks English well. Recommended!

The position is ok but not ideal, as it is far from the city center (20/25 minutes with public transport) and in the area there are not many good restaurants or things going on at night. The train station is 10 min away by foot.

Enjoyed our stay very much. Location is little bit out of the city center but close to the street car station.

Very modern also still has traditional Japanese feel. Staff is very friendly.

The staff was kind and very helpful. It's about 7-10 minutes walk from the station, and it is located in a very quiet neighbourhood. The best value for money I have so far gotten in this trip.

Lovely boutique hotel in Hiroshima

I loved everything about this hotel, it's really stylish, with lots of lovely details, really spacious rooms, excellent coffee, good WiFi, in a quiet neighborhood about 15 minutes walk from the railway station, very helpful and friendly staff... everything was perfect, it's fantastic value for money. I wish I could give 11 points.

The hotel is relatively new and the room is specious . There is a bath and shower

Modern quiet stay

Large rooms, more like an apartment, also good for a family, modern, stylish, new. As in the pictures. Evening sun and view on the river was relaxing after an active day. Tram stations and convenience stores within a few minutes by foot. The area is safe. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

best value hotel , will stay here again if we visit Hiroshima again.

fantastic design, extremely spacious and looks like newly completed. Place is spotless, loved the heated bathroom. Highly recommended, it is walking distance to Hiroshima Station. We had a peaceful quiet stay without disturbance.

lift could only fit 2 persons plus 2 big luggage due to weight limit.

Spacious, luxurious hotel next to the Enko river and just a short tram ride from central Hiroshima

the room was spacious and clean .. I really enjoyed the bath the most, it is equipped with a tub and a shower and has more than enough space to comfortably take a bath or a quick shower ..

One of the best little secrets in Hiroshima!

This was a lovely small hotel and you can see that the staff takes very nice care of the place. They were friendly upon check-in as well as whenever I ran across them throughout my stay. The room was absolutely lovely and the small details like an included multi-type phone charger in the room, high quality local pour over coffee packs and quality amenities really gave a feeling of class and luxury. It was a great stay and the price was absolutely perfect. At the price of my stay, I would have a hard time choosing any other hotel. It was a great deal. As said in Japan, the Cos-pa(cost performance) was top notch. If I can find a similar price at this hotel in the future, this will be the hotel I stay at whenever I come to Hiroshima.

Most beautiful room in Japan so far!

It’s a beautiful accommodation with spacious rooms. Best room we had so far in Japan!

We had to wait for 4 hrs to be able to check in. Early check in was not possible as there was no one speaking English. We also had appointed the room next to the lobby, which is a very noicy place. We had to pay extra to get another room.

Amazing!

Such an amazing and nice hotel, would have loved to stay more than one night here. Room was new and clean and the staff was super friendly. Even though they struggled a bit with speaking English they tried so hard to have a conversation and make you feel at home.

I booked this hotel because it was quite close to the station. You have to walk a bit before you are in an area with restaurants etc.
