We really enjoyed our stay and would return.

The pool was pristine - we enjoyed an evening swim under starry skies. The grounds and gardens are very nice with lots of seating areas to relax. We liked being able to park at the property and walk into town. Staff were friendly, available, and helpful. Our room on the top deck was spacious & comfortable and had little views of the ocean which was especially stunning at sunset. Overall our family loved our short stay here and would return.

Not terrible but not good

Quinta Santa Rosa is in a great spot in Todos Santos.

Many of the listed amenities weren’t working or were in poor condition. The bar pricing was outrageous. And it is loud and bright so sleeping was poor

Great town, very comfortable stay

Very nice & nicely maintained. Staff friendly, Miguel as well as the owner very helpful with advice. Located about 3/4 mile downtown & 15 min ride to the fine & safe (water & otherwise) Los Cerritos beach.

The kitchen was not open. It might have come in handy but short 3/4mi ride to many eating options downtown

Juste un regret : le séjour fut d une seule nuit mais j aurais très volontiers prolongé

Très bel hôtel !! La chambre était très confortable,la literie parfaite . Très bon goût dans la décoration en ce qui concerne la chambre mais aussi l extérieur. La piscine est superbe!

Una grata experiencia para un fin de descanso.

Es un lugar muy agradable , sus camas muy cómodas y las instalaciones están rehabilitadas por lo que están en perfecto estado. El personal es sumamente amable y al pendiente de ti.

No tiene estacionamiento como tal, pero hay donde estacionarte afuera. Tuve un detalle en mi habitación con el piso de arriba y desafortunadamente no pude comunicarme por booking ni por teléfono con alguien que pueda apoyarme con el ruido extremo que había en la habitación superior, pero entiendo que eso es culpa de un huésped sin respeto por los demás en horas que son de descanso.

Close to town, good pool

I’ve stayed here a few times and think it’s a good option for staying in town while visiting Todos Santos. The staff is friendly and the pool is nice to have.

The room could use some updating. I was a little put off by the bartender. Last time I was there, he brought me little bites of sushi that I did not order (twice!). I thought it was a nice gesture, but then I got a bill for the food I didn’t order! And frankly, food i would not have ordered. Then, he asked for a tip on top of it. I didn’t appreciate that or his unwanted flirtatiousness.

Sweet little spot

Love the courtyard & pool. The AC worked great and the staff was very attentive, friendly and helpful. Nice bar & restaurant too. Nice little stroll from town

Breakfast choices were limited but adequate. Location is away from the "tourist" area.

breakfast was good. the room was comfortable. the pool was very clean and sun beds were comfortable. the whole property was in immaculate condition. Staff is super friendly and attentive. It is very quiet at night as well.

it was hard to find places to hang up wet towels and swim suits.

Hidden gem. Small hotel in Todos Santos. Clean room. Great pool & bar. Breakfast was delicious albeit on the slower side (like much in Mexico).

Farm feeling style small hotel.

Small, great rooms, great pools, great staff.

Bring cash to pay, my rate was $189 and when they charged me i dont know why still it cost me $210. they said rate exchange but $20 was just too much for that.

nice location and public areas. rooms and beds let it down.

very relaxing public spaces. nice breakfast and kind staff.

beds were a random size and uncomfortable. room was quite dirty - especially the bathroom. for $200+ per night you’d hope under the beds would be swept and the bathroom really scrubbed clean.

Friendly staff

The staff was friendly but that’s where the good part ends. The rooms where never cleaned during our 3 day stay. The shower drain was clogged. The music at the bar was loud and started at 8am. Our room was supposed to be sound proofed but I could clearly hear roosters and dogs the whole day. Also with very late notice we where told that breakfast wasn’t served on one day. All in all not a good value for money in todos santos.

Overrated

Interior parking. the pool area is very nice and well maintained but the room were dark, ugly and standard hotel forniture was missing.

The room was very dark and was missing basic forniture. The facility seemed deserted and we got a room with 2 queen beds + foldout couch, which was unnecessary. The room missed nightstands at each sides of the beds. All of this for $250 per night.

I’d go back to this hotel but the town is a total write off.

Too expensive for what you get!

Beautiful garden & pool. Spacious room with comfortable bed and pillows.

We were not told at check in that if you wanted your room cleaning you had to ask. When we returned from the beach on our 3rd day and the room still hadn't been cleaned we were told you had to ask, however it was too late as the cleaner had left. In 3 days our room was never cleaned, so we swept the floor ourselves and took our own garbage out. The hotel gave a free breakfast as an apology. The rooms feature lots of dark wood and bed linens which don't match the Todos Santos vibe. The price is very high for what you get. The sun loungers are wooden without a mattress so not usable. Every evening the play loud horrible rock music from the bar, despite it being empty. I have stayed in various places in Todos Santos and this was by far my most disappointing & most expensive stay. No wonder it was almost empty. I won't be returning.

Very disappointing.

We were very disappointed with our stay at Quinta Santa Rosa. When we arrived in the room there were dirty towels left from previous guests. The trash cans had not been emptied and there was a foul smell coming from the bathroom piping. When we tried to report the issues we found that management had left the hotel at 4:00 not to return until the following day.

Very good

Beautiful place with large rooms, restaurant, bar, pool, and gated parking. It's a great place to relax and enjoy with a group of family and friends.

There is no Staff on the property after 10pm. The first night, they left earlier causing inconvenience since we rushed back to the hotel to avoid having to park outside the property. The gate for cars is closed when they leave and there is a side gate to gain entrance into the property. The rooms are decorated in dark colors and the lighting is a little dimmer than I like.

The location is great. Lots of parking. Beautiful pool and hot tub. Facilities were so clean. Staff always available and accommodating. Bar and kitchen open throughout the day and evening. Delicious food and drinks. We had the best time!
