Beautiful and spacious home with amazing views! Perfect for three families traveling together. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and soaking in the hot tub. Close to Waterville Valley for skiing. Great communication with host.

I have been renting properties for the past few years either for New Years or for my husbands Birthday which is in January and I have never stayed in a house that was so well equipped, so clean, organized and absolutely gorgeous. Our group was pretty large and we felt like we had enough space. The owner is absolutely great, he responded to all my questions immediately and was extremely professional and nice.
I will definitely recommend this property and will most definitely stay there again.

This home is a 'wow' property! The views were amazing and luxury touches are throughout the home. Fishing, hiking, and swimming are all a short drive away. Vladimir is exceptionally attentive as host, going above and beyond to smooth out our reservation process and ensure our stay was meeting our expectations.

The house was beautiful! The deck was fabulous. Used the jacuzzi every day, mostly at night during the sunset. Sat out there every morning early to read. The Dollar General close by was very helpful for the basic essentials.
Our only concern was the unexpected visits by various workmen and a 9:30pm Amazon delivery which really freaked us out. We had young children with us and would have appreciated an email letting us know if someone was coming to the house for any reason.
Other than that , the communication between us was fast and efficient.

We had a fantastic stay at this property. We were a group of four adults and four teens, and this was an excellent home base for our White Mountain adventures. It is convenient for hiking, Echo Lake, Lincoln, and WoodstockThe property was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Beautiful views!
My family had a lovely time! The house is large and has a great view off the back porch that is breathtaking. Our host, Vlad, is on the ball and extremely responsive, which we really appreciated since had a few issues. The bedroom on the first floor has see-through fireplace into the living room and see-through curtains that let the sunlight in every morning. The porch is huge with comfortable chairs and lounge chairs, plus fire pit where we roasted marshmallows. Upstairs there is an even bigger bedroom that is the largest master bedroom I've ever seen, plus two smaller rooms with bunk and multiple beds great for kids, then a final bedroom that is large as well. There is one bathroom upstairs to share among the rooms but the master has it own bathroom. In addition to the house, we were able to go to the pool, beach on the lake, and top of Mount Washington! We had a lovely time! Thank you!

The house, view, service, location was all exceptional. We confortably house our family with lots of different needs, plenty of space for everyone. The view is unmatched. The local community center is charming and perfect for kids and adults alike. We will definitely be going back!

Totally Awesome
After the 'WOWs' had stopped and we were settled in I'm glad my nephews were there. There was so much technology with the TV and stereo system I was amazed what we could do. The kitchen was so well appointed we could feed the whole family and guests or make a single meal. One family member is an executive chef in LA and said you would hardly ever see such things in a private home. The views were totally breathtaking and the pictures don't do it justice. The rooms are spacious and now my wife wants to redo our bathrooms after seeing these. I'd highly recommend the property .

Mountain sanctuary with a great location

Winter vacation
This was such a beautiful home with incredibly cordial and helpful owners. The view from this property cannot be beat. It is such a peaceful location. I would love to come back in the summer to enjoy the amenities as well as the views.

We all had a great time getting snowed in at this amazing property. The house and views are beautiful. We made very good use of the hot tub and the fireplace. It was a wonderfully relaxing time with friends. Would definitely go back!

My wife and I just stayed at this beautiful home with 9 of our friends for the weekend and we could not be happier! The house is incredible and the views go on forever! The property has everything you would need for the perfect vacation. Everything was smooth and seamless and the property owners were exceptionally accommodating and super nice people! We can not wait to come back it was a solid 10 star weekend!!

Thanksgiving in New England
This beautiful home served as the perfect setting for our family’s New England Thanksgiving getaway. The house is absolutely immaculate with high end finishes and appliances. Vladimir even put up a Christmas tree to welcome us to his beautiful home! Everything was perfect. Vladimir was also incredibly responsive when we (non-northerners who are not used to the snow) got some snow and had questions about the road and driveway upkeep. Don’t miss this beautiful home for a mountain escape! The pictures don’t do it justice.

Family Wedding Weekend!
This home was absolutely amazing and the photos do not do it justice! Immaculate, breathtaking views, lovely furniture and incredibly spacious. The owner always responded quickly to my questions before we arrived and he checked the house before we arrived to be sure everything was ready for us. The location was perfect and just a few minutes from Owls Nest where the wedding festivities were held...Waterville Valley is a 10-15 minute up the valley road with many hiking and outdoor activity options as well! While we did not do any cooking the gourmet kitchen is very well equipped!

Beautiful property with an amazing view!
As others have stated, the pictures simply can't do the view justice! The sunsets, shimmering off the water in the valley far below are simply amazing, and a highlight of each day. The early mornings are equally as peaceful, looking out at the mist over the valley below from the deck with morning coffee. The kitchen was very complete, bedrooms were comfortable and private. Family dining out on the deck was wonderful. The local store, Campton Cupboard has everything you need, including propane exchange for the firepit. Very easy access to Route 93 gets you to Plymouth or Lincoln quickly for all other needs, restaurants, attractions etc. Excellent central location overall. Vladimir was very responsive any time I had a question. Great experience, highly recommend the property!

Amazing Experience
Everything was perfect, we were visiting that part of the US for the first time. The house is a paradise with amazing views, everything was in great condition and it was an amazing experience for the whole family. We highly recommend that you stay at this house if visiting New Hampshire. There are many things to do convenient to this location. Will look to visit again soon.

Amazing house and location
I stayed here with 10 friends/family members and everyone absolutely loved it. The house is very open/spacious, clean, and fully updated. The view from the deck was incredible (even better than most of the hikes we went on), so we spent most of our time here around the large table, in the hot tub, and around the fire pit at night. Vladimir was extremely helpful and responsive with all the questions I had. Would definitely come back!
