About this condo rental
Located in Cedar Key, this attractive condo for $297 per night is a great choice for your next break. Cedar Key is open and ready for your visit!!! As you cross the bridge into Cedar Key you immediately relax as you go back in time to a simpler life. The condo location is perfect....park your car/truck and walk to everything....restaurants, shopping, Dock Street, and the fishing pier. **There are 2 flights of stairs, no elevator!! Our condo will offer you a birds-eye view of the Gulf from your private balcony on the top floor where you can watch the dolphins play or feed. The newly furnished condo offers you 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, with a murphy bed in the family room which, by the way, boasts a 65" TV. It will sleep 6 comfortably. Electronic entry door for contactless check-in. A security camera is located outside the entry door and turned off after check-in. The camera is only on during vacancies for security and not on during your stay. We allow one small/medium dog under 20 pounds that has all shots and is on flea prevention. There is a $60 pet fee that is non-refundable. Your dog must be on a leash at all times and you must also pick up after their waste. We do not provide bed furnishings for your fur baby so please bring what they need. This condo is on the 3rd floor, with lots of stairs and no elevators. You will get a workout unloading your supplies but the view from the balcony is worth it. There is a small dock on the grounds, however, no overnight docking is allowed. Only short stops (15 minutes) are allowed for pickup / drop off / reload coolers / clean fish, etc. Discount for any stay 7 nights or longer. The discounts will reflect in your quotes. Living Room boasts a murphy bed that folds out to a queen bed and a large TV with Spectrum, Samsung TV Plus, and Roku. Internet service as well. Balcony where you can watch the dolphins play and many species of birds. Beautiful views for morning sunrise and enjoy your coffee. Kitchen will have what you need. Coffee bar (Keurig and drip) with both of each available. Inside laundry room with laundry soap. Master bedroom with King size bed and Roku TV and master bathroom. Guest bedroom with Queen size bed and Roku TV.

We always love staying at Fenimore Mill, and this property was beautiful. It is very clean and fully stocked. It is an easy walk to Dock Street and the views from the balcony are breathtaking. We will be back!

We were promised old Florida and weren’t disappointed. The weather was kind, chilled week, enjoyed the location, stunning sunrises, watching dolphins and ospreys. The accommodation was well maintained and equipped; the communal pool was a welcome bonus. Managed a trip out to the Seahorse Key marine facility, be warned the bugs only get public visitors 5 days a year!

This condo is exactly as advertised. Very clean and a beautiful 3rd floor view. An assortment of coffee and creamers were provided along with a snack basket. Plus the host had every spice and seasoning you could think of for cooking.
Cedar Key was perfect for a quiet and relaxing long weekend away from work. It's only been a little over a month since Hurricane Idalia hit, but the majority of restuarants and stores were back open. This area was hit hard, but everyone was so gracious to be back open and ready for visitors. I can't say enough about how nice and friendly everyone of the locals were. We definitely hope to visit Cedar Key and the AquaVista again soon.

My husband and I wanted to finally go on vacation after 36 years married. We wanted quiet and non touristy. This was the perfect location. The condo was well maintained , clean and super comfortable. All the essentials provided , fully stocked kitchen (bring your own food) but there were a few spices and snacks already there. Beds super comfy too. The view and breeze off the ocean is perfect ! Easily walk anywhere in town from this location. Or golf cart. Or drive your own vehicle. We had no issues getting around. Locals are super fire and helpful. Lots of great food nearby. Easily day trip to cool springs in surrounding areas. Perfect if you’re looking for a place that isn’t over run with gobs and gobs of people. We are ready to move to Cedar Key. We loved our stay!

Our stay was just wonderful. Just the place to go and get away and relax. I am from a small town so this place feels like home for me. Loved every minute of my stay and I am looking forward to doing it again next year.

We arrived a little early sent Becky text. Room wasn't quite ready as we were early. We went got lunch just as we sat down got a text room was ready! Drve over got luggage mad way up the stairs 3 flights.... work out lol! The condo was great view was awesome bed was very comfortable. Kitchen had everything you needed. Linens were great. Only problem was l couldn't get tv to work but a couple text later was working perfectly... was umm user error. Great experience would definitely stay here again!

We had a great visit here in Cedar Keys! Beautiful furnishings and so comfortable! Nice bed and pillows! Felt like home :) Great area for fishing and relaxing. The area was very quiet and peaceful. We would definitely stay again!

This place is great if you don’t mind walking the steps..lol.. perfect place to relax. The condo is very nice and has everything you need. It’s close to everything. You can walk up to the beach and the pier, but I suggest renting a golf cart to get allover. The host Becky was quick to answer any questions too. We will definitely be back 😉

Becky has a beautiful home. She has many accommodations to it. She provided everything we could need and possibly forgot. The view was amazing and the dock was a perfect place to fish.

Becky made our stay very nice. Her attention to detail is awesome. Everything was inclusive from coffee pods, detergent, snacks and even a can of locally produced clam chowder! Cedar Key is off the radar screen making a quiet stay wonderful. The local restaurants food is great with a great atomsphere, they decide when they open & close so plan ahead! Again, Becky is a wonderful host!

I can’t even begin to tell you how perfect this vacation was for our family. The accommodations were outstanding and there were so many additional accessories that we used as far as the laundry, dishwasher & spices in the cupboard. Very well equipped ! Becky was so sweet and always responded immediately to my questions or concerns of which I had none when I was staying there just prior questions when booking. This location is awesome and has a lovely view of the Gulf of Mexico. Dolphins out front and lovely birds on intercostal waterways . Can’t wait to return for another visit!!

Awesome place cedar key is, and this property is even better. They have everything you need plus more. Great location. 7 minute walk to all the restaurants. Amazing view. You see many dolphins.

We arrived on Easter Sunday. The restaurants were open and all the food was excellent.
The 5 of us all slept well. I would recommend the place to everybody.
The view of the Golf was amazing. We watched Dolphins playing in the water.
The whole family enjoyed the pool and hot Tub.

We have a lot of experience w/rentals. This place is exceptional. The kitchen is the best equipped we've ever seen - generously stocked w/whatever you need. We've rented more updated units that were lovely but this one is clean and very, very comfortable (the furniture, the layout, the mattresses). The owner is very attentive. We had an issue and within 30 min, it was resolved. And view is fantastic. We're already planning our stay for next year.

The unit is very clean and comfortable and is beautifully decorated. The view from the deck is breathtaking. We watched dolphins swimming by nearly every day and saw so many different birds. The pool and spa were clean and just a short walk away from our door. Cedar Key is such a relaxing place. We ate great food, did a golf-cart tour of the island and met some lovely people. Highly recommend this place!!!

The Condo was clean and just as described. Nice view all day long! Becky had great communication. Cedar key is quiet and peaceful with a lot of history. It has just the right amount of people and restaurants, Unlike most areas in Florida, there is no loud traffic noise, there were no loud obnoxious crotch rockets, no loud piped out cars (fart cars as I call them) with loud obnoxious music booming, no loud semi truck noise, no police or fire sirens… essentially just the sound of gentle waves, birds, and dolphins (yes dolphin sounds), and an occasional passing boat… This condo was the perfect place to experience the Gulf and nature! Thank you Becky for sharing!

We spent twelve wonderful days at Aqua Vista! You can simply relax or you can explore and find plenty to do.
Take a walk downtown to the local eateries and shopping areas or check out the marina and book a fishing trip. Walk down to the fishing pier and watch the locals fish. The beach/park area is within walking distance and you can rent kayaks there. We also rented a golf cart for a day to do a little more touring of the outer area of the island - it is so beautiful. Don't forget to eat some local clams and oysters - delicious! We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The balcony view is fabulous - don't miss sunrise at least one morning. Bring a few groceries with you as everything you need to make a meal is provided. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit - what a great way to start retirement. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo.
