The open floor plan will allow your group to mingle and enjoy one another's company whether you're preparing meals for the day, or enjoying the ambiance the decorative fireplace provides. Outside, the balcony located off the great room proves to be the perfect place to pull up a chair and read a book, soak up the sun, or pour a glass of your favorite Finger Lakes wine and enjoy the sounds of nature around you. Throughout this large, family friendly setting you'll find four private bedrooms for your group of travelers to choose from. Each bedroom will have you feeling comforted and relaxed the entire length of your stay. Conveniently located in Bristol Harbor Village which includes tennis courts and lake access down the road, and only 15 minutes south of downtown Canandaigua. You'll have plenty to do right at your fingertips – including fine dining at the New York Kitchen, favorite local breweries like Young Lion and Twisted Rail, or rent a kayak for the day at Canandaigua Sailboarding. Cliffside Harbor will have you craving another trip to your now favorite condo destination. This property is closely monitored for responsible renting and must abide by South Bristol Rental Guidelines. Short Term Rental – Operating Permit #2020-0024 Good Neighbor Statement: This home is located in a residential area in the Town of South Bristol and guests shall be courteous and respectful of the property and privacy rights of the residents of the neighboring houses and properties. Guests must comply with the Noise Law of the Town of South Bristol as set forth in Chapter 113 of the Code of the Town of South Bristol. All renters will be subject to New York Penal Law 240.20 or any successor statute regarding disorderly conduct. Littering is illegal. All fires must be attended. There shall be no use of, or trespass upon, lands of neighboring houses or properties for any purpose at any time. The use of fireworks and firecrackers of any kind are prohibited on the rental property. No recreational vehicles, travel trailers, tents, or other temporary shelters shall be used in conjunction with a short-term rental unit to house guests, tenants, or other individuals on the premises. Please note: Children are included in the maximum occupancy. Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests. Note: Smoking is not allowed in any rental property. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in description. Where pets are allowed it is indicated. Otherwise, pets are not allowed. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets. *Outdoor amenities, including furniture/ watercraft/ fire pits are not available between October 15- May 15*

Our group consisted of a 3 generation family, a pre-teen, two adults, and two seniors. The property would have held twice that many people so we had plenty of room to spread out. The condo was very well equipped with supplies including plates, cooking equipment, paper products, towels and the like. It was a 20 minute drive to Canandaigua, where there were restaurants, grocery stores, and entertainment. Other attractions like wine tasting, parks, and the lake were close by. We had a lovely week.

Booking was easily. Communication was efficient and property was clean and exactly as advertised. The views were gorgeous. It was a short drive to town among farmland and vineyards. Hopefully the elevator and/or the stairs to the waterfront get fixed soon. I was made well aware of this prior to our booking but it would have been nice to get access to the water. Would highly recommend this property.

The check in at 4:00 PM and checkout at 10:00 means you pay for seven days but only have five to enjoy it...very disappointing approach. One of the airconditioners dod not work; the hot water hearter did not work there were absolutely no supplies of any kind door in large bedroom did not work and we got stuck outside never told we had access to a private beach only one door key made coming and going very difficult. made the trip disappointing
