We had a good time. I misunderstood the condo description about the washer and dryer being outside the unit.

The view was amazing. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had very thing you needed. If I was going to say anything negative I personally didn’t like all the mirrors especially the mirrored shower. I would totally stay here again.

This was our first time in PK. The condo was great as was the property. The indoor pool was awesome for all the rain we experienced. Condo was well stocked and even had all the things needed for a fun beach day.

Really impressed by owner and how if there were any ?'s he was on it . Perfect for hubby and I. We will definitely be back. He checked in with us to make sure everything at check in was ok. Very nice condo, loved the views, had coffee on balcony, watched the dolphins play in the mornings. Loved everything about it !!

Just as pictured. 1 bedroom with small pull out couch, would not accomodate more than 2 adults + 1 small child. Nice to have half bath. Two units from elevator (2). Kitchen & utensils very clean. Unit provides cart + beach chairs & boogie boards & umbrella so no need to bring or rent on the beach. Table & chairs on balcony are bar height to see over railing but would be difficult for those with disabilities. Master bath sink is open to bedroom area, no ceiling fan in bedroom. Unit needs some TCL with paint but floors are all in good shape & A/C kept up with heat/humidity. Keep sliding patio door closed. Not very many restaurants within walking distance so be prepared to drive. Inside pool very nice option for those rainy & cooler days. 40 minute drive to Pensacola & depending on traffic 30 minute drive to Gulf Shores area.
We would stay again.

We loved everything about the stay. Would recommend some updating to the condo as the cabinets were sketchy and prior to our arrival a previous visitor had broken the pantry door. Did not affect how much we loved the beach.

Everything was beautiful and quite. Host was so friendly and helpful. This was our first time at the Perdido beach area but won't be our last and will try to stay at Peridido Sun again.

We were looking for a quiet, low key beach getaway. Being very pregnant I had many concerns but the property was so clean and the bed was like heaven (which often is not the case!). The people in the lobby were friendly and full of great tips. Pool area was impeccably clean and the beach was spotless. 10/10 would recommend.

Great location & beach. Condo was as advertised. Really nice beach view, comfortable bed & pillows. Plenty of towels. TV systems worked well. Only complaint was the kitchen is sparsely stocked (only 3 forks) and needed a thorough cleaning. Overall - great for a couples getaway.

Liked the property location. View was great! Nicely decorated too. We enjoyed our time there very much! The chairs for the beach were great! Just a note: we couldn’t find a spatula but made do. Didn’t want bother Craig with that, but you may want to have one on hand.

From the beginning our host has been spectacular! This was our first time coming to Perdido. We usually go to Destin but was wanting something less busy and more relaxed and this was spot on! The view is spectacular, the condo is clean, well furnished with the necessities, and the bed is so comfortable. This is perfect for a family of 3 or 4. The indoor heated pool is an added bonus for the cooler days as well. 10 OUT OF 10! We will be back!

This condo boasts lovely views of the Gulf and is clean and well appointed. Unfortunately, we didn't get to stay for the entire booking as my husband was having some medical issues. The owner is super responsive, understanding, and a 5-star host! I highly recommend this property!

Cute condo. Bed was comfy and made for a relaxing stay. Very close to beach. Condo has beach chairs and boogie boards. We rented lounge chairs and umbrella from the beach service. Beach was clean and beautiful. Loved the white sand and lots of shells. 8th floor had great views, even saw dolphins couple of days. Had issue with TV for streaming. Ended up using hot spot. Owner was very responsive. Would rent again.

The condo is perfect. Great ocean view. Close to everything. Craige has everything you need. The communication and help was greatly appreciated and suggestions on food was on point. FYI Wednesdays are 1-1 price sushi rolls at Jellyfish!! Thanks Again for everything!’

The condo was clean and well maintained. We had everything we needed as far as toiletries, linens and kitchen appliances/utensils. Very comfortable bed. Half bath was a great plus. Complex as a whole was also well maintained and clean. Easy access to beach and pools.

Excellent View!!!
Pros: Incredible view; owners were awesome to work with; LOVED the huge number of towels provided; loved the fact that it has a king size bed; very easy check-in/check-out; pool and beach access were very convenient!!
Cons: Bathroom is very cramped (but there is also a half-bath in the hall). Couch is not very comfortable.
