This is a small efficiency first floor condominium that is on the beach block. Perfect getaway for two people! You will have on site, off street, assigned parking that is 15 steps from your back door, making it so convenient to unpack. Parallel parking accommodates 18 foot vehicle. Front and rear entry. No elevator, no lobby. Keyless keypad entry. Wi-Fi is available. Unit is equipped with a Smart TV and you can use your Roku or Fire Stick. Unit is two short blocks from Rehoboth Avenue, allowing you to park your vehicle for the duration of your stay and walk to the beach, boardwalk, shops and dining. Bike rentals are located across the street if you wish to explore the many bike trails that take you from Rehoboth to Lewes and back. There is a beach wagon and chairs for your use. This property is NOT pet friendly.

My friend and I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The condo is even better in person than the pictures suggested, and bigger than we were expecting. The location is also absolutely perfect and we didn’t need a car at all. We would absolutely stay again!

This property was just as described. It was neat and clean. In addition it was well stocked with delightful little perks, such as the wagon and chairs for the beach, coffee, tea and paper goods.

This place was small but so cute! My husband and I have stayed on this street in Rehoboth a few times now and we were satisfied. It's close to the beach and main street, so it was perfect for us as we knew we only needed a place to sleep and planned to walk & eat out for most meals. We were a little worried about the Murphy bed but we both fit pretty comfortably considering we're used to sleeping on a king. The only downside for us was that parking is tight for the downstairs units so we weren't able to bring our bikes & bike rack as we originally planned. We were nervous my husband's truck wouldn't fit in the space (it definitely would not have) so we ended up taking our sedan instead which fit easily. There are plenty of bike rental places nearby which we could have utilized. The host also had beach chairs & a wagon available which was considerate.
We would definitely stay again for a long weekend getaway!

The location was ideal - just a short walk to the beach, boardwalk, etc. Our parking spot was only a few feet from the back sliding doors and made unloading a breeze! The property was the perfect size for us and the Murphy bed was surprisingly comfortable. The space was nicely decorated and was so clean! We will definitely be staying here again for our next trip!

I love this perfect little place so much! I can’t wait to book it again for next summer. Park your car and walk everywhere. Shops and restaurants galore plus very short walk to beach. I love that a wagon and chairs were included. It was so easy to set up a spot in the morning and enjoy for the day. In addition, the place is super cute, set up perfectly and had all the conveniences needed for a get away. Don’t wait to book this place (but leave a week for me)!

Just read the description on the Vrbo site, it's all true. The apartment is beautifully remodeled and beautifully decorated in beach motif (would you want it any other way?). One long block from the beach and two blocks from Rehoboth central.

This was our second time booking this location and we were very happy once again with everything. Excellent location ,and everything provided that we needed for our stay. Getting around the corner of the building to get to the parking space can be a little tight especially if there are cars parked in the spaces to the other units. We have a small suv and made it fine but a larger vehicle could be a problem. Will definitely book again!

We were in town for the Coastal Delaware Running Festival. This apartment was ideal - it was walking distance to the start and finish on the Boardwalk. It was also close to the beach, restaurants and shops. It was clean and cozy. We would stay here again!

We vacation in Rehoboth once a year. Check-in was a breeze, Tom was such a great help. Can’t beat the location, it was within walking distance of everything. It had everything we needed and we will definitely be using this place again.

What the place lacks in curb appeal and size it more than makes up for in charm and immensities. So nice not having to bring linens and towels, soaps and paper products. The kitchen is well stocked and the shower is nicer than our one at home. The murphy bed was a bit of challenge to make but surprisingly comfortable.
But the location is the best feature. Can't beat being able to park the car - off-street - and walk to the boadwalk/beach and shops and restaurants.
This was perfect for a quick weekend get away and we would definitely stay again.
Two very minor issues which the owners probably aren't even aware of are the blinds for the patio door which lose slats when opened or closed. It's just a matter or reclipping the slats back in. And I though the place had a bit of a musty smell like a house that needs aired out after being shut up without a/c for a time when it's humid. However, my husband didn't smell it.

This was our first time in a VRBO, and it was a very pleasant experience. Tom responded to all my emails quickly and accurately; check-in and check-out went smoothly and easily. The property itself was in a nice area of Rehoboth with the beach, boardwalk, and restaurants only a short walk away. Once we parked after arrival there was no need to drive anywhere. Included in the condo were beach towels, chairs, and a wagon. Everything we needed for a enjoyable stay was there. Towels and sheets were included, as was a kitchen stocked with dishes, flatware, and pots and pans. The bed and other furniture were comfortable and clean. The condo was exactly as advertised and we would absolutely stay here again.

This place is in a great location, close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Very clean. It was stocked with everything you would need. Plenty of extra towels, etc. A lot of storage to unpack and not feel too crowded. Having a reserved parking spot was really nice as well. I really liked this property and would stay here agan.

VRBO shame on you
Aside from ac that could use a tuneup the stay was as listed. Would have given a five star rating had my VRBO deposit been returned immediately, not 16 days. That’s a joke.

Beach Vacay
We had a great time at Rehoboth Beach and staying in this property. It was close to the beach and downtown. Once we parked our truck we were able to walk to beach and places to eat in Rehoboth. We rode our bikes to Lewes for breakfast one morning. Would definitely recommend this property!
