The walk to the beach is 7 minutes. This remodeled home has tons of offerings. A lot of thought has gone into this property to make your stay on Marco Island one of your best. The home itself turned out amazing, and almost everything is new! Like countless times on this listing I am telling you how close you are to the beach and a lot more outdoor activities, but that isn't even half of it. When it is time to relax in the heated salt water pool with a hot tub that both are set to exactly the same temperature as the JW Marriott, I have you covered there with plenty of floats and toys. For those who prefer shade, the covered lanai has comfy lounge area as well as a nice dining table for eating meals al fresco! For walking to the beach, the house is equipped with a beach cart, beach buggy, chairs, multiple coolers and umbrellas. Also there are 4 bikes in the garage when you want to ride around our beautiful island and explore. And don't worry if the sun is not shining. There are plenty of indoor games to keep you amused. You and your guests will love the fast action of the 89" air hockey table, challenging each other to chess or checkers at the pub table or winning at the king size "Connect 4" game. Enjoy the recessed ambient lighting in the common area rooms after dark. The home has a total of 4 TV's.: the master and the guest room each have 55" smart TV's., while the living room and game room both have 65" smart TV's. Hopefully you will enjoy our many delicious restaurants on Marco Island, but if you want to cook at home, you will enjoy the fully equipped kitchen and grilling area. It has everything you will need to prep and cook... just bring your own catch (even if it's from the market!) If there's something in the kitchen that you may need that's not provided, I would really like to know! I think I've thought of everything. Check in is a breeze at the Waves House. You will receive your personal combination to the garage and front door so you don't have to worry about the hassle of picking up and returning keys. We loved staying here. The house was spotless, well appointed and in a great location. We loved being able to walk to the beach, restaurants, bars and shops. It was also easy to get out and just go for a nice long walk as there were sidewalks everywhere. The outdoor space was also great when we just wanted to hang out at the pool and spa. Matt was a great host. He was very accommodating and easy to get ahold of. We would stay here again.

This property is in a prime location!!! The house has everything you need for your stay. Close to beach, restaurants, mini golf, etc. Perfect for families with little kids. I strongly recommend staying here! Kids had a blast playing air hockey!!!

We were in town for a conference at the JW Marriott and this home worked perfect with an infant and two little kids. The walk over to the conference was easy, the public beach was a short walk, and the house worked perfectly. The host was responsive and great. We will definitely stay again when back in town for the conference!

This vacation home is absolutely Beautiful!! Everything you can think of is there!! You can tell that every guest takes good care of it. I certainly did because you want it to be just as nice for the next family that stays!! The Game Room is a total Plus!! Matt the Host is Awesome and communication is with him is immediate!! 🤗

A short walk to a beautiful beach with even better sunsets. Matt was absolutely amazing and made sure our stay was comfortable and easy, we're looking forward to coming back!

We stayed here as a family for spring break. The house was clean, beautiful, and in a great location. Everything was as-described or better and the owner did a great job to have all the little extras (beach gear, cooking stuff, etc.) in place that made our stay a breeze. The pool was great and everything about the property was in outstanding condition. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

The house we stayed at on Marco was probably the best Vrbo at which we have ever stayed. The house itself was even nicer than the pictures. It was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and very well appointed. My granddaughter loved the pool and spa, which was a perfect temperature and salt water. The pool patio was spacious and also well appointed. We ate out there every night. This was the best kitchen set up I’ve seen. The grill was like new and worked great for grilling steaks. The location was perfect. It was near the middle of the island, 1 block from the ocean, and an easy 10 minute walk to the public beach access, as well as multiple restaurants, the movie theater, and shopping. Best of all, was that Matt was an outstanding host! He readily communicated with us, and took care of any concerns that arose. I give this property my and my family’s highest recommendation. This house was perfect and Matt was a joy to work with. He checked on us made sure everything was ok and even sent us tips of places to check out nearby. His house is beautiful, clean and exactly as described in his listing. He has thought of everything! House is close to restaurant, shopping, and the beach. This WONDERFUL, single family rental is in the perfect location! We loaded up the provided beach wagon and chairs every day and walked a few short minutes to the beach. Great salt-water pool, clean home and comfy beds. :) We will be back!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay with our 2 kids, husband and my mum. It was a short getaway and the place is well equipped and comfortable. The hut tub was very relaxing, and the beach items were already fully stocked in the garage that we didn’t need to buy anything else for the beach. Matt is a great host and very responsive. Great rental and highly reccomend it!

Although our trip was short, we are so grateful we found this gem of a house! It checked all the boxes for our first family vacation with our toddler (2 YO). Matt was amazingly responsive to all of our questions before our trip and always went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed. We hope to be back again soon!

This was the 5th time we have stayed in this beautiful home, and once again, it exceeded our expectations. The space is beautifully decorated and furnished with everything at our fingertips, from towels to pool toys. Whether we were relaxing in the jacuzzi or cooking in the fully furnished kitchen, it felt luxurious with no worries. The proximity to the beach and restaurants was convenient, and we had fun riding the bicycles that are stored in the garage down Collier Blvd. The Property Manager, Matt, is super accommodating and very responsive. This is the place I want to keep coming back to when I visit Marco Island.

He proactively reached out to us to ensure we had every thing we needed to make our stay great. The house has everything you need! The pool was really nice- super clean and we enjoyed it every day. Better than pictures
My family and I stayed at this property over Memorial Day weekend. We loved the proximity to the beach as well as the pool, spa, and covered lanai at this house. The house is better in person than the pictures on VRBO. There were five of us and we felt comfortable in it. The property manager is FANTASTIC! We didn’t have any issues. He communicated with us proactively and was great about check out. We will definitely stay here again!
