The condo with one bedroom and a loft is perfect for guests who want to stay close to the action and fun! Enjoy mountain views together while relaxing in front of the gas fireplace and planning the next day's activities. Those looking for some fresh air will love the views from the balcony off the living room - the private gas grill is set there, perfect for folks who'd like a stay-in dinner. Enjoy access to shared Lion Square Lodge amenities like three hot tubs and the heated outdoor pool. Of course, the biggest draw is the slopeside location for prime ski-in/ski-out access. The building features a front desk and concierge in the main lobby, with the popular El Sabor restaurant, great for takeout or grab-and-go meals. The business center, pool, and hot tubs are on the first floor. Should you need ski gear, Charter Sports is right on the second floor, catering to skiers of all levels. Also on the second floor are coin-operated washers and dryers. Off the property, you’ll find Vail General Store and Lionshead Liquors just around the corner. All nearby Lionshead restaurants and shops are a short distance away when you’re not on the slopes. Adventure Ridge at the top of the Eagle Bahn Gondola operates day and night, in both winter and summer, for unbeatable family fun! House Rules Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 5. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. The condo had everything we needed. Everything was clean, the beds and pillows were comfortable, the in-room coffee was surprisingly good. The view was beautiful. I loved that there was plenty of room for our kids in the loft and they had their own bathroom. Would definitely stay here again.

Can’t find a better place to stay in Vail for our family - wonderful view of Creek & mountains, easy on & off skiing, and wonderful service from Lionsquare.

Great location, friendly staff, clean, well stocked unit, great amenities (hot tubs, sauna, fitness center, coffee, hot chocolate, cookies in lobby, charter sports for rentals on site w good, equipment, knowledgeable staff, And fabulous snow!! Such a nice experience

Location in the village was perfect and the complex itself were great. The bellman was very nice and drove us over to the other village.

The location is unbeatable! You are steps from the gondola and great food/drink! The place was also very clean, had everything you might need! The even having a working fireplace which is so cozy in the evenings after a long day of snowboarding. The hot tubs were also essential for recovery! Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

It was the perfect for us with beautiful views. The condo is nicely put together with good amenities. Beds were comfortable and we had good air circulation. We will be back!

We loved this rental for our weekend getaway. The location was fabulous and the building was great too. We loved the walkability to Vail Village, the views of the river and the mountain, the convenience of the kitchen and the bedrooms - it was great!!

There are several good things to talk about this place:
1- it was super clean
2- the beds were very comfortable.
3 sheets and towels of good quality
4- cooking utensils as well as pans, silverware ( finally knives that really cut) are enough and all of good quality too. That was important to avoid eating 3 meals per day in restaurants.
5- location for ski is unbeatable specially if you don’t want to walk long distances with your ski boots on. There is a ski valet but we did not use it because it was easier to store the skis in the car due to the great location.
6- not a really luxury place but it is super comfortable and clean and all main amenities are of great quality.
7- great view
8- excellent grilling utensils.
The only con would be the price but Vail is expensive. We would definitely return to this unit.

We had a mouse in our condo. He/She came out to visit us on the last day of our stay. At the rate you pay/night, there shouldn't be mice running around the condo. I notified the front desk that they needed to get some pest control.

Nice place. A bit over priced compared to other locations.
Pictures were a bit misleading and made the place look a little bigger than it actually is. Furniture isn’t the same as the pictures either.
But all in all good location.

This property can't be beat for location. Just steps to the gondola.

Location is amazing. The space is awesome. But I will say this is much more like a traditional hotel and not a Vrbo. Because of this it’s more difficult to communicate with them. They aren’t as responsive as an individual owner. I messaged and called multiple times without responses. With that aside the condo is great. The location couldn’t have been better and I loved the balcony overlooking the river.

The staff were uniformly helpful and lovely. The ski support was ideal mountainside. The restaurant was surprisingly excellent. This condo is fine overall. We were a family of 4 using the space and it was great.
