Location to Metro Location was perfect Good restaurants and eateries around Easy access Very Clean

There was nothing to complain about. The outside at first might make you think Gosh but once inside it’s perfect Be nice to have maybe a map of Athens for tourist

Tesis her yere yürüme mesafesi, cafe ve restourantlara çok yakın bir konumda. Mutfakta kahve makinesi olması büyük avantaj sağladı. Ayrıca oda ve yatak gayet konforluydu. Her şeyiyle mükemmel bir konaklama sağladık😊

Trying to rest. Not able to do it becouse of the lady owner

Center of Athens, near to bars. Nice area everything is near

The lady who was in charge of the virtual reception was behaving far out of normal. The room was full of smoke when we were entered (app. 20:00). And a group of ants were in the cookies box. I sent a simple text describing the situation. The response was a series of calls asking me to send photos proving my claims and an aggressive monolog explaining the effort they have made for a clean room. Also, they would come the next day to smell themselves if there is still smoke in the room. The lady probably can’t handle the pressure the job demands and responds very impolite (very mild word for this). Pity. At the end the lady was hystericly offering me the option to get out of the room (21:00), if it not satisfactory, getting my money back and search for another. All of this because i was trying to protect the owners by texting them my observations. Pity again. Nice room, terrible host owner

Excellent location and squeaky clean

First of all, the location is excellent, right in the center of Athens, you can find some activities in any direction you walk. The center beams with nightlife. The air conditioning was new, the rooms were kept crystal clean and the bathrooms were great. The outside of the building is not that good, however, the interiors are fantastic. Overall, we were delighted with the stay just because of the proximity.

The power socket was giving trouble, which made it inconvenient to charge our mobile devices/tablets etc.,, I reported this to them, however, no one came and checked it out. I later figured out a hack/workaround. You need to restart the main power and things work fine.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr modern und sauber. Außerdem war mein Apartment sehr geräumig und groß für Athen.

Der Selfchecking ist praktisch aber ein wenig aufwendig.

It’s like playing escape room the send us 3 different codes to go in the hotel.first code never opened,40 minutes outside the hotel and nothing,I cald the nombers they gave us no answer,fantastic……………..a lady how stayed in the hotel opend the door and wen in side.after code two 😅😅😅😅and code 3😂😂😂😂.room was not clean,like it needs all the kitchen area was dirty and at room number 2 at the fifth floor u can’t sleep from the noise from the streets,and cleaning ladies cleaning the next rooms from 8 in the morning makeing so much noises.ps, ur a big company pay someone to do the checkins for the customers and answer the phones some woman Despina

Η τοποθεσία ήταν ιδανική + ασφαλής. Όμορφη διακόσμηση. Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό + ευρύχωρο. Υπήρχε ένα κουτί για καλωσόρισμα με βουτήματα, κριτσίνια + μαρμελάδα απ' όπου καταλάβαινες τη φροντίδα + την φιλοξενία. Στην κουζίνα επίση υπήρχαν κάψουλες καφέ + κάψουλες 3 ειδών βοτάνων τα οποία για μένα που είχα το λαιμό μου ήταν πολύ βοηθητικά. Το μπάνιο ήταν πλήρως εξοπλημένο με σερβιέτες, σερβιετάκια + αντισυπτικά μαντηλάκια, δίσκους ντεμακιγιάζ, μπατονέτες, σαμπουάν, αφρόλουτρο + κοντίσιονερ. Το κατάλυμμα ήταν ασφαλές + ήσυχο.

Οι οδηγίες που έλαβα μέχρι να φτάσω στο δωμάτιο δεν ήταν αρκετά αναλυτικές με αποτέλεσμα να επικοινωνήσω μαζί τους μέχω What's up για περισσότερες διευκρινήσεις, + το πρόβλημα λύθηκε άμεσα.

No reception however they answer and serve very fast by using whastup. Good location , locate in center of Athens

Nous avons recu une chambre qui sentait tres fort la cigarette. Ils nous ont change la chambre. Nous avons eux dans l autre chambre un probleme avec la fermeture de la porte d entree et ils ont tres rapidement resolut le probleme

Tout était vraiment très bien de l’emplacement à l’appartement . Les serviettes changées tous les jours. Une petite douceur de bienvenue.

Le seul petit bémol, mais vraiment petit était que le lit n’était pas refait chaque jour

Hidden gem!

The apartment looks a little sketchy from the outside, but it is a gem! It's SUPER close to Monastirakie Square and lots of shops and restaurants. There is an elevator to carry your luggage up to the apartment. The cleaning staff was very nice and accommodating since we arrived in Athens early in the day. The apartment was HUGE and very, very nice with excellent air conditioning (for the Americans ;)). I was quite surprised to have so much space in a European city. We highly recommend this property!

Stay was good and comfortable. Highly recommend this place.

It was clean, well maintained and close to Acropolis which was 10 mins walk and monastiraki metro station was 5 mins walk.

Great value for money - a clean, secure, comfortable place in walking distance of the Acropolis

We stayed here a year ago when we visited Athens and loved its proximity to the Acropolis and to all of the night life downtown. I chose it again this time for our stay in Athens and it is still a fabulous place to stay. It is secure, clean, comfortable and quite and yet it is only a couple of minutes walk from the bars and restaurants in Monestiraki and also very close to the metro that connects directly to the airport, It is not a prestigious looking location from the exterior but the room is very clean and comfortable and, just like our last visit, the shower is amaaaazing!

It would be nice if you could exit the main entrance when it is locked using a push button. You are issued a building key when you arrive but you have to leave this in the apartment when you depart. We left at 5:30am and we had to use the key to open the main building door and then go back up to the apartment to leave the key. Could be a problem if you were traveling solo but I guess you could just put it back in the lock box outside when you leave

Excellent holiday, ideal location, fairly priced.

The location was definitely a 10, and Anastasia the cleaner was a lovely friendly cleaner. The bathroom was well equipped with a superb shower.

On arriving at the building the entrance was covered in graffiti and out of all the surrounding properties seemed to have the most un appealing entrance lobby. These feelings were dispelled when arriving at the 3rd floor entrance. No onsite reception all correspondence by what's app or email.

Superb

Very well located facility, walking distance to all the café, restaurants, archeological sites of interest in Athens, very clean and complete facilities and toiletries.

Our room was very close to the cleaning and laundry area so we heard all the noise while we were taking our afternoon siesta.

Good place for a short stay in Athens

Good location.comfortable beds. Even if the room is small you are provided with everything you need (small kitchenette, air conditioning etc)

The building is a bit old. Quite noisy. The closest parking -5min walking- Is quite expensive (but this is not a property fault!)

Great location, clean, spacious and comfortable rooms.

This property is in a great location right in the centre of athens. You can easily walk anywhere from here. The rooms are modern, clean and comfy. Great shower facilities and lots of space. I would definitely recommend.

Key code access. The key code didn’t work when we first arrived. We contacted the property manager who soon allowed us to get a key for the room which was much better. The key code was fixed but we preferred to use the key just in case. The key codes were very long as well making it more difficult to know if you had entered everything correctly.

The location and unexpected level of modern facilities inside the studio.

No reception desk makes the self serve arrival a bit tricky if travelling on your own. The external lock box was difficult to see the numbers at night time.
