Overall the house was great. Beds comfortable, house clean, big enough to accommodate our group. Areas for possible improvement - there are no "regular" height chairs (all are bar stool height) so difficult for older people and frankly just not comfortable for any period of time; also could use a few more pots, pans and skillets - but otherwise VERY nice house and would go there again for sure!

Needed a place to stay with family and teams coach. Was a great location to the softball fields and very roomy. Was clean and had all the essentials. Loved the pool table for entertainment.

We were able to have a BBQ in a nice-sized lawn and the house was very accommodating. We all loved the pool table as it was a hit with everyone! The Lakeland downtown was quaint and beautiful and we would definitely stay there again!

This people was phenomenal for our retreat. It allowed us to come together and be empowered but also with the layout of the home we were able to be in our private space when needed. The owners were very responsive and helpful. The location is close to interstate and malls. I will be back! I was there for business but its a must that I go back for relaxation.

This property served as our families base during graduation events in Lakeland. It had ample space for entertaining and just plain hanging out. We would definitely use this property again!

House was 10 minutes from the venue where my graduation was. Plenty big enough for 6 people. Only negative thing the person who stayed before us cooked eggs in a pan and put it under the sink.

The home was fairly comfortable and was very spacious. Property owner was very quick to respond and accommodated our request for an early check in. The area was quiet and peaceful, but still close to the grocery store and places to eat.

We were very pleased with our stay. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Casey was very prompt to respond to my questions and when we discovered the grill wasn't working, he had a brand new one to us within hours. Would definately stay here again if we were in the area.

Our stay was great! The owners were very friendly and easy to work with. The house itself was great and spacious. When we come up again we will definitely stay here again!

This home was centrally located to all the things we wanted to do while visiting family. It has plenty of room with the exception of the kitchen. But if you're not planning on cooking, it's really not a big deal. There was plenty of fridge space for the 3 of us, and the kitchen was equipped with most of what we needed. The pool table was a nice addition and well maintained. The Egrits that frequented the yard were really cool to see, however the neighbor's Roosters were quite noisy! All in all, it was a pretty nice place to stay, looked like the photos, and suited our needs.

Large, open facility in great location. Will be looking to stay here in the future. Good communication with owners limited only by VRBO App.

Owners were wonderful with communicating on any question we had. Loved the space because we had a 5 month old, a 6 and 7 yr old as well. Stayed busy with wedding activities and the kitchen was well equipped with all we needed for breakfast. Only suggestion - an antenna so you could watch local channels for weather and news on the nice TV’s.
