Kitchen is equipped for cooking and has the original antique sink preserved. Back screened porch with washer/dryer for those longer stays. Off-street parking for one vehicle, private courtyard, front porch and cozy fireplace for winter nights. Walking distance to downtown local restaurants, pubs, specialty shops, RiverWalk, Lake Monroe and marina. Centrally located close to beaches, major routes, Amtrak, Sanford Airport, Orlando/Disney. Adorable cottage in a quaint neighborhood! - Tastefully decorated - Very clean - Well equipped and organized kitchen - Comfortable beds with awesome pillows - Ample towels - New washer and dryer with laundry soap - Easy keyless entry - Off street parking - Owner responds quickly and kindly to questions All you need to bring is your clothing and your groceries—everything else you need is already here. It’s also a nice neighborhood to go for a walk and appreciate other historic homes of Sanford. I’d highly recommend this rental.

The cottage was perfect for us and exactly as advertised. It was extremely clean and well supplied. There are so many places to dine and shop within a few minutes walking time of the house. You felt safe walking in the neighborhood as it is historic and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable, and the entire house was maintained meticulously. We highly recommend this place for anyone that's looking for a clean, quiet and comfortable place to stay in Sanford. We hope to stay there again in the future.

The location was amazing. The house was clean and well-supplied. The host has thought through every detail and more. Bikes were a hit! The communication with the owners was excellent. The beds were extremely comfortable. Charming neighborhood and precious place to stay for several days. Highly recommend!

My spouse and 2 kids stayed for a week in this beautiful 2 bedroom. We particilarly loved the side portch, screened room and outdoor patio. The location is right by a couple parks and a short drive or walk to the downtown district and shoreline of Lake Monroe. The hosts are very responsive and accomidating. I will definately be booking again when I return to Sanford.

The Sanford Cottage was the perfect place for my husband and I to get away from Michigan winter for a week! Everything we needed was there (we thoroughly enjoyed the great coffee made in the percolator), and the cottage was very comfortable. We enjoyed daily walks through Sanford's historic district to downtown, and finding nearby places to take in time in nature (like seeing the manatees at Blue Springs State Park). We'd like to thank our hosts for a wonderful place to stay - and exactly as described in the listing.

What a wonderful retreat! After long days on the baseball field my son and I truly enjoyed this quaint little cottage. Well appointed, so very clean and loaded with separate spaces to relax. Owners were very quick to check in on us we’re in touch throughout our stay. We will be back!

Very tidy and lovely home, equipped with everything you need. A very comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Kim is a great host and the communication was super easy and quick. The place looks exactly like it does on the pictures and even better in person. The neighborhood is very conveniently located to historic downtown and Lake Manroe. Would absolutely recommend anyone to stay there!

The cottage is very comfortable, clean and cozy. The side porch was wonderful as was the screened back porch and the court yard. Beds were comfortable, wi-fi was fast, kitchen was well stocked, washer and dryer was very handy and parking right outside the front door was very convenient. Don't miss walking around the neighborhood if architecture is your thing. Beautiful cottages and craftsman homes. A few blocks brings you to Historic Sanford and the riverfront walk with tons of restaurants and shops to keep you busy all day. Would recommend to family and friends.
