Some of the equipments in the room needs change. The kettle was not working properly.The rugs were old

Really like to visit again with family & groups for outing.

Excellent Property. Highly Maintained one. Rooms are huge. Staffs are very cordial and attended calls within minutes. Firstly we were provided the ground level rooms, but on request immediately shifted to first floor without any apprehension (ofcourse suitable rooms were available). Yummy food with ample quantity. Evening cultural programs was so soothing and heartfelt.

1. Welcome drinks should be introduced. 2. Breakfast should have more specialties.

Non availability of lift facility. The sensor card was not working in our room and the key was difficult to use.

Very poor

The swimming pool was very small and depth of the pool is around 5 ft , it was like a bigger tub filled with water.Also many guest were using the pool with the their home attire. The kitchen service was very late. I made the room tarrif payment through booking. Com and while making the final payment they added the room tarrif again saying they don't have the payment confirmation from Air pay, they made us waited for half an hour to get confirmed about the payment.

Comfortable stay at a serene and contemporary resort

The layout, landscaping, building architecture, swimming pool, serene setting and service

The breakfast and meal spread isn't that great and does not do justice to the rich traditional local cuisine

Amazing time spent at this resort. Worth every penny. Food is awesome.

Value for money property and the best part is that the food is very nice.

A very good property in Bolpur for your leisure.

Other than the regular features, the landscaping was very beautiful.

The Ambience was excellent ....The room was fantastic ... the staffs were cordial and friendly ...the breakfast arrangement was perfect ... the lunch was so so but dinner dishes were too much to consume ...

The property is well maintained and the facilities are excellent. The environment is peaceful and allows guests to relax. The quality of food is very high

The time taken to serve orders is too high. This is something the hotel should look into.
