Yes. Pool and spa heat can be added for $30/day + tax. The pool heater heats the pool to ~88 degrees and the spa to ~101 degrees. The spa will not heat up unless pool/spa heat is purchased. 2) Is there a BBQ grill? A BBQ grill is not kept at the home. We will provide information where a gas grill can be rented and delivered to the house. Charcoal grills are not allowed. 3) Does the home have a child safety fence blocking the pool? There is no child safety fence, but there is a pool alarm on the door leading out to the pool, which meets local safety code requirements in lieu of the fence. 4) Is the kitchen fully stocked? The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, cooking utensils, flatware, plates, glasses, etc. (Due to liability reasons no food or food related items are provided.) 5) What type of coffee maker is in the home? Drip and K-Cup coffee makers are provided. 6) Are linens and towels provided? Linens and towels (including pool towels) are provided. 7) What paper products and cleaning products are provided? Only starter amounts of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags and cleaning products are provided. (This is an industry standard practice.) 8) Is Wifi provided for free? Complimentary wireless internet is provided. 9) Is smoking allowed in the home or by the pool? Are pets allowed? Smoking is NOT allowed in the home or by the pool. Pets of any kind are NOT allowed. 10) What are the times for check-in and checkout? Check-in is at 4 PM. Checkout is at 10 AM. 11) Are there limits on the number of cars guests can have? Windsor Hills Resort limits the number of cars per reservation to 3 cars. Beautiful, clean house with lots of room to spread out. We really enjoyed the game room! The location to the parks is what drew us to this property, it was a quick and easy drive to all of the parks and Disney Springs.

We absolutely loved staying at Keith's house, the pool/hot tub and game room were hits all week. Everything was very clean up on arrival and we did have one issue with the hot tub which was resolved promptly by management. Would love to go back again someday!

The house has a lot to entertain any age group! It’s comfortable. Check in process was easy. The house was very cleaned, spotless. If I could add one suggestion, would be to equip a little better the kitchen. It had the basics to cook breakfast for our family everyday, though. Overall, we definitely recommend the house.

We have stayed at a couple of rental houses in this area and this one was our favorite so far! Very nice house with everything we needed. Really close to Disney and a ton of restaurants. They were very accommodating and we will definitely stay here if we come back. Nothing negative to say.

My family and I had a good time at the property. The property closely resembled the pictures and was very clean! The kids loved the gameroom and the pool area! When in Orlando again, we would definitely consider this property!

The house was awesome and very spacious for us! We had six people in total and plenty of room. We loved having our own pool and outdoor area and the owners even let us check in a little early and I’ll a little late due to our flight times. Super close stay to Magic Kingdom, but not a bad drive to Universal either. We have no complaints and will definitely stay there again!

This house was everything that we were looking for during our vacation. The house was clean and stunning, everything was just as the pictures. The property managers were excellent and very responsive during our stay. We would love to stay here every year on our return to Florida. Very close drive to Walmart and Disney. We loved our pool at the home but going to the little water park at the community was also a treat.

We would highly recommend this home to everyone. This house had everything we needed. This home has a new feel with all the amenities that you will need. The kids enjoyed the video games both in the game room and in the bedroom. We had a small issue left over from the previous renters but that the management fixed it immediately. The location is perfect with plenty of retail and restaurants with in a few minutes of the property. The house is located in a guard gated community with a large pool and great water slides.

The house was beautifully themed and looked exactly like the pictures. Kids enjoyed the pool and game room. Bedrooms were spacious an comfortable. Owner/ property manager was very responsive and attentive to our needs. I would definitely stay here again. 😁

We were in town for a baseball tournament and this house was perfect when we weren't at the field. The pool was refreshing after a long, hot day! The house was comfortable and had plenty of space for the kids and adults to relax and spread out. The game room was a definite hit! Quiet neighborhood with plenty of additional activities. Everything was exactly as advertised and the host was extremely helpful with some special requests upon booking. We would definitely stay at the Lily Pad again in the future!

The house is just as listed online. It was in a great location next to the playground and not to far from the main clubhouse. The house had everything we needed. The only downside was the pool/spa heater was broken so we couldn’t enjoy the hot tub. Other than that we had a great time and would definitely come back.

We came in to stay at this property for a dance competition for a long weekend. We had three families staying together with both adults and teens. The location of the property is perfect to the theme parks, grocery stores, and lots of restaurants and other amentities. The competition was at Coronado Springs and we were there within within 12-15 minutes depending on traffic. The home itself is a beautiful home, well decorated and maintained, stocked nicely with all the things needed for our stay, and plenty of space to sleep twelve and not feel crowded. The game room was perfect for both the kids and the adults. It allowed us to have some fun with the kids in their down time from their competition. Having the pool and spa was a great addition as well and we paid to have it heated and it was perfect temperature for a nice swim and not too cold. The only hardship we faced with the property was the three car limit in the neighborhood. Being that we had three families staying together and coming from a close proximity within the state it made it a bit difficult as we all drove separately. Also, some within the families could not ride together due to work schedules and other kids to care for back home that didn't allow everyone to come over all at the same time. The three car limit therefore made it very difficult for having additional vehicles. The property management company was very responsive and helpful in getting us a fourth car in the overflow parking however this was the only issue we had with our stay was the difficulty in having more than 3 vehicles. Otherwise, this property is a great place to stay and I would recommend it to anyone traveling with three vehicles or less.

Loved the home and the amenities. Very well maintained. Themed bedrooms for children were like staying at Disney resort. And the game room kept the children entertained so adults could enjoy their time together. Great location for visiting the Disney Parks.

We had a great time staying at this property! There were plenty of activities in the house to entertain various ages (Game room, pool, etc) We loved the close proximity to Disney and other activities. The property was very clean and decorated nicely!

Everything in the property was great for our stay of 10 people! Bathrooms and kitchen areas were clean, we had plenty of dishes and silverware, and plenty of space for everyone to gather in the living room and kitchen. We loved the Roku TV’s in each room, the pool area, and the game room. A couple things we found we needed but didn’t have were extra blankets for the beds and tissues in the bathrooms. Other than that it was a perfect stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed the house with our three multi-generational family. There was enough common space to be comfortable and having the adult bedrooms on the first floor was great. Also, each bedroom having a bathroom made getting ready a breeze. The game room was great for our down days from the parks—so much fun! Location-wise, proximity to Wal-mart and Starbucks was very convenient. There was a bit more traffic getting back to the property than I had anticipated at the end of the night, but learned it moved quickly and lines are just a part of the Orlando vacation. Overall, the Lily Pad was a great place to stay and we would definitely recommend.

Overall, we thought this was a nice property to stay at. Could have been slightly cleaner, but in fairness everyone in our group is a clean freak, so we have high standards. All of the mattresses, but especially the two kings are ROCK HARD. All the adults left with sore backs- this is our biggest complaint. Aside from that, the front door lock is “hotel style”. You put in your pin on the outside and just trust that it is locked from the inside. There is no additional deadbolt or even chain lock for extra security. We were traveling with small kids and they kept opening the lever style door. There’s no chime or alarm, so if we had not been paying attention, this could have been really dangerous. A member of our group called management regarding the lock. They were very friendly and responsive, but told us there’s nothing they could do about the lock, which seems kind of crazy. Other than that, the pool and hot tubs were clean and worked great! The lock on the smaller “master” bedroom did not work and the water at the house has an odd smell and taste and is definitely not compatible with drinking. I would sum this stay up as “okay”.

Our stay was great. Our party included a 1 year old, 2 year old, 3 yearr old, 10 year old and 5 adults. This house had enough space for all of us and the kids could run around. Location is great. Wish we had more time to enjoy the amenities.

We felt like royalty while living in this unit. Everything was very nice. The furniture was pretty and comfortable. The unit was clean. The dishes were good quality. The pool was awesome. The only issue is I wished heat for the hot tub was included in the price. Other than that, we had a blast.

The home was located close to all the attractions and the Walmart which I love to go to each time I'm in Orlando. I truly recommend this rental for your family vacation.

Annual Summer Vaction
This was our first stay at Lily Pad or Windor Hills and we loved every minute of it. We vacationed with 2 sets of grandparents and our family (children ranging in age from 13 tob1). The house was clean, stocked and location ideal for all Orlando had to offer. I would definitely book this house again! Our kids loved the game room and pool. Lily Pad did not disappoint we were extremely pleased!

Family Disney Trip
My family and I greatly enjoyed staying in this home during our trip to Disney World. Our kiddos loved the pool, game room and themed kids’ bedrooms. Unfortunately we were unable to use the resort pool/water park facilities due to a lightening storm on the day we had down time from Disney but the amenities at the actual home were a lifesaver to entertain our kiddos while some adults rested/recharged.

Planning a return trip
Overall the property was wonderful and we plan on returning to this area again. The pool was amazing at the house and we are glad we spent the extra money to get the heat turned on. There are tv's everywhere in the house and every bedroom has its own bathroom. The resort splashpad, waterslides and pool were perfect for our 8-year old twins and between that and our private pool and hot tub we pretty much stayed on the property except to run and get food.
