Situated in Springbrook, this attractive house for $428 per night is a great option for your next break. This newly built house was designed with short term rental in mind. It can be used as 2 self-contained apartments or use as an entire house with sleeping for 6. This site is used to rent the whole house. You get the lot. The block is full fenced with lockable gates so your dog cannot escape the yard. There is also a decking area with a gate. This is where we leave our dog when we are out walking in the national parks. There are 2 master bedrooms with king beds, large ensuites and forest views. Another bedroom has 2 king singles. The house has 2 fully equipped kitchens and living areas so your group can spread out for maximum privacy and space. Upstairs: there is a media room, reverse air/con, fireplace, kitchen and dining area and lounge with beautiful views of the Springbrook plateau. Downstairs: a lounge, dining area and kitchen, separate bedroom and large ensuite. The house has curved TV’s with wifi and internet. You have Bluetooth music and a fire pit area to enjoy the clear sky at night. There are verandas front, side and back. It is new, well appointed and set up to make your stay in this unique rainforest area a memorable experience. The property is next to PurlingBrook falls and all other attractions are a short drive away. This is a quiet residential area and we have a strict NO PARTY POLICY.

Awesome house to stay in and would certainly recommend staying there in the future. The house had everything we needed and more with everything supplied from cooking utensils in the kitchens, tools for the BBQ outside, and blankets galore for those chilly nights. John has a beautiful house up in Springbrook. The home has everything you could possibly need. It is modern, very clean and has all the mod cons for a comfortable stay. Booking and checking in was easy and John was available if we had any questions. We will definitely be back!

we have just returned from a long weekend at this property and it was amazing. the house was spotless with a well stocked kitchen. sitting on the deck with a glass of wine was just so relaxing. we had 2 dogs with us and although we couldn't take them into the national parks there was still some nice walks around and the local cafe allowed us to sit on the patio with them and enjoy yet another glass of wine. we all really enjoyed our stay and will be back. thank you for an amazing weekend.

Spent a lovely week at this property with our teen kids and their friends. It’s well set up with just about everything you can think of included. A cosy fireplace and plenty of wood supplies kept us warm!

Check in/out was easy. The place was very clean and we'll stocked with all essentials. Lovely that it was so close to the waterfall but I didn't realize it was still in "suburbia" so there were many lawn mowers going on Saturday morning. In saying that I would definitely visit again

We all loved our weekend at John's house. Beautiful big windows to the view of trees & garden, walking distance to Purlingbrook Falls, immaculately clean, great having 3 bathrooms, & very well equipped kitchens. We even saw a Lamington Blue Crayfish on the lower verandah!

We had the most relaxing time at Springbrook. The house was wonderfully appointed. All of the little things (like a coffee machine and milk frother were included) along with a great selection of books and up to date magazines. The bird feeder in the back yard provided us with a live show of king parrots and cockatoos. With Purlingbrook Falls within walking distance of the property, there is no reason to get your car out of the carport once you’ve arrived.
