Great place to stay! We really enjoyed. Beds were comfy. The location was great and so close to town!! An easy 2 block walk. For a girls weekend it was perfect. Bill the owner was really helpful and thoughtful. The kitchen had everything we needed.

It was a short but sweet stay and perfect for what we needed. The house had just enough space for 7 and had a nice dining room table where we had meals, played games and cards. The location is ideal as it really is a block or so from downtown. We appreciated the special touches like having condiments, spices and a few things that is always forgotten and did not have to buy. Bill and Carol are gracious and helpful. Great property for being downtown in Lake Geneva.

My sister and I brought our mom to Lake Geneva for a few days for her birthday. This place was perfect! Very clean/ updated and well-stocked. Lots of space. The location couldn’t have been better! Very easy walk to the cute downtown shopping area and even to the water. And the owners were super friendly and easy to work with. We are already thinking about coming back next year, and we would definitely stay here again.

Bill & Carol were amazing! We had so much fun and made the check in and out process so easy! They were in the center of town which made it so easy to go around town! The house was extremely clean and very cute. I definitely recommend this house to anyone going to lake Geneva!

We came to Lake Geneva to celebrate our niece’s wedding. The location was perfect! We walked to the downtown area and pier. There is a cooking school next door and we will definitely come back to take a class.
The house had cheery beach decorations. There was a huge table which was perfect for evening board games. The communication from Carol and Bill was excellent. We would highly recommend a stay at this lovely home!

Cute house that accommodated 7 women. Kitchen was great although we didn’t really cook. Big table to play games at or chat. Amazing body spray shower that everyone loved! A few more hooks for towels and clothing would be helpful. Sleeping arrangements a bit tight but we were OK for two days. Backyard was somewhat under construction but when done should be very nice. Close to everything but also next to a bar that can get a little noisy at night.

Bill & Carol hosted my group and I to celebrate my sister’s bachelorette party. Their hospitality and cottage exceeded our expectations! The home is situation within walking distance of everything in downtown Lake Geneva. It is a great value for what you get! We appreciated the welcome tour and the gifted local beverages in the fridge. I would definitely recommend this rental for hosting a group event or a family trip. Thanks Bill & Carol!

Rented the cottage for a baby shower on small business Saturday. There was plenty of open space to accommodate family and friends. After the shower friends went to downtown establishments just around the corner. Owners are fabulous!

We stayed here for a golf trip and it was great being right downtown after golfing to grab dinner and drinks just steps out the front door!

Bill and Carol were great.They let my wife check in early which was nice.They also gave us the option to check out later.The unit was decorated in nautical which was cheerful.We we’re within walking distance from everything.Not a thing was missed.Definitely recommend everyone to stay her for your Lake Geneva experience

Five women friends since kindergarten enjoyed our stay at this clean and remodeled house. Shower was great but we missed grab bar needed for our age.
Close to restaurants, shopping, and boat cruises. Thank you Bill for excellent restaurant recommendations. Thank you Carol for gorgeous flowers in the yard.

Great location. Could walk to restaurants and shops. Updated home and very clean. Plenty of spots for parking. The layout of the first floor allows everyone to be together which is nice. I found the king bed to be very comfortable.
Couple of minor suggestions... consider black out shades for all rooms with beds. Maybe a space heater for the beds in the sunroom (in winter months). Also, check one toilet in smaller bathroom. It runs non-stop and is noisy. Needs to be fixed. We all had a great time and would return. Thank you. Great host regarding communication etc...

We had a wonderful Stay with our six teenagers comfortably in this beautiful house. Melissa was great and met us at the property to show us around and was very attentive throughout our stay. The location was amazing so no need to use your car...just walk to dinner or shopping. We will definitely be back again in this property. I definitely would recommend it.
