The room was nice!! Very modern and up to date rooms, parking was easy, very reasonable prices. They offered additional bedding & covers in the room without asking already in the closet. Enough towels and shower gel were provided!! The lady with the blue braids was so nice her customer service was amazing!! The room was modern up to date ! The parking was convenient. I like the fact that thr was a vending machine that took credit cards right by the front door . everything was 5 min away as far as restaurants, etc . I'll definitely book this hotel again when I'm in town.
The floors could have been moped. The floors weren't all that clean. My feet were a little dirty, so I mopped the floor with towels they provided.

Kitchens in all rooms
Very unprofessional staff. Banged on our room door to tell us our kids were walking loud. To bang on the door to confront guest is rude and unprofessional. There are 0 amenities here which really made the visit a first and last.

Overall It's A Good Location/Facility This Was Our Second Stay & We Have A Third Coming Up Due To A Family Emergency. There Was A Few Issues & Some Lack Of Cleaning Issues Here & There But Nothing Major Given I Always Clean/Sanitize Myself We Are Willing To Give Them Another Try Because For The Most Part We Love The Room & What Staff We Saw
There Was Some Hair In The Bathroom Sink/Tub I Believe It May Have Been From House Keeping & The Refrigerator Wasn't As Clean As The 1st Stay

The staff was amazing! The suite was very clean and had everything we needed, The courtyard was fantastic. I loved it all.
It could of used a few more dishes, silverware, and bowls possibly. I was on 1st floor and the guest above me were very loud and heavy when walking but none of this had anything to do with the staff because they were so accommodating to us during our stay.

Everything was clean and the staff was very accommodating. I spent a week here for work and my stay was quite comfortable. The room was clean and comfortable. I locked my self out of my room one evening after the office had closed and the lady came right over and got me back in my room and was sweet as she could be. I would highly recommend this facility.

The staff called to alert us of an AC malfunction that required us to change our booking preference. They were very accommodating to our needs and upgraded us fir the inconvenience without additional charges.

I loved everything about the stay it was totally Wonderful.
The fact that it didn't have a elevator but the Manager accommodated us to the FULLEST I HAD ORIGINALLY BOOKED THE TWO QUEEN ROOM BUT WAS NOT ABLE TO MAKE IT UP THE STAIRS She was WONDERFUL.

they canceled my booking without telling me at 8pm at night I had to try and book a hotel but they were all booked for Fourth of July weekend. we finally found a hotel but we almost slept in are car.
