Within walking distance of the famous Hollywood Beach "Broadwalk" and the beach, guests can enjoy EXCITING activities such as Jet Skiing, Fishing, Sailing, Biking, Golf, and more. Getting a tan, shopping all day, you name it; anything is possible in Hollywood Beach. Hollywood Beach, Florida is made for sea lovers and sun lovers. There is no better way to experience the beach and the "Broadwalk" than by bicycle. At 2.5 miles, it is perfect for an informal stroll or a bike ride. Segway tours are also available along "Broadwalk". South Beach and Miami are a short drive from our complex. Named one of the best beach footbridges in the United States by Travel + Leisure Magazine, the "Broadwalk" paved with bricks, as the locals affectionately call it, has two and a half miles of bars, restaurants, boutiques, and shops. With a small-town feel, Hollywood Beach is full of bars and restaurants that cannot be found anywhere else. For a truly local experience, you can't go wrong with The Le Tub Saloon, GG's Waterfront Grill, El Tayta and Taverna Opa. Getting Around: ● From Fort Lauderdale International Airport (FLL): There are 7.72 miles between FLL and Hollywood Beach. ● From Miami International Airport (MIA): Hollywood Beach is 23.8 miles away from MIA. In both cases, you can either take an Uber or rent a car at the Airport. Other Things to Note: ●Registration fee: $50 (one time only). ●Parking is not included in the listing. No car needed but if you need a parking space: You can either park your car at the condo for $40 a day or you can issue a public parking pass for the whole month for only $110 plus taxes. With the public parking pass you can park on any street or city parking lot (300 Connecticut St ). ●Pack and Play Crib available upon request. ●We are a pet-friendly property. The condo has a 25 lbs restriction ( Doesn’t apply to ESA). Please note the public beach and Boardwalk within the City of Hollywood Beach does not allow pets (service animals are still welcome!) ● Stay Sol is the exclusive operator of this property ●Security Deposit Hold: $100 (released upon check-out): $100 for private unit reservations. However, when a guest checks in, the system authorizes the card for the registration fee, resort fee and security deposit. After a couple days the security deposit is returned. Upon arrival we paid the required additional fees at the front desk. We followed all requirements sent to us by email. When we went into the unit it was completely filthy, potato chips and roaches all over the floor along with dirt and other debris. I immediately contacted the property manager, and she advised it is not her responsibility it is the resorts responsibility. I advised her this was unacceptable and she said again it was not her responsibility. I asked to speak with a supervisor she said it was not possible, I advised I needed a call the following day to ensure that everything was fixed. She advised it was not possible, and I could call until someone answered the phone that was the supervisor. It took approximately three hours for the unit to be cleaned and ready for habitation. They simply refunded $50 and that was it. We Went to the grocery store and got cleaning supplies and had to finish the cleaning ourselves. This company advised how important COVID-19 protocol is to them and all the steps they take to ensure it is a safe and clean environment. They failed. They violated their own COVID policy, and do not care. They acted as if it was our fault that we raised the problem. Never did they accept responsibility or apologize. They simply advised it was not their responsibility. When booking through any agency it is not the responsibility of the renter to ensure that all parties have done their job. This company receives money for a product and service. They are ultimately responsible for everything in that unit. We are very unhappy and will never stay at this or any other property run by this management company again. The property itself was nice enough however, the unit was terrible and in need of a deep clean. The team at the resort was extremely nice and advised they were never told to clean that unit. The property manager continued to ask for proof rather than make arrangements to solve the problem. We had to end up going to the front desk and requesting someone to clean. This was more like a self-serve room than it was a resort. I cannot stress enough how filthy this unit was, and there is no excuse for not cleaning a property. In addition I am very concerned that the Covid protocol was not followed, and I believe it is a violation of both city and county ordinance to rent a unit without proper Covid cleaning. I will follow up with the health department in reference to the violations and post any updates.

Our renter, Stay Sol, cancelled on us the day before we were supposed to begin our stay claiming electrical problems and was completely unhelpful in finding another place.

We loved our one week stay here! The resort and the people are wonderful, the location is right at the beach and there are a lot cool places to eat and drink in the area. All the Miami and Ft Lauderdale hotspots are close by. A special shout out to the valet team, they were wonderful (we traveled with a baby). We will definitly be back the next time we go to Miami.
