The spa will not heat up unless pool/spa heat is purchased. 2) Is there a BBQ grill? A BBQ grill is not kept at the home. We will provide information where a gas grill can be rented and delivered to the house. Charcoal grills are not allowed. 3) Does the home have a child safety fence blocking the pool? There is a child safety fence blocking the pool. 4) Is the kitchen fully stocked? The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, cooking utensils, flatware, plates, glasses, etc. (Due to liability reasons no food or food related items are provided.) 5) What type of coffee maker is in the home? Drip and K-Cup coffee makers are provided. 6) Are linens and towels provided? Linens and towels (including pool towels) are provided. 7) What paper products and cleaning products are provided? Only starter amounts of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags and cleaning products are provided. (This is an industry standard practice.) 8) Is Wifi provided for free? Complimentary wireless internet is provided. 9) Is smoking allowed in the home or by the pool? Are pets allowed? Smoking is NOT allowed in the home or by the pool. Pets of any kind are NOT allowed. 10) What are the times for check-in and checkout? Check-in is at 4 PM. Checkout is at 10 AM. 11) Are there limits on the number of cars guests can have? Windsor Hills Resort limits the number of cars per reservation to 3 cars. We were in town for dance nationals at ESPN with 10 dancers, 2 coaches and a chaperone. This home fit all of our needs perfectly! The kitchen was stocked better than any home I have rented previously. Every room had comfy beds and there were enough beds for our entire party. The home is close to Disney property and there is a Walmart right down the street. Check in was seamless and the property manager answered all of my questions within minutes. We will definitely be staying again!

Great place to stay near Disney. Not more than 15 minutes to any of the parks. Spacious and clean - exactly like photos. Excellent communication with rental agent. Awesome water park that was part of complex was a bonus!!! We would definitely recommend this property and stay her again!!

The house was nice! We were a family of 12 that traveled and there was plenty of space for everyone! The pool was nice and the kids enjoyed the game room. Short drive to all Disney parks and Walmart was close by.

We loved the house. My favorite part was being able to watch TV while sitting in the hot tub. Additionally, the downstairs bedroom and bathroom were perfect for grandparents. There were a few minor issues, but the manager got back to us very quickly and everything was handled.

This house is located close to the Disney Parks. We had no issues getting to any of the parks. The biggest issue was the one traffic light by the Walmart that takes longer than one would expect. Otherwise smooth sailing. The house was clean and accommodated all of us. Beautifully decorated and the kids loved the game room and pool. No issues except the dryer took longer than expected to dry clothes. The only wish would be for more seating in the living room. It was very limited but there is a large dining room table that could seat most of us. All around great stay and would stay there again. Communication with property manager was excellent!

We really enjoyed our stay at Emerald One. The house was very nice, well stocked, and when we had a maintenance issue (just a light bulb that was flickering), it was taken care of promptly. I would say the only negative during our stay was the parking situation since you can only park 2 cars at the actual house, and only 3 cars are allowed total. We had 4 separate families that needed to attend the dance competition/classes at different times so it got a little complicated shuffling cars. However, we understood this is the neighborhood/HOA policy, not that of the property owners and we knew of this policy when we chose the house, so it should not reflect poorly in this specific property. It’s just something to think about when deciding on a neighborhood. Again, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property.

Beautiful home. Three couples and three children enjoyed this amazing property for a week. The pool and game room was a huge hit for the kiddos. Amenities and location was a huge hit for the adults. The only thing I would change would be the sofa/seating in the living area. Maybe a sectional with a back would be more comfortable. Otherwise would definitely stay here again.

Great house! Decorated so cute and had everything we needed! Location was right by a Walmart, Starbucks and hwy 4. Getting to Disney property was very fast and no traffic even on a holiday week! Neighborhood was very safe! 3 cars allowed but one of the three has to park near pool. House pool was big enough for our group of 13. Neighborhood pool and slides were so fun! Bring extra blankets as there were none that we saw. Downstairs bedroom was a little warm. Bring extra utensils because there wasn’t many. I highly recommend this house!

We loved our stay! We visited for a graduation celebration weekend with extended family. Our group ranged in ages from 2-80 and it was perfect for the whole family. Everyone had their own space, the amenities were great for the kids and adults. We also spent a day at Disney and it was super close and easy to access the parks. Will definitely stay again next time we are in the area!

We stayed at this property in April 23. Beforehand we had lots of communication with Keith who answered all our questions promptly. Check in was easy as per instructions. The house is lovely, bedrooms are very comfortable with large mattresses. Kitchen had everything we needed. Coming from the UK we struggled to work out the oven but got there eventually. The location to Disney parks is amazing which meant we could go early before the crowds came. Then go back to the house for a rest and then hit the parks again in the evening.. You can even see the fireworks from the pool in the evening. During our stay we had a storm which caused some damage and knocked out the hot water. We informed the management company and all was repaired the same day.
Overall we really enjoyed the house and would recommend people staying here as the comfort and location is fantastic.

Second time saying in Windsor Hills and this house is the best. Clean, spacious, easy to work TV and game room, clean pool amd nice beds. Was a little short on cutlery but property Mgr is aware and fixing. Thank you!

We had thirteen family and friends visit Disney.
This house was in the perfect location being only 15 minutes away. We enjoyed the pool which provided a safety fence for the toddlers. We took a rest day from the theme parks and enjoyed the on-site water park.. we enjoyed the water park more than the theme parks. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed even baby gates and high chairs for the toddlers. We highly recommend this home for your vacation stay. Thank you

Enjoyed our stay at Windsor Hills. Loved resort pool and water park. Property is very close to Disney parks and everything else you may need is closeby (walmart, grocery, restaurants). Definitely spend some time on International Drive and Gatorland. Both fun days when u need a break from the parks. House was very large and as depicted in photos. We enjoyed our stay!

So happy to have found this lovely, well equipped, clean, well maintained home to rent for our vacation in Disney World! Great location with only a short 15 minute drive to the parks. Was exactly as expected from the VRBO listing. Only wish we could have stayed longer. Hope to be back soon!

Positive Point:
- This is a great & clean home for multi-family.
- Convenient in-door heated pool for an extra fee. - The location is perfect if you plan to attend Disney.
The Downside:
- Main security check in need to be clearer since we need to look for main gate & the address were not clearly communicate in the check in email.
- If you have guests visiting, make sure you call or email them away ahead. We had a friend that lives in Orlando that want to drop by last minute to visit us, we were NOT able to add them into security gate.
- Need cooking knives& scissor. Very surprised something so basic wasn't available, considering this home did a great job of preparing for the guests.
- At night, this house is a little cold. We were hoping to adjust the temperature a little warmer since it's one of the coldest few days in Orlando’s record. But we could not change the thermostat higher. Our family got sick, unfortunately.

Upon arrival we had an issue at the gate. The number listed to call took us to a service. They were unable to help. Thankfully the security guard called the property manager directly and we worked it out. There were 3 roaches spotted in the property. As a Floridian I know bugs are inevitable. But seeing that many live roaches is an issue. One in the kitchen, one in the master bath and one in a bedroom. There were no cleaning supplies to clean off the counters (gross). There was a lack of bath towels and the master bathroom rug was definitely dirty. They charged you to heat the pool. The property did look as shown but the extra charge for the pool, the large cleaning fee, the live roaches and lack of anything to wipe counters down with would make me not book again.

Great space for the whole family; clean, well cared for; disappointed that heat in hot tub/ pool did not work but managers promptly responded to any requests and tended to it as soon as requested( needed to b repaired); great proximity to Disney and great community… would recommend!!

Lovely vacation home, it really is as good as the pictures. The pool was great and we had fun in the games room! Comfy chairs in the family room though a bit cramped even with 6 of us.
Beds very comfortable.
Kitchen all good though why no sharp knives at all? Made cooking hard.
Very clean and the location is perfect for Disney.

Loved the house and was exactly like the pictures!! All 5 kids ages 6-12 loved the game room!! Would highly recommend this house which is close to Disney and Walmart. Unfortunately our stay got cut short because of Disney closing for two days with Hurricane Ian approaching Orlando. We decided to head home instead of waiting it out!!

The only thing I would say is some kitchen utensils poor or missing. As short stay guests would have appreciated bin bags and dishwasher tablets to be provided and more towels in master suite!

Everything was just as picture we really enjoy neighborhood was great . Everything was perfect we had one problem and that was our stair edge was coming off I call and let her know but other then that IT WAS A GREAT STAY WILL COME BACK AGAIN !!

Awesome home to relax in at the end of a hot, hectic Disney day. Disney, shopping, beaches, restaurants, airport and entertainment were all easy travel destinations from the secured, safe area! Very clean, and comfortable home with helpful staff!
