It was nice, my only complaint was that we went to the ”free” breakfast and then noticed there were homeless also let in and eating the “free” breakfast. Also, one night walking to our room we noticed some homeless hanging out in the main down stairs and our room was on the main floor so that was not the most comfortable. Other than that the rooms were clean but for the reasons we would not come back.
The homeless and the pillows, they were super flat.

The room was very basic and Booking charged way over the going rate. We would have paid $218 for a $149 room. Not a good value. We checked out right after we saw the room and did not stay there. I’ve stayed in Hilton hotels all over the world and never had an experience like this one. My wife said she could not stay in the room.

We had to change rooms because the toilet in our room broke and overflowed all over. It was a huge pain.
We had to change our room twice due to the toilet being broken in the first room. We weren't able to use the pool or hottub because someone vomited in it. My kids were very disappointed and it really made the stay not worth it. The pool is the main reason my kids love to stay in hotels. They didn't give us any sort of discount or even find another pool close by we could use instead. I feel like we should have at least gotten a free coffee or something for the inconvenience.

It was extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable. The pool area was clean and my daughter had a blast swimming in the heated pool. Every person that we interacted with at the front desk was kind and happy! When you walked by they would say HI with a smile on their face. We would definitely stay there again.

I would stay here again except I do believe the room charges are to high therefore I would look for accommodations that are not so expensive,
the excessive room charges - $233/night (includes the pet fee but still I normally pay under $200/night (including tax).

We missed getting up for breakfast but I am sad we missed it because they were still taking it down when we checked out and it looked amazing! The pool area was fun, the lounge and lobby were awesome and so was the selection of treats at the desk to purchase. It was very nice and fun for my kids and me to stay!
There was hair from a previous customer on the wall in the shower and black mildew around the shower bottom. The room had a funky smell that wasn't quite like mold or the pool but as if it were recently wet or humid.

Love the fact that there isn't a single square foot of carpet in the room. Rooms were decent size, very clean, nice linens.
I appreciated a hot breakfast, but the eggs were obviously powdered or came out of a box. It can't be that much more difficult to cook real scrambled eggs?

This was such a modern upbeat place. Super clean - loved all the different sitting areas, pool tables, salt water pool, outside fireplace, walk to historic downtown, rooms were great, black out blinds. Loved that the staff let us swim after hours!!

The hotel was very cute, the front desk staff were very friendly
We were INCREDIBLY disappointed and angry when we found out that the pet fee was $75. We would have found a different hotel but we couldn't because we would have lost our money due to how late we had arrived and at that time our room had become non-refundable. Most hotels charge $20-25 for the pet fee, and the fanciest hotels charged us $50... but $75 is ridiculous. At that cost, we should've had our dog pampered. Instead, there was a 5 foot by 5 foot piece of turf, across a busy parking lot, where we were expected to take her. It was stinky and smelled like urine.
When i made the reservation, I had sent a message through Booking.com to let the hotel know that we were bringing our dog, but never received any notification of the exorbitant pet fee.
Too bad because the hotel itself was nice.

The breakfast was great and we could walk to restaurants for dinner. There is also a free trolley that will drop you off at your destination. That was very nice because we had 4 children with us.
We could hear the traffic. That is the only negative about the property. The hotel is very near I 15. I have to write several sentences, so I continue to write stuff.

it was new and had a wonderful lobby area.
there wasn’t a microwave! the hot water available for tea was in a container that made the water taste like coffee. I asked to get water from the kitchen and it only dripped out (didn’t work). The lighting in the room was terrible - SO dark! I couldn’t read or crochet. if these things were fixed I’d stay again.

Room in narrow,no drawer,NO Microwave???Tiny ,baby Pool and hours end at 10 pm. Never got to take the kids to the pool or try the hot tub .No fire turned on the patio first two nights, One over night clerk literally snapped on us as if we were kids at school.Thankfully our autistic son wasn't there or we would have left in the middle of the night. We thought it was an upper scale place where we can feel safe...Late check out is $35.00 till only noon. Felt new and nice, but drawbacks make it seem more like a $70.00 hotel instead of $180...

True to its name, this hotel is beautifully designed with a home like atmosphere. Comfortable rooms, decent breakfast and great staff. All in all, a great stay.
