Beach chic meets casual elegance in this brand new ground level cottage only steps away from the best beach on Anna Maria Island. The Beach Cottage is across the street from the soft white sand beach and turquoise waters. At dusk watch the most spectacular sunset over the water on the best spot on the Island, Bean Point. Pine Street is just a few blocks away where you can bike to your favorite local eateries and shops. The first room you enter at The Beach Cottage is a large screened in porch with plenty of seating for relaxing, reading a book, drinking your morning coffee, or your glass of wine after dinner. From the screened in porch you enter the large family room complete with comfy couches for an entertaining family game or movie night. The Beach Cottage is equipped with a large gourmet kitchen with state of the art appliances. Right outside of the kitchen is a gas Weber grill to maybe enjoy your fresh catch of the day next to your private heated pool. There are two master bedrooms, both with king size beds. One of the master bedrooms has its own private bathroom while the other has a pocket door to the shared bathroom. The kids room, which sleeps four, has custom built bunk beds complete with reading lights and book shelves. Stayed for and extended weekend getaway and was the perfect fit for our family of 8. Location was awesome, only a few minutes walk and you’re on the beach! House was well maintained and updated. The pool was perfect for our kids to enjoy! Overall great experience and would book again!

This was by far our best family vacation - we absolutely loved this gorgeous cottage. I'm always wary of online listings, worried I'll be disappointed when I get there, but this house actually exceeded my expectations and is even more amazing in person! It was the perfect size for our family. The huge kitchen had everything we could possibly need, the front porch daybed was our favorite spot for naps, and the pool is perfect. Loved that there were plenty of chairs and towels to take across the street to the beach with us, and 2 bikes to ride around the island. We're already planning another trip here - thank you, Jessica, for a fabulous stay!

I booked this house for a girls’ long weekend getaway, and it was the perfect place for us 6. Short walk to the gorgeous beach, or use the 2 cruiser bikes to include a ride through the quaint neighborhood. Huge kitchen - well stocked with every equipment you might need, including a blender! Plenty of space for us to just gather and hang out. The pool was on the small side but it was perfect for cooling off and just relaxing in it.
Check-in and check out process was very smooth, communication with the host was easy.
Not a deal breaker - just only thing is I wish there was a big coffee table in the living room! I wanted to start a jigsaw puzzle or some board games, but I didn’t want to set it up on the floor.
We are already talking about coming back with our families and renting the house next door too, also owned and managed by the same host. Don’t hesitate to rent here, you will definitely enjoy!

Such a beautiful property. It really is a luxury cottage. Super clean and well maintained. Beds were very comfortable. Easy walk to the beach (less than 5 minutes). It was such peaceful and quiet spot at the end of the island. I would highly recommend staying here.

Ideal location towards the north end of Anna Maria Island. 1 - 2 minute walk to the public access point. The house layout worked very well for 2 adults and three kids. Easy communications with owners.

The cottage is absolutely beautiful and has everything you need for a perfect and comfortable stay. The kids loved the bunk beds and pool! Host was very kind and responsive.

Wonderful location. Great neighborhood. Clean and well maintained home. Comfortable beds and easy floor plan. Great kitchen, just place a mobile grocery order with Publix and you are all set.

Literally a 3 minute walk to Bean Point beach, which is the nicest beach on the island in my opinion. Also close to shops and restaurants on Pine Ave. Home was clean and nicely appointed. Quiet and peaceful. If you are looking for a relaxing, stress free get-away, this place is a home run. Only minor hiccup was communication regarding our late check out. We thought it was all set, but apparently not as we had to vacate by 10 a.m. Overall it was a great stay and we would gladly book it again and probably would stay longer.

This was our first trip with our 9month old baby and we couldn’t have asked for a better place! The cottage was perfect; clean, quiet, so close to the beach! We enjoyed the pool and my favorite was the screened in front porch. The beds were so comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. Two large fans, a pack and play, beach chairs and towels, beach toys! My only tip would be to bring some laundry detergent or pods with you as there was none left behind or provided. There is a convenience store down the street just incase!

The beach cottage was exactly as advertised, well appointed and thoughtfully laid out with a perfect amount of space for my husband, our 3 kids and my parents. Loved the location on the north end of the island, very close to beach access with a quieter beach. Would absolutely recommend and stay here again!

Perfect location steps away from the beach, and in a quiet neighborhood. The screened in porch was our favorite spot to be in the morning, and for naps! The heated pool was a lot of fun as well, especially at night. A great experience for a family stay. :) We hope to come back soon!

Amazing doesn't even begin to summarize our stay here! The house is updated, comfortable, close to the beach, clean. I would honestly consider moving as a full time resident! The house had all the kitchen appliances you need, beds and pillows were comfy, books, toys, and games for all ages, high chair and pack and play for the kiddos. Literally all you needed were clothes and food! Definitely keeping on my list to book again!

This was an amazing cottage for our first annual girls trip! The perfect place! We literally only left once - and that was for sunset! We had everything we needed... the kitchen was the perfect gathering spot with immediate access to the pool and deck! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and made lasting memories here! Thank you!

Beautiful Inside and Out
This property is stunning! Spacious, clean, and steps to the beach - we had everything we needed for a relaxing break after a whirlwind week at Disney. We will definitely be back to stay longer. You cannot beat the AMI beaches - white sugary sand and crystal clear water. Jessica was wonderful to work with! She was extremely accommodating when we had a special request and even contacted us after checkout about something important left behind. Wonderful, wonderful vacation! The only thing I would change is that I would have stayed longer!

Amazing stay on Anna Maria Island
We absolutely loved our stay. The property was very clean, had what we needed, and the kids loved the pool and built in bunk beds. The location was great, a very short walk to the beach which was much less crowded than other public beach spots. We went to watch the sunset every night. My kids said it all felt magical! I liked staying on the north end of the island. It felt more quiet and away from the busier spots, but still walking distance to Pine Ave.
This is not a complaint, just a bit of info if you’re staying here. Check for laundry detergent or even bring a couple pods with you. They won’t necessarily have it there for you. I was able to purchase some from the general store, but of course, paid a premium. I left the rest for the next person, but if you can, buy some before you get to the island. The host also said it would be ok if we couldn’t do the laundry and was very flexible with it, which I appreciated!
Again, ZERO complaints! It was worth every penny. Thank you so much, hopefully we can return some day!
