Located in Cherry Grove Beach, this lovely condo for $549 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Enjoy a relaxing vacation in this recently completely renovated oceanfront condo at The Oceans! Located in the Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach, this spacious two bedroom, two bath condo has a spectacular oceanfront view with a private balcony on the 8th floor. Your kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, small kitchen appliances and cookware. There is also a kitchen table and chairs in addition to barstools at the bar. Stay in the large ocean front master bedroom with a king size bed, flat screen TV, and a bathroom with 2 sinks. The second bedroom has 2 queen beds with a flat screen TV and a full bath. Gather round the large screen TV (sofa has queen bed) in the living room where you can also look out over the balcony and enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets. WiFi internet access is available throughout the condo. Both bedrooms have flat screen tv’s that include internet for watching movies from your favorite streaming app. Take the elevator downstairs and stroll across the beach and be sure to visit the nearby Cherry Grove Pier on your walk. Enjoy a refreshing dip in the outdoor pool on the 4th floor where a clubhouse, large laundry room, and lounge area with complimentary WiFi is also available. Walk over to visit local shops and restaurants, which include a grocery store with a bakery, deli, swimwear clothing, beach games and accessories…even a hardware store. Drive north to eat at the famous Calabash restaurants and shops or drive south to equally famous Murrel’s Inlet. Great shopping awaits at Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, Tanger Outlet OR take the family to a family style dinner and show at Carolina Opry or Alabama Theater. Kids will appreciate a visit to miniature golf courses, Ripley’s Aquarium, ice cream shops, or movies at the mall. Enjoy multiple golf courses, parasailing, and bike rentals also. Snowbirds are welcome November thru February. Linens are provided initially but you will need to do laundry after the first week. A $250.00 security deposit, signed rental agreement, and picture of current driver’s license are required.

This property was just as describe and the location was an added bonus being near the IGA and restaurants. Both the condo and the property were very clean and well kept. Owners were great with communication!

This condo is perfectly located in Cherry Grove, walking distance to ice cream, pizza places, grocery store, and a few beach bars and restaurants. Once you park and get situated, toss your car keys aside. If you want to drive, mini golf is not far, along with a ton of beach shops, and Myrtle attractions are 15-20 min away. The condo was super clean and comfortable with amazing views of the ocean. The pool was also great! I would definitely stay here again and will be recommending to friends.

Love this condo!!! It is by far the nicest and cleanest condo we have stayed at and we have been staying at this location for the last 20 years. Tim and Pam are really nice and answered any questions we had right away. We hope to stay at their condo again.

Loved the condo. Have stayed at The Oceans numerous times, and this is the best yet. The unit was very clean, and you have everything you need to cook! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and eat. You can't beat the location as you're an easy walk to everything you need. 8th floor is great. Great views, and keeps you somewhat isolated from street noises. Loved it and would definitely stay there again.

Wow! This condo was everything and more! This was our first time booking with VRBO and was nervous with the process, but this experience exceeded our expectations! The condo was exactly how the photos were portrayed, it was absolutely spotless clean, check in was easy process and the communication with owners was fast and seamless! We will definitely be back! This place is super nice! I took my 89 year old mother and 83 year old aunt for a beach retreat. Condo was very easy for them to navigate - plenty of room. Parking was convenient and views from condo were fantastic. Condo was extremely clean and had sufficient supplies for our stay. Tim was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had. I would definitely stay here again!

This was the perfect setting to get away for a virtual conference. My friend and I had a great set up with a great TV to live stream a conference. We also had time to enjoy the beach and balcony. Everything we needed was close by. The owner was in town and was a pleasure to meet.

Nicely redesigned condo with with great access to the beach, pier, restaurants and even a grocery store! We prefer North Myrtle to get away from the busy streets of downtown and easy access to golf and North Carolina towns too. A truly great find! We have stayed with Tim before (11th floor) and will do so again. However Tim, the knives could be sharpened. : )

This is the first-time we've rented a unit setup more for full-time resident living. We've usually rented all-inclusive units geared to renters. This was different and was more no-frills. On the not-so-good side: -smokers (wife has asthma and could not be on the balcony many times); -flooding from Hurricane Elsa (under the sliding-glass doors); -noise (not sound-proof); -soft mattress’ (none of us got a good night’s sleep thru the week); -difficult to open heavy sliding-glass doors (no handles gave cramped fingers); -dull knives (had to use my knives to cut foods); -no W/D in the unit even though a connection exists (knew about this - 4th floor common laundry room); -TV not working until I "debugged" which HDMI inputs worked; -smaller than pictured balconies; -not allowed to hang towels on the balcony; -lack of lighting in the entry foyer; -small entry foyer; -pool is actually smaller than pictured; -no hot-tub (knew this ahead of time). On the brighter side: -Tim is a good communicator. Very responsive; -The HOA is very active and alert. They fine smokes and watch the security cameras; -Location. Tough to beat. Hardly used our car. Besides the IGA, go to Platts Seafood, Basil Pizzeria, Black Pearl Mini-Golf, Snooky’s, para-sailing, Cherry Grove Pier. Other places are worth the walk nearby. What to bring next time: -Small shovel for the beach umbrella; -Less clothes; -Knife sharpener; -Mattress camping pad to add firmness to the bed; -Sound machine to drown-out the partiers; -Flex seal; -Squeegee to clean-off the car windows. Would I rent here again? Maybe but would have to be less cost and off-peak. Too many partiers made it feel more like Spring Break even though North Myrtle Beach tauts the area as being family-oriented. I was expecting a quiet, family-based time other than the night of July 4th. I anticipated fireworks and parties that night. Unfortunately, it went-on through the week with no law enforcement despite my calls to NMB Dispatch (non-emergency number). Great area amenities, just not what was expected based on what was presented before-hand.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautifully furnished, well stocked, and conveniently located condo. The strict smoking policies at the complex, prohibited motorcycle parking, 4th floor pool, and beachfront location made the unit perfect for our stay with young kids. Parking was easy, and we could be on the beach in minutes from the 8th floor unit. Communication with the owner was great, and we especially appreciated an accommodation he made for us during our stay. Our Cherry Grove Beach highlights included soft serve at Dairy Hut and dining at Basil’s Pizza. Otherwise, the IGA was convenient for quick lunches and other essentials. We didn’t cook any meals other than breakfast, but we certainly could have as the kitchen had everything necessary. Note that you will need to bring your own spices, cooking oils, etc. as only a starter supply of paper products were provided in the unit. We enjoyed our stay at Tim's property, and would definitely stay here again in the future.

This is our third time staying at this condo. The beach is great. It is not crowded at all. The area has a grocery store, restaurants and bars in walking distance from the condo. All the larger restaurants and golf courses are a short drive from here. We will be back again next year. Dave Mc
