A Rare Vacation Rental... (Zero Stays During COVID-Newly Renovated!!) A Historic Home on 5 acres, newly remodeled, right off 441 minutes to Cherokee, fishing, and many attractions! 4 comfortable bedrooms (sleeps 8-10), 3 baths, full kitchen, lots of parking, hot tub, and country living are all yours at the Hampton House. There is a private road and coded gate, along with a garage parking and secure entry code, and lots of fun amenities like cornhole boards, frisbee golf w/discs on property, and a jacuzzi that's always ready. Beds include a king, queen and twin downstairs, and an additional queen and twin trundle upstairs. New AC units, a new gas stove heater, and full kitchen appliances, coffee maker, new washer and gas dryer will make your stay in the Smokies comfortable and cozy. We even supply a nice bottle of wine for each stay upon request. Cleaning between visits include full lysol treatment, and fresh clean linens.

The house is very pretty, spacious for big family. The hot tub was very well maintained, clean and great temperature.
But if you have to work or use WiFi the internet never work. The grilled was missing a part that the owner kindly told us to instal it if we want to use it… and one of the wood plank on the deck is broken… my mom almost fell … I will be happy to share a pic with the owner if he wants. Fridge wasn’t fully clean either.
Overall we had a lot of fun, just that I couldn’t do work there because the lack of internet.

The property is excellent and located in great spot. A huge roomy house that provides privacy for all guests. Massive amount of land that you see deer and other wildlife. Owner of unit was outstanding with “communication” and instructions for the stay. I would def book this property again. A+ experience for us.

Great proximity to the casino. Great Yard space to hang out if that's what you do. Very nice indoor space very good for family get togethers or with friends. Great communication! If you need to stay in the area I recommend this property for sure!

Spacious farmhouse met all our families needs, and a spacious kitchen made cooking easy. Coffee maker and pods were an extra touch. Use of all outdoor amenities- disc golf, hot tub, grill and fire put enhanced our visit . Floor plan allowed each family member to enjoy their own private area with multiple bathrooms. Easy access to fishing, golf, Santa's Land and the casino. We loved our stay, and we will be back.

The house is an old farmhouse that has been remodeled and updated into a beautifully home. Huge yard that is fenced in with a gate. The house location was good not hard to get to and right off 441. Short drive to Bryson city and the drive across to gatlinburg is beautiful. We played cornhole almost every evening at the house. It was great for relaxing and enjoying the piece and quiet.

This historical home was very well maintained and furnished with the basics it even had coffee pods! Nice toilet paper and paper towels. It was cozy and comfortable. The hot tub was an added bonus and was very clean. We would stay here again! Thank you again!

Great place to stay if you are going out or staying in! Tons of activities at the house, and located close to so many fun things to do. Haywood Smokehouse in only a 15 minute drive to the Dillion location, and we highly recommend it. Casino was a blast as well as the fishing.

This is an excellent home for a weekend getaway! Lots of sleeping options. Some plates/cups provided, suggest bringing more if you have a large group. Beds are comfy. Water pressure in shower is great. Would definitely stay again!

The house was amazing and the location was perfect. The kitchen was beautiful and spacious for us to regroup every night for dinner. Only suggestion for others to know, it is not a full 4 bedroom, the room at the top of the stairs, is a loft with no door and anyone staying in the other room upstairs, walks by that person's area, no privacy. Thanks for having us.

Had a fantastic time at this property! The location was amazing because it was an easy few minutes to the grocery store and fast food. It was a 5 minute drive to Harrahs Casino and 10 to the town on Cherokee. If you have a car it was very convenient to get anywhere you needed to go. The property itself was awesome too! It was both secluded enough where we never interacted with any neighbors and near a main road for easy travel. All of the living areas and beds where nice and clean upon arrival and the kitchen had everything we needed. The beds themself were comfy and there was plenty of room in the house for all of us. The hot tub was clean and functioning upon our arrival which was fantastic. Would happily book this stay again for myself and recommend it to others.

Beautiful home
The home is beautiful and the yard kept everyone busy. It's close to everything, shopping, the zoo, and everything River related. We would definitely recommend this property.

The place was peaceful, far enough from other houses. 5 minutes from Sequoyah national, Less than 10 min from Harrahs Cherokee. Nicely spacious house and the three separate bathrooms were a nice bonus. Definitely a place we would look to stay in for future Cherokee trips.

Owner was very informative and answered questions quickly. You drive in the driveway and park in the back of the garage. It is PERFECT for loading and unloading!
We were there for a gourd gathering, so we had lots of tools and materials we could leave in the garage. Very convenient.
