Nestled in Boat Harbour, this charming condo for $305 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. 'ONE MILE RETREAT' is located within the One Mile Ridge estate, with access to the shared infinity edge pool and spa. Surrounded by Tomaree National Park it has spectacular views over One Mile and Samurai beaches. Stroll to the patrolled One Mile Beach for a morning surf via the short bush track leading to directly to .One Mile Beach. Relax in the shared infinity pool and spa (shared with the other properties in the estate) located just a minute's walk from the beach house. The house has been cleverly designed to maximise all the advantages of it's elevated site, with floor to ceiling windows to celebrate the views. The interior is relaxed and flows over two levels, each with its own bathrooms, the living area being on the top floor. You can all join together around the dining table on the top level for family meals prepared on the huge marble benches in the kitchen. Two of the three wonderful bedrooms overlook the coastline to Fingal Lighthouse. All bed and bathroom linen is provided. We provide: • Quality bed and bath linen • Pool towels • Beach seats • Eco shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand wash • Kitchen and laundry detergents • Nespresso machine with coffee pods • Condiments and spices • Free wifi • Foxtel IMPORTANT We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification. Please note: Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit ($500 plus non refundable admin fee of $15) or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. ($50 plus admin fee). We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking. THINGS TO NOTE: Please note that for the comfort of all guests and neighbours, we have installed a 'Minut' noise monitoring device in the home, which helps us maintain a peaceful environment by alerting us to noise levels, guest count, and cigarette smoke. We kindly ask all guests to be considerate of our quiet hours and house rules. One Mile Retreat is located in a residential complex (not a resort) and, as such, our guests must abide the body corporate by-laws, in particular quiet times.

What an amazing little piece of paradise! We stayed at the house for 2 nights and had the most delightful time. Seamless check in process, with Zac being available for anything we needed. The house was very clean and spacious. It had lots of areas to escape from the family and have time to yourself. Views from the property were out of this world and it was a great location! We will be back ❤️

We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed every minute. The balcony has great views which can also be viewed from inside the living room. We particularly enjoyed the swimming pool/spa which were very relaxing. We also loved the fact that it was somewhat in a secluded part of the local area while still very close to all attractions.

Great accommodation in a fabulous location. The only minor criticism would be the house is just starting to get a little tired and in need of a good spring clean. But the fundamentals are great: new couches, good beds, good fridge, good bathrooms, awesome TV and Foxtel HD etc. highly recommended.

Fantastic house with breathtaking views. We loved the infinity pool and balcony views particularly. The Port Stephens area also has plenty of options in terms of water sports and dining out. Birubi Beach is beautiful and a must see. I don't think you could be disappointed with this property or location!

Lovely home with sweeping views of the beach. The home was comfortable for our family, with plenty of room for the kids to run around. We visited over the Australia Day long weekend with very high temperatures, and while the listing mentions air conditioning, it is only available in the kids room downstairs. Upstairs remained incredibly warm and stuffy, even with the ceiling fans on. Glenyss and Alan were kind and very quick to provide a solution, by bringing over two brand new pedestal fans which made sleeping in the upstairs bedroom much more bearable. Only other minor negative was the exceptionally steep slope of the driveway - my brother was not able to get his car up to the property as it would damage his car. It’s only a short walk from the visitor car park though, so unless you are less mobile it’s not a big issue. The pool and spa were a stunning escape, gorgeous vistas over valley below! And the beautiful beaches of Port Stephens only a quick drive away. Overall a lovely family holiday, we are grateful for the helpfulness of our hosts and for the relaxing stay!

An excellent location atop the hill allows for sweeping views, and a short walk to the beach. House was exactly as shown in photos, and came fully equipped with all the modern appliances to allow a family to live in comfort. Was an excellent stay and would definitely recommend it to friends.

The property and location was absolutely stunning , shops nearby made it easy to find things to do and the view of one mike beach was incredible. The complex itself is peaceful and quiet but you’re still able to have an amazing experience and fun!!

We were very disappointed with condition of crockery and cutlery utensils needs better lighting and the stairs very dangerous needs some sort of protection at end of steps. More chairs on veranda Unit is stated as sleeping 8 but insufficient glasses etc for that many guests salad bowl needs to be replaced and all crockery needs to be updated. Overall cleaning needs some attention with cobwebs in lounge room area main lounge room needs air conditioner and more blinds

A wonderful getaway! Amazing views! Enjoyable walk through the neighbourhood and to 1 mile beach! And at the end of the day, relaxing pool and spa. Great for just the two of us, or for a group of 6 or 8. Owner and property manager were great to work with. Hope to be back one day. Some wonderful memories. Cheers!

The house is full of sunlight from first thing in the morning until the last ray from the sunset. It is so warm and inviting. I love the stunning view over the beach and bay. We arrived to the sight of a whale cruising the bay below us. Just magical, the house is bueatiful with everything you could ask for. It is so relaxing

All our expectations were exceeded. Working as a realestate agent selling some of Sydney's top tier properties, I was genuinely impressed and the stay was beyond my personal expectation. The view was simply stunning, access to the beach was too convenient, the condition of the house was very good and we collectively thought it was fantastic value for money. Definitely recommend anyone to stay weekend or longer.
