We love the serenity and homeliness, easiest way from the bustling streets of Shinjuku and Shibuya..a restful haven afte

Convenient

Good location, close to a metro station. 15-20 min walk to Shinjuku. New furniture, very quiet

Very small room and bathroom (made of plastic). No staff. I asked a question via Line (the only channel of communication with the hotel) and they were not helpful, very Do-it-yourself style

位置很好离初台站很近距离新宿只有一个站（但是新宿站转车很复杂）距离明治神宫步行半个小时。安静整洁干净方便设施比较完善

Convient location to train and restaurants and convenience stores. All within very short walk 5mins tops.

Was hard to reach and get quick responses back as no one works at the hotel. When trying to confirm our luggage delivery and pick up we got delayed replies over email

Self-serviced place in a great location

The location is really close to a Keio subway station. We always had to transfer in Shinjuku to go elsewhere but we don’t mind it. The neighborhood has multiple restaurants and a convenience store around it to satisfy late night cravings.

The room is clean but narrower than what the picture is showing. Everything is self-service here, no staff around to help. The staff took awhile to reply to my message. Luggage storage is really small and already filled with other guests’ items when we arrived. We didn’t have a place to put our luggage and we had to wait for our room to store our stuff. There’s supposed to be a direct access from the property to the laundry area but it’s locked most of the time. I had to go back and forth from the outside at a freezing temperature. I wish the second floor has a communal area too, but it’s not a deal breaker.

Fantastic Stay

Staff were easily reachable and quick and happy to help sort anything. Very quick walk to a train station and 1 stop ride to get to Shinjuku station, so convenient! Room was very spacious, lots of floor space for suitcases and moving around. Big window, lots of light. Fully blackout blinds were great for a sleep in! After 9 different hotels across Japan on this trip, this bed was by far the most comfortable! Common room had lots of cooking utilities and all the things you need to make meals. Common areas and the room were very clean and tidy! Would definitely stay here again!

Bathroom is quite tight if you are tall. Knees were against the wall sitting on the toilet and head was nearly at the ceiling in the shower.

Good value for

The property is located in a quiet side street and has a very residential feel while still being super close to public transport and a major street. It’s in walking distance to some nice cafés, restaurants and bars. Self check-in and -out was easy thanks to the clear instructions! Good size shower with decent water pressure :)

The building itself isn’t amazingly soundproof. Our room was located next to the common area/kitchen and therefore a little noisy. There are a few minor things like the fact that there’s no hanger for a towel next to the wash basin and the downs in the blanket being very clumpy that felt a little inconvenient and could be improved. Be aware that there is no staff! Communication via the Booking-App regarding my request for luggage transfer from Kyoto was so-so. Otherwise good value for money though :)

Overall a great stay

The room was actually a decent size for two compared to other hotels we've stayed in previously. The location was great, it's about 3 3-minute walk to the nearest train station. There's also the option for buses straight to Shibuya. There's filtered water to fill your bottles. Hot and cold water is available in the shared kitchen too. Though the walls are a bit thin so might have to accept some noises but during my stay, it was pretty quiet.

立地も良いし、今回はディスカウントプライスで泊まったのでまあまあ満足。正規の値段ではちょっと割高感。

清潔感があり、ベッドも大きく、デスクがあるなど配慮されていた。

敷地内に駐車場があるというのが選択理由の一つだったが、建物の前の駐車場には大きな SUV がカバーをかけられて駐車してあり、ずっとそこに置きっぱなしという感じだった。オーナーの車だろうか？駐車場が占有されているならリスティングに「駐車場あり」としないでほしかった。

A somewhat noisy but good stay

A nice and spacious room with the most comfortable pillows of my Japan trip (I like the unfluffy ones) in a really convenient location. Really appreciated the cold water machine, as well as being able to leave our luggage in the facility many hours before check-in.

A constant, loud fan noise (the ventilator?) that took a while to get used to.

Nice common rooms to work in. Our room was simple and clean. Laundry is available on site- super simple and efficient.

Disappointing

It was close to Shibuya

It was very smelly at the entrance, the bathroom wasn't clean and the double bed was too small for a couple.

Good

A low-cost place to stay in Tokyo. The hosts communicated checkin details well. They have a common area on each floor, and a kitchen. All the facilities work well.

The location is a bit far, and disconnected from the Tokyo Metro line. The only metro which arrives at this location was a different line than the Tokyo metro, and we had to travel quite a bit to go to the places we wanted to see. If you want to stay here, plan your trip beforehand (with the public transport etc). The bathroom is a bit too small.

Good accommodation for a fair price

A good accommodation for the price I paid. The check-in process went really smooth. We didn't have any contact with any staff at all during our stay. They don't have amenities, it's just the room and a shower, perfect for who is going to spend most of the time outside. The laundry next door is a plus. It's a quiet neighborhood, which is good for who value some quite time after a big day.

I don't have anything bad to say, it matched our expectations for the price we paid.

Great stay overall!

The property was perfect for what we needed. Although the rooms are a little small they have everything you need and are very comfortable. The location was also great. Super close to the local train station that connects to all the major rail stations.

Wish we could have checked in early since we took a red eye flight. But that's not really the hotels fault.

Convenient localisation, perfect kitchen and comfy bed

Full automatic checking and check out, no keys required only passwords. Amazing kitchen for cooking. 2 min walk from the Hatsudai station. Very comfy bed and nice room.

Good value for money for a top location

Very close to Shinjuku station. Quiet and clean. Good value for money.

Unfortunately, the cafe on the ground floor was not open during my stay.

Very good

I liked the common area where you can cool your own food, it was very clean and completely contactless check in we didn't meet any staff. The bed was the comfiest bed I've slept in for weeks travelling.

The fan above the bed stays on all the time and it's pretty noisy
