Overall, the condo is clean and set up well for a small space. We did have a major issue upon arrival as the air conditioning was not working. John was amazing with communication and the air conditioning was fixed. Pro's: Clean property and condo, good location, lots of amenities on the property. It is a gated community, and the guards were all friendly. Just minutes to walk to the beach. Great communication with owner. He is an upstanding guy. I truly believe that he wants a renter to enjoy their stay. Con's: No cover on the patio, so usage was limited. Sink was located in the corner, with no under the cabinet light above. I tried to get light from the microwave, but the light fixture was missing. There wasn't a room darkening shade in the bedroom, so it was very bright at 6:30 am. This didn't bother me, but my husband doesn't like to wake up early on vacation. The frying pans were non-stick and scratched up, however the pots were fine. If you're a golfer, this probably won't matter to you, but if you're not, you might not like golfers literally 10 feet from your back door. Some waved at me when I was sitting at the kitchen table. Weather dependent, golfers are almost non-stop outside your door. In conclusion, John's fast communication made what could have been a horrible situation with the air conditioning much better. I'm not trying to nit-pick with my con list, just trying to be helpful to fellow travelers. If I would have known some of these things, I would have brought them from home. As a whole, the condo was very nice. Would I stay again, possibly. But if we didn't, it wouldn't be because of the condo, it would be because of the frequent golfers so near to the back door. Had a wonderful time. Spent Christmas and New Year's at Ocean Village. Condo and amenities are better than advertised. John and Claudia were awesome hosts. Enjoyed the patio on the 8th green watching the golfers when I was not on the course myself. I would highly recommend this location and unit. I plan on returning for more extended stays.

Our host, John, was promp in responding to a minor issue with security when checking in. With so many fun activities to participate in, there is little need to seek out other things to do off-site. A good value for the money. Clean and comfortable. The owner was attentive and very quick to fix a minor problem with the dishwasher. I would not hesitate to rent from these folks again.

Our stay was positive due to great communication with owner who is open to suggestions and responds well. What more could you enjoy than being on a golf course, three minute walk to the beach and great tennis. Other activities are available on this wonderful property. This unit is comfortable for two people. Living room furniture has been changed since the above picture.

John. Enjoyed the stay. We bought and left two foldable beach chairs and put them in the storage closet. We would stay again. A couple of minor suggestions. The need to wear wristbands in not mentioned in the email or the welcome book. You might add that. Wrist bands were in kitchen drawer. Perhaps the welcome book would ask people to leave them in the basket by the living room tv. By the way, it was nice to have the dish washer liquid and and laundry detergent supplied. (We have a rental cottage and such touches are appreciated). Only "problem" was electronics--but not much you can do about that. Internet was out for a day. I replaced the battery for the living room tv as it wasn't working. Again--very minor issue. Great location. Very comfortable.

We loved Ocean Villas, and this unit had lots of perks. Great water pressure in Shower and Kitchen, 2 bathroom sinks/vanities, lots of closets and fully stocked household supplies too! Super quiet, relaxing stay.
