Walk to beaches along quaint town roads / boat marina. - Fully air conditioned - New hardscape patio with outdoor dining area and grill - Outdoor hot water shower w/ granite stone. - Modern designer kitchen, vaulted living room, large windows - Second floor new deck with reclining chairs and beautiful views - perfect for your morning coffee or relaxing. - High-speed WiFi (100 Mbps) - Extra comfortable beds and mattresses - All bathrooms have heated floors. iPhone/Android charging stations in all bedrooms. A 10 minute walk down quaint neighborhood roads to beautiful Stony Beach! 10 minute bike to the sandy beaches of Surf Drive. 7 minute walk to Woods Hole Village restaurants. Take an evening stroll/morning bike ride on the Shining Sea Bike Path (0.3 miles to Shining Sea Bike Path). This home sits on a 1/3 acre lot and is fairly private, set back from the road. Venture through picturesque trails in nearby bird sanctuaries/gardens, take a ferry to Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket. Spend the day in nearby historic Falmouth window shopping, enjoying concerts/farmers markets on the green or just grabbing a bite to eat amongst the wide variety of restaurants from oven baked pizza, to tea room sandwiches, fresh seafood and homemade ice cream. This is our own family vacation home and we use it for half of the summer - we haven't spared any amenities. A wonderful escape with the best the Cape has to offer, in a highly modern and comfortable home. Detailed info: - Master Bedroom: 1 King bed with ensuite private bath - 2nd floor - Guest A Bedroom: 1 Queen bed - 1st floor - Guest B Bedroom: 1 Queen bed - 1st floor - Guest C Bedroom: 1 Full + 1 Twin bed (bunk bed setup) - 1st floor - Three full bathrooms (total). Downstairs bath has a bath tub. All baths have heated floors. - We provide bed linens, towels (both beach and bath) and also 4 beach chairs and a beach umbrella

We went here for Thanksgiving holiday/ weekend.
Very, very nice house and accommodations.
The kitchen well equipped to cook! Big kitchen table. Nice outside deck. (We didn’t use the lower patio but also very nice)
The bedrooms/ bathrooms are so nice and all good sized.
The location is fun and close to walk to town and the ferry.
The communication with owner was fantastic. Very responsive with any questions.

We highly recommend this home! With the instructions from the host we accessed the property with no problem and found a modern, clean, comfortable residence complete with a welcome basket! We were three couples from Colorado and Wisconsin who were in town for a wedding and this was the perfect place to stay. The beds were comfortable, everyone had a bathroom, and the open floorplan of the kitchen, dining, and living space made it simple to relax together. We could easily walk to Wood's Hole to make the most of the restaurants and shopping while avoiding all the parking hassles in this tiny community. We looked up an earlier listing for this home and were amazed at the creative renovation the owners accomplished, turning this older home into a fresh updated retreat. Beautiful! Would love to return when we had more time!

Everything in the house felt brand new. Great location near downtown Woods Hole (walking distance) and short drive to everything else. We had a great stay! Golf, Pickle, beaches, boating, restaurants. Woods Hole / Falmouth area is the best.

Devorah was great and easy to communicate, house was just what we expected, towels were left nicely in each room and a nice welcome! Town was cute, found a nice playground for my daughter. Would definitely rent again if we go back!

We loved the recently remodeled home! We had 3 young adults with us, so the four bedrooms and three bathrooms worked out perfectly. The property is on a very quiet street with cozy accommodations, including a kitchen that has everything you could possibly need, and comfy tempur-pedic mattresses throughout. It's a short drive to Falmouth and even a shorter drive (or a nice walk) to Woods Hole, both with lots of charm and beautiful homes. This is definitely a property that we would stay at again in the future.

Great location and property!!
We were two families with young children who rented this property for a week. It was a great layout and size for all 9 of us. The house had everything we need to make meals, very well stocked!
The location was perfect for adventures. We spent each day at a new beach or exploring Martha’s Vineyard or Nantucket!!
Property manager was so easy to work with. She answered all my questions before and during the trip!

Great property with all the necessities. Walking distance to the Main Street and ferry, close to bike path. We took a ferry to Martha’s Vineyard and also walked down to Nobaska Lighthouse. Great location. Well decorated. 4 bedrooms were comfy and spacious for four friends! Very happy with this stay.

The second floor living room is sunny with tall ceilings and big windows that’s great for bird watching. The kitchen is so well stocked that you can tell the owner loves cooking. The memory foam beds in each bedroom are super comfortable. The owner Devorah is super helpful during our stay and gave us ideas on nearby hiking trails. Our family had great memories here in this house and we would love to come back with our friends in the near future.

Wonderful Thanksgiving Vacation
When your kiddos go to school in the East and you are looking for somewhere to call "home" for them as you pamper them with food and love, this is the place! The house was spotless from top to bottom and with beautiful views of the colors of fall from each window. Hiking, coffee, ocean, bay all within walking distance. Wonderful place to unwind while enjoying all the conveniences of a modern home (individual heater/ac in each room, washer dryer, dishwasher, etc). A+ vacation for this family of 5.
