After staying here multiple times, I will say location is the only reason to book this spot as you are steps from the beach. However- that’s the only upside. It’s a very small unit and outdated as far as amenities (window A/C unit that does not work, very small TV, no basic supplies such as paper towels or extra toilet paper) I’d recommend the property managers spent serious time remodeling these units or at the very least accurately update the listing to reflect the true condition of the property today.

Beautiful place and so close to the beach it was wonderful. The only thing was that you can hear everything the people above you are doing. When they would walk it sounded like they were bowling. The other thing I noticed was when I walked into the bathroom it smelled like sewer. I ran the shower for a moment and it started to pass. The bed is comfortable and all the furnishings are beautiful. The beach walk is fast and fun. Don’t plan on getting a lot of sleep or any naps though with people above you. There is a note saying not to turn the AC down below 72 but it was really hot and I messaged the owner and they said I could turn it down for a bit.

Convenient location. One block from the beach. Centrally located to bars, restaurants. Comfortable king bed. Fresh linens, beach towels, kitchen utensils. Nice patio space attached to unit. Private parking. Overall great rental. Wouldn’t mind if it was a little cheaper, but worth it.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the room. The location was perfect, short walking distance to lots of restaurants. The beach was right across the street, 1 minute walk. I will definitely book again.

The property was as listed and very clean. It was more spacious than the photos led on. As mentioned in another review, the AC unit really doesnt do much, especially if you like sleeping in very cold temps, but we brought a fan and there were even days where we turned the unit off and opened the window. There were plenty of towels and additional items for our stay. The only issue we had being on the bottom floor were inconsiderate neighbors above us. Unfortunately we didn't get the restful vacation we wanted because of them banging, jumping etc all hours of the night. Property management was great with addressing those concerns as soon as we brought them up, but ultimately, they can't really control tenants. If you're a light sleeper, I'd say to book one of the two upstairs units. Other than that, everything else was great. Location, cleanliness; we'd come back, just on the second floor next time :)

Nice quite location; just a short walk to the ocean. Several great food locations to choose from on the strip. The studio is exceptionally clean. The A/C could use some adjustments, but as a repeat guest we just bring a small fan.

Property was close to the beach, very clean, and guiet. I would suggest bringing your own bath towels and washcloths. Our stay was 3 nights for 2 people. We had 1 wash cloth and 1 bath towel each. You could call and trade them in one for one. To much hassle. Expected to have enough bath linens left on site for the duration of our stay. No extra toilet paper on site so we went out and bought our own. Air conditioning was not cooling properly, low on freon. Some evenings it was cooler outside than inside. When you work outside in utilities for a career, you expect to vacation and sleep in a better climate controlled space. Not sure the mini split until was suitable for the space. Lastly, the cleaning staff left a tip envelope. We have stayed at many VRBO and vacation rentals and never were asked to tip the cleaning staff. Just assumed they were paid well out of the cleaning fee we were charged at booking. Rental was clean but also looked like new construction.
