Great location near centre of town. Well equipped kitchen and appliances. Warm and plenty of hot water.

Traffic noisy in front bedroom. Plastic cooking utensils very flimsy and knives blunt.

Central to the city centre. Good communication from owner, Easy entry to apartment, Everything we needed was in there. Large rooms. A kitchen with all facilities, shower room with toilet and also ensuite in the double bedroom. Extras such as coffee, milk, tea, sugar, shower gel, shampoo etc. Hairdryer and iron were in rooms. Comfy sofa in lounge. WiFi. Cheap car parking nearby.

Street noise was heard in front bedroom

location was excellent and the apartment was lovely.

Heating wasn’t working and it took 2 days to get an engineer out to the property. It was the end of November and cold outside and we had no hot water the first night/next morning and no heating until the 3rd day, 3 wee heaters were left in the apartment the 2nd day but 2 of them didn’t work. No apology was given by the property owner and he wasn’t particularly helpful. It did affect our stay as we had to keep our coats on anytime we arrived back to the apartment.

Excellent central location, very clean, two bathrooms, full kitchen, washing machine and dishwasher.

Beds were small and uncomfortable. Need new blackout curtains in the bedrooms, especially the twin room.

It was clean, central and had everything we needed.

The main bedroom was a bit cramped.

Apartment close to everything you need such as shops...supermarket...post office Comfortable and very quiet apartment.

The master bedroom... urgently needs a blackout curtain because the light is intense... you can't rest... 5:00 in the morning like it's 8 in the morning... impossible to sleep well. Secondary bedroom...The bed is too deep..Not suitable for people with back problems. Needs mattress replacement. apart from these two problems, a wonderful apt... I want to go back

We felt the main sitting room really needed a table and chairs so a family of four could eat a meal prepared in the well-equipped kitchen.

Flat A the double bed could do with replacing, the mattress and frame are not suitable for the room. Similarly, the curtains in both bedrooms are insufficient to keep light out. The curtain tie backs in the lounge area are loose.

Really well appointed, clean and spacious two bed flat in the centre of Dunfermline. Really nice lounge area. Decent showers in the two bathrooms with towels and shower gel etc all supplied.

I didn't sleep in the front room of the property but my friend who did said it was quite noisy at night with the main road directly outside. I slept in the back room which was nice and quiet.

The location was perfect

It was filthy. The walls and doors were stained, crumbs in the cupboard, windows covered in hand prints, cotton bud on the bedroom carpet and a dog treat next to the bed. I could go on…..

Overall good, location excellent, TV good, wifi good, very comfortable, very clean, had a switch on the boiler blow on Saturday evening 6pm, was replaced and working within the hour. So a few small easily fixed problems, but overall would I recommend the flat? Yes without reservations.

Bed in back bedroom mattress set into box frame, not a good idea, hurts thighs getting in and out of bed. Kitchen, very limited utensils, eg no bread knife etc,
