It was great to spend time with my daughter.

The location was nice

I could not sleep for 3 nights because the freezer was making so much noise it kept both is us up. The person who usually look at service requests was on vacation but they did not have anyone to fill in for him. I do not feel that I should have to call every day and text every day to make sure somebody is looking into this problem and have to go for three days without sleep. We should get compensated for some of the days that we did not get sleep due to the fact that nobody was covering for the man while he was on vacation. The chair in the facility was awful. It was so uncomfortable it was better to sit on the floor.

Overall it was a great value and wonderful experience.

I loved the cleanliness and comfort, having the kitchen & washer & dryer, proximity to beach, and pool/hot tub…

No hot water in apt. Water bottles and more staples in kitchen to cook with like cooking oil would be nice. Late check in time but liked the option of earlier, just good to know when you are traveling.

Die Anlage insgesamt sehr schön, sehr gepflegt

Absolut Schönes Appartement Super schön eingerichtet, Handtücher in großer Menge, unerwartete Dinge Kosmetikartikel, Eis Maker, schöner Balkon (nach Süden) Meer sichtbar. Sehr angenehme Klimaanlage Alles sauber. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben, es war leider ausgebucht. Der Anbieter Condos ist sehr hilfreich.

Das Bett, bequem aber bei jeder Bewegung stößt das Kopfteil an die Wand, die Blech Deco Leuchten scheppern. Dusche abenteuerlich. Bad kann ein Update gebrauchen.

It was good except the shower and bed sheets

It was well organized super cute, had stuff for people coming and going like food and water.

It wasn’t well cleaned. The shower had pubic hair on the sides and/or hair as well, the sheets weren’t as clean as the couch. The couch was decent.

Very good

Love the location! It's a comfortable size for a family of 6. There are lots of places to sit. My son slept on the sofa (he didn't feel the need to use the sofa bed) for 2 nights and was comfortable for him. Easy to get in an out of. The location next to the pool was great. Loved the balcony. The condo is as pictured. We stayed during the week at the end of summer, so the price was lower and just right. Quick drive to beach and near the stores, gas station, and restaurants. Master has large shower. Has washer dryer, which comes in handy. Tons of towels. The complex has a rinsing station at the pool for yourself and another rinsing station for your personal belongings at different location. This came in handy to rinse off our chairs and umbrellas, so we didn't take the sand back home.

The biggest reason why I gave it an 8 and not a 10 is that the blankets provided are as thin as a sheet. So I was freezing. Only 2 slightly thicker blankets were provided, and one was for my son who slept on the couch. The other one we gave to my kids. I had to get a thicker blanket so that I could sleep comfortably at night. I feel like this should be mentioned in the description and then sent as a reminder so that people can bring their own if needed. There was also no trash can in master. This was a minor thing, but it did make it a little inconvenient to remember to go to trash can in the kitchen if needed. Plus, some of the trash that goes in the trash after using the restroom should remain there and not have to walk through common areas of condo to throw away (for woman hint hint). Also some of the condo could use some well done touch ups. Looks like patches have been done here and there but very sloppy. Not a big deal since condo still in decent condition.

The apartment furniture needs to be replaced or deep cleaned. The couch and lounge chair had clean visible stains.

Cleanliness, accomodations and nearness to beach.

Door frame leaked water during rain storm. Dryer didn't fully dry. Bathtub drain in large bathroom didn't drain properly.

This was the worst experience I have ever had. I missed my sons graduation I never could get into the condo or get anyone to help me. They all passed me down the line to another person so I could explain what was happening all over again. I finally just drove 3 hours home.

Would rent again!

Location was great. Very short walk to the beach. Noise level was low. Pool was clean. Clean sheets and towels. Extra toys and boogie boards.

There were a lot of ant hills in the parking area. Lots of weed spike balls. We would leave our shoes at the door and walk around barefoot and the carpet had a few stuck to it. Hurts !! I really wish they had left mop and broom available. To clean up sand or water drops from beach and pool.

Facilities were great, neighbors horrible.

We went out for breakfast.

The person/people in the unit upstairs were extremely loud, had a big dog running around, and they walked heel first noisily. They were sliding stuff around the folios. I had a 5 and 8 year old and the noise kept them. We went upstairs and spoke to them about the problem with the loud walking and nois we. It was a little better but continued to 11:00 PM. Then at 6:00 AM it started all over waking the 8 year old. Some people are totally inconsiderate.

Nice on the inside.

The location was great. It was close to the beach, stores, restaurants, etc. The interior of the units were very nicely kept, decorated and clean. The accommodations were comfy (even the sofa bed) and the kitchen well stocked. It's a great place for a long weekend at the beach.

The exteriors of the building needs repair and painting and the breezeways are in dire need of refurbishing. The carpet is moldy and dirty and needs to be replaced with tile. This would help tremendously, as guests are greeted by the exteriors first and then the interior of the units. It's the first impression and a poor one at that. The electricity went out while we were there. It was repaired and returned in a little over 3 hours. This wasn't the fault of Vacasa, but it was an inconvenience nonetheless.

Not stay here next time

location is great

The couch has pets hairs and the sink in the kitchen is stuck as well as the bathtub, water goes down very very slow, it makes really gross. And the 24/7 customer service is not really when you need urgent help! they sent a message to us a day before our trip said our card was not able to process, so let us update our card information! After we did, they messaged us again, we had to call them to verify, so we tried to call but without luck. We held the phone for an hour but no response. We messaged them again, they just have different Customer Service people gave you the same answer like they will contact us or we can cal them again! that’s really frustrating and useless when you need urgent help. Wl So We finally could reach out to them until the night before our trip, so don’t trust “ 24/7 “ , that’s not very helpful at all! Cause nobody answer the call from our noon till night time! We won’t choose to stay here again next time!

Bad!

Location to the beach.

The neighbor underneath me who turned out to be the HOA manager continued to bang on her ceiling which was my floor. The floor is very very thin and sounds hollow. Just to walk on the floor it makes noise.Dropped a hairbrush and she banged on her ceiling. Pulled out a barstool to sit on and she banged on the ceiling. walked across the floor and she banged on her ceiling. she continued to bang on her ceiling every time a noise was made. Then I received a phone call saying someone had reported running up and down the halls. Really! That’s when the lady on the phone had informed me that beneath me lived the HOA manager and that she’s quite finicky . Having to tiptoe across a condo that I rented for a vacation was ridiculous. Maybe someone from corporate headquarters needs to have a talk with this HOA manager. Or better yet move her to the third floor where no one can bother.

mattress in pull out couch is worn and I could feel all the springs. the dining table and one of chairs had loose/ broken leg which is unsafe. cleanliness could have been better.

We liked the way the place was decorated. Also, that there were amenities we hadn't expected.(beach umbrella, etc.)

I can't think of anything at all we didn't like. The place was great. I would definitely recommend it and stay there again.

Superb

We had three adults and two children and the condo was perfect. The location was great. A short drive or walk to the beach and nearby grocery store and dollar general. It was great to have beach towels and a washer and dryer in our unit.

An ice maker in the fridge would have been great. While the property felt very safe and secure, we did have an incident at the pool. A man in his 60s was very intoxicated and exposed himself seemingly out of nowhere. It was a very odd (and disgusting) encounter during an otherwise perfect stay.

Disappointing stay at run down complex

close to beach

Complex is veering toward slummy. Disappointed that during my 2-nite stay I had to be subjected to remodeling noise next door. The next morning they shut off the water at 9:00 AM but didn’t post a notice on my door the day before. Unprofessional and lazy management running this complex. Unit 280 was clean enough but living room furniture looks tired and uninspired. Kitchen could have been better appointed (is a chopping board too much to expect?). Noise travels through the ceiling as there is probably no noise absorbing cushion or carpeting on unit above. I won’t be coming back to this complex. Better options all around.
