About this condo rental
Situated in Bradenton Beach, this lovely condo for $474 per night is a great choice for your next break. Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico on Anna Maria Island in the city of Bradenton Beach, this beachfront condo is in a prime location right next to Historic Bridge Street. Anna Maria is a hidden gem in Florida and Bridge Street is a hub of activities. The Condo has many recent updates with an open kitchen with "sit down" counter, two large bedrooms, two full baths (the master shower has a rain shower head and a handheld wand), fully equipped kitchen, in suite full size washer & dryer, high speed WiFi (400mb), cable, multiple "Smart" TV's (55", 43" and 32") and Roku for your streaming services. We have it decorated with a beach theme that is designed for comfort. We want you to be able to relax and enjoy the view. Fully contactless check-in with a ring camera doorbell for your safety. Gulf View is a small complex (only 10 units) located directly on the beach. It does not have an elevator. Parking is under the building with two (2) floors of five (5) condos on each floor. The pool is on the gulf side with great views of the beach and ocean. Walk directly from the pool deck on to the beach and into the Gulf of Mexico. It is a short 65 +/- (depending on the tide) steps on the soft sand to the ocean from the pool deck. Take a swim in the heated beachside pool reserved for Gulf View guests. Park in your reserved, covered parking spot that is big enough for two (2) cars. Secured access by a regularly changing code. There are several Ring Cameras on the property for security. Everything you could want is within walking distance! There are approximately ten (10) restaurants within a 4 minute walk! You can also take a ride on the Free Island Trolley that runs from 7:30 am until 10:00 pm up and down the island. The Circle K convenience store is across the street for those last minute items. Bridge Street is a short 50 yards from the complex. It is the hub of activity with several restaurants and bars - many with live music, ice cream shops, bicycle shops, beach shops, boutiques, mini-golf, fishing and much more. Bradenton Beach Marina is also a short walk where you can rent a boat, take a tour boat ride, ride parasails or rent jet skis. You can walk soft white sand south to Longboat Pass or north all the way to Bean Point. You will likely see manatees and dolphins right outside your condo in the Gulf. We have a beach storage unit with several beach chairs and beach toys for your use. At the end of the day, you will see awesome sunsets from your huge (150 +/- square foot) private, screened lanai. With large sliding doors from both the family room and the master bedroom, it is a great place to unwind. The pool deck has a very nice Weber barbeque grill, several lounge chairs with umbrellas and tables for guest use. Anna Maria Island is about 16 miles due west of Exit 220 on Interstate 75. You can fly into Sarasota / Bradenton (22 min), St Petersburg (55 min), Tampa (65 min) or Punta Gorda (75 min) Airports as well. Orlando is a short 2 hour drive.

We stayed here for a week with our nine-year-old son. The location is perfect. It is close to plenty of restaurants and of course, mini golf. The beach is great. The pool is very warm. The sunsets were amazing. The condo was fully stocked. It was also very clean. Everything we needed was there. Mike was very responsive with any inquiry. Easy. And just as described.

We love Gulfview. Have stayed at 2 separate places in the past 2 years. Both very similar. Mike was great to work with. The view and amenities are wonderful but over the year have definitely noticed a decline in upkeep of the building and surroundings. Not a deterrence for a return but still a concern. Will definitely be back at Gulfview in the future.

Perfect location. Well stocked, plenty of beach towels and beach chairs. Very comfortable beds. Small condo complex, only 10 units with private pool and private beach entry, so you almost feel like you have the place to yourself. Very clean, balcony overlooking the gulf for perfect sunset viewing, and shades on the balcony to help with afternoon sun. Covered parking for two cars was a bonus. Directly across the street from a Circle K, which was very convenient. And one block from the shops and restaurants on Bridge Street.

This is our fifth time coming to AMI and even though we enjoyed our stay, we never found a place that we wanted to come back to. That was until this year. The condo was amazing! The bedrooms were spacious, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the view…wow! It was so nice to sit on the balcony every morning and in the evening to watch the sunset (something we didn’t get to do all the time as our son would go to bed early). I loved it was screened in too. The AC was a major plus for me as I get cold easily from window units that we’ve had in the past.
The master bedroom had a huge walk in closet that was wonderful to store our luggage. Being able to park our rental under to shelter from the weather and hot sun was a big plus. Mike’s communication was wonderful.
All in all, we had a wonderful time and already booked next year’s trip as we definately found someplace to keep going.

Everything about our stay was fantastic! The location was phenomenal. You can walk to various restaurants, shops, and bars, etc, in a couple minutes. The beach is right outside your window. It is so peaceful and relaxing sitting on the lanai and looking at the Gulf. Almost anything you need for the beach is on-site and specific to this unit. The owners, Mike and Dianna, are wonderful to work with. The electricity in the neighborhood went out one morning for a brief amount of time, and they contacted and checked on us before I could even call them. They care! The condo is decorated in a fun and beach-like style that makes you forget about all of the normal headaches of day to day life. This was our third year in a row on the island, and Mike and Dianna’s condo helped to make it our favorite stay by far! We highly recommend renting from these great people and would love the opportunity to stay here again in the near future.

We really enjoyed the view and it was a great location to walk around to lots of restaurants and shops. The condo was well updated and spacious. I did not expect the master closet to be so large, that was a nice surprise. Mike communicated with us to make sure we had what we needed.
The building is very close to shops and dining, it is directly next to a very busy part of the road, so it was quite loud with the road noise. There were some rude tenants staying in another unit the week we were there (unit 104; many inconsiderate and dangerous behaviors on the beach). They also left the gates open constantly and another condo owner reprimanded us for this even though we shut the gates when we came and went. So, that was frustrating, but not Mike and Diana’s fault.

This condo is all you need for a great beach vacation. It’s comfortable, clean, and within walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. The owner is responsive to questions and concerns. We have stayed twice now and hope to stay again.

We enjoyed every bit of our stay. The condo is well equipped with everything you could need inside and out. The location is the best of both worlds. Enjoy the beautiful ocean view from you balcony and enjoy days lazing on the beach. At night, walk across the street and enjoy dinner at many different locations. Stop and listen to live music to complete your day. I can’t wait to return!

Everything was perfect and smooth sailing from the time we booked till the time we checked out. Mike and Dianna were great with communication and very quick to respond to any questions we had. The property was very nicely decorated and clean! The view - we just can’t say enough about it! We were there for our wedding, so we had friends and family that would visit and everyone said the view was spectacular! We would definitely stay here again! In fact, we’re looking forward to it!

This condo was very clean and offered many extras that we really appreciated. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. The lanai is perfect to enjoy the gorgeous views! The location of the condo is close to Bridge Street for entertainment, shopping and food. We will definitely be back!!

Beds are super comfy, unit was nicely stocked with beach towels, awesome coffee cups/maker and beautifully updated. The owners rock on every level. Nothing short of AMAZING
This was our first visit to Anna Maria Island and it won't be our last. The condo was wonderful and conveniently located to everything. Amazing sunsets, great restaurants nearby and beach was great and not crowded at all. We are so happy that we chose Gulfview, and Mike was responsive to any and all questions we had during our stay. We are already looking at our calendar to plan a return trip.

Extra special place and time!
The ease of booking this unit and communication with the owner was the best we have ever experienced. This place is so nice and clean with everything that you need for a great week. The beach toys and keyless entrance makes this a great place to stay besides being 50 steps from the sand and ocean. I can’t wait to return again next year!

Amazing Location!
Great condo, views and access to the beach was perfect. We only used our rental car twice to get groceries. Great access to shops and local restaurants, the location was incredible! The unit itself was great, simple things like water pressure and hot water were amazing. The in unit washer and dryer made things super convenient. Overall we had an amazing stay and Mike and Diana were wonderful to deal with. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful Beach Property
Large 2 bed condo right on the beach! Nice pool area too, adjacent to the beach 2nd floor unit maximizes view. Many updates/upgrades. Our hosts were very communicative, especially dealing with a washer repair. Highly recommend.

Incredible vacation!
We’ve stayed at Mike and Dianna’s property a few times over the years, and it’s only gotten better. The recent renovations were very nice, and they were great hosts. Hopefully we’ll be staying as their guests again!
