About this villa rental
A piece of our paradise on earth. Our beautiful villa has breathtaking views. It faces the Atlantic Ocean where you can enjoy a cup of coffee while delighting yourself with amazing sunrises from our balcony. It is very spacious and centrally located, close to all attractions, shops and great restaurants. It directly overlooks the Atlantic and is very uniquely decorated with a Balinese mask collection. Is a 3/3 two story, with an upstairs balcony and downstairs terrace, both facing the marina. There are several SmartTV’s upstairs living room as well as downstairs. Our kitchen is well stocked if you want to practice your chef skills. For your convenience, we have a front load washer and dryer You will not have any contacts to enter the villa and our golf cart and two bikes are complimentary for your use. There are 2 parking spaces for our guests right on our driveway. We have a front security camera above the garage door. The ammenties at Kawama are plenty to enjoy your vacation. Lighted tennis courts, a full kidddie playground, a private sandy beach with tikki huts, beach chairs and grills to throw burgers and ribs 😋, 24 hour security, a fresh salt water lagoon with a sandy area, two heated pools available for the villa guests, tennis courts and a convenienty located onsite marina with oceanfront access and a free boat ramp. Bring your boat to Kawama with a $300k insurance per our HOA regulations written under the main renter's name or rent one locally. Our marina offers all sizes of slips. Less than 2 miles from our place we have the famous John Pennekamp, a great park to enjoy all kinds of water activities; diving, snorkeling, canoes, boating, paddle boats, and many more. Our group has 8 adults and the condo offers ample of space for everyone. The host is always available to answer our questions throughout our visit. The condo complex has a nice beach area for sands, campfire or place to watch the sunrise if you are up early enough. The jetty is a place to hang out in the evening for great view of sunsets. We all had a great time at this condo watching the sun at the beginning and the of each day. Would recommend the condo to friends and families.

We had a wonderful time at the villa! The villa was just as described and would highly recommend staying! The location of the villa is perfect! Its close to great restaurants and fun things to do! Cant wait for next year!

All in all good but pricey- talking with others they were charged 3k for the month and we paid for four days- dryer was horrendous- one of the bikes no good so no fun just with one- plus was golf cart- nice location

We thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful property and the view of the ocean was stunning. But more importantly, we enjoyed the gracious host whose attention was beyond our expectations. We enjoyed coffee on the patio each morning and found the location in perfect proximity to other stores and restaurants. Our host answered every question and provided service for any request we made. Overall the yacht club had a lagoon, two pools and tennis courts that could be enjoyed. This property is worth a future visit.

Really enjoyed the home. It was close to everything we needed and off the beaten path which was nice. The golf cart was nice to use in the community and put around in. Would definitely go again.

We enjoyed our stay at this townhome in Key Largo. The highlights were the location. The golf cart was very convenient for getting around the property, and viewing the amazing sunrises and sunsets. We did notice the sheets were a little worn, some had pills. One sheet had a stain. We would have also liked to have more blanket options for the downstairs beds. A vacuum was also desired for tidying sandy floors throughout the week, so that would have been nice to have. Just some feedback to make future stays more comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay at this townhome in Key Largo. The highlights were the location. The golf cart was very convenient for getting around the property, and viewing the amazing sunrises and sunsets. Great location - nicely furnished
The location is great. There is nice walking in the yacht club on the rock jetty and fire road. The pool and salt water lagoon are pleasant. The location is also near attractions like snorkeling trips and the botanical state park. Also, the drive down to Key West is beautiful and makes for a nice day trip.
The villa itself is nicely furnished. The beds are comfortable and the linens are quite nice. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, glasses, cups, plates etc. The starter pack of paper towel, toilet paper etc. was very much appreciated as we arrived later than we expected because of flight delays.
We did not use it, but the owner did make her golf cart available.
Communications with the owner were easy, clear, and quick. Check-in was seamless. Post visit communications were marred by a claim that we had a dog in the unit, which was untrue. I might recommend a quick video of the property as you exit in case there are any disagreements about the state of the property when you left. .

This property was exactly as represented on the website. The condo was very clean and well stocked. We were busy and off location every day and wished we could have stayed longer to use the accommodations, golf cart and property amenities. We will be back again. Lovely condo and beautiful location.
We had an amazing time escaping the Northern Minnesota winter at Vivian’s place. The location with the view itself is truely fantastic. We saw manatees in the marina just steps from our back door. Restaurants nearby were amazing. We visited different beaches each day and dined alfresco at the local restaurants. We wish we would have had more time. Very close to drug stores etc should you need essentials. The condo does have spiral staircases inside and out so if little ones or mobility is an issue, just to note. However, there is a very nice bedroom on the first floor with a full bath, as it is clearly shown in the pictures. Would stay again!! Thanks Vivian!

We got up each morning to drink coffee while enjoying the sun rise from the balcony. Just outside the condo is a small area for boats where a manatee and it’s baby hung out and was an extra fun surprise for us. The manager was very communicative and quickly dealt with any issues that we had. Lots of space and very comfortable. Close to the state park, bird sanctuary and lots of great Oceanside restaurants. Highly recommend.

Just outside the condo is a small area for boats where a manatee and it’s baby hung out and was an extra fun surprise for us. The manager was very communicative and quickly dealt with any issues that we had. Lots of space and very comfortable. Close to the state park, bird sanctuary and lots of great Oceanside restaurants. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay. Vivian is a top notch manager of the property and her communication is impeccable. She answers always within minutes. The property itself is exactly as advertised. Perfect for our two adult sons and one daughter in law. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. Perfect. The newly renovated master bath is very nice. There was plenty of space for our family dinner and game nights. We enjoyed easy access to the tennis courts and to the park like area of tiki huts and lounge chairs that line the water where you can watch the sunrise and sunset every day. We enjoyed the bikes in the garage. My only comment on the facilities would be that with Covid and the number of meals that families are probably eating in, it would help to upgrade some of the kitchen items: a good set of knives, more glasses and silverware. But we had a running dishwasher and these were totally minor inconveniences well set off by the relaxing time we had at this lovely location. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year, Vivian. We hope to see you again some day! PS: Non-Floridians — read up on the “no see ‘em” biting pests and bring the appropriate bug spray with you. Not every bug spray works against them.

Perfect for our two adult sons and one daughter in law. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. Perfect. The newly renovated master bath is very nice. Excellent vacation
Clean and spacious. Great view of sunrise. Love the golf cart for fast transport around the premises. Great location with close access to numerous activities and restaurants. Salt water lagoon on premises was a lot of fun. 2 Small but clean pools. Tennis courts are in great condition- easy process to check out a key to get access. Short drive to John Pennekamp state park

Our goal was snorkeling Pennecamp. Kawama provided an excellent location just adjacent to the park. And with a Marina (we rented a boat and slip for 4 days). Villa 11 provided top notch accommodations for 4 adults and 2 teens. V11 was clean, spacious, and well stocked with amenities. These included bikes, golf cart. Cooler, plenty of kitchen utensils, 2 living areas (one up and one done), and plenty of TVs!. The view from the 2nd floor balcony was beautiful. A very friendly and responsive owner added to an excellent stay.

Everything was as advertised for this property and it was a great place for our family trip that was focused on day trips between Key Largo and Marathon.

We had a rocky start gaining access to the property. Once inside, the property was large with lots of space for our family of 4 to stretch out. The location was nice with easy access to restaurants. The views from the Balcony were beautiful.
With a busy 11 month old we noticed several outlets didn’t have covers. At bath time we only had 2 wash clothes. There was no good way to block access to the spiral staircase. The beach area wasn’t a place for the kids to dig and play in the sand. There were some type of sand hornets that had nested in the sand and were swarming everywhere. So we avoided the area altogether. At checkout we did our best to bag all the trash but there were no extra trash bags other than what was in the can.
Overall we enjoyed our visit to the Keys.
