The room was clean and tidy.
The toilet had no seat.
Only one bath and hand towel provided. (There were two of us staying)
Only one bedside lamp.
Only one plastic, armless chair.
TV could not be used. The wiring setup was shocking and unacceptable.

Because I book the place solenoy to rest I was a beat distracted by the noise of the kids who were playing ball around and the ball would even pump in the roof.

There was no electricity so the staff left and I was left alone there whiteout any help or staff to assist they ltterally left me alone there

The owner didn't even bother to pick up when we called about the electricity and the was no hot water. The owner only cared about the money not about her guests.

It's a self catering so I cooked. The place was nice. The owner can add some pots for cooking because only 2 pots were available but nonetheless everything was nice.
The electricity issue really frustrated me because I had to do some and the place was super cold. I understand it's beyond their control but maybe they could invest in a generator for guests since their electricity issue does not have a schedule.

Our room was neat and clean,it was warm.The bed was very comfortable.
It would be very nice if there could be an iron in the room so that the guests don't have to go an knock in other rooms in the morning to borrow the iron especially now that it was cold in Queenstown. Other than that we had a nice stay.

Very nice place for work trips..Easy to exit the town from that location.
No staff was sent to clean our room.
