There is no street or sidewalk between you and the water. The villa is right on the ocean. You will love being out on your private beachfront patio every evening, as you watch the magnificent sunsets. Your private beachfront patio is equipped with your own dining table, lounge chairs and a BBQ. This family friendly beach rental property is ideal for someone looking for large spacious San Diego beachfront rentals: large families or two families traveling together, multi-generations looking for Oceanside beachfront rentals where grandparents, adults and grandkids can all be under one roof. This is a perfect family vacation destination! The common grass area is shared amongst the 4 units. Please note that due to recent weather predicaments the backyard isn't at it's full size as sink holes have formed. The location with beachfront access is spot on, Oceanside haven. The kitchen could use an update on cabinet doors (grungy) and a coat of paint through would make a huge difference. The main floor shower lacks hot water, merely warm. The frig lacks water and ice feature. The entire place is super roomy and accommodated 8 comfortably. The furniture is comfy, nice lighting throughout, beautiful fireplace, with exceptional view. The location is spot on with walking distance to boardwalk, pier and food. Thank you for letting us gather at your primo place. We really enjoyed our stay.

Wow!! What a stunning place. I rented this for myself and wedding party to stay at. The layout was so nice and spacious. The outside was stunning, hosts were very responsive and amazing. 100/10 would stay here again.

This was such a beautiful stay in Oceanside! The house is huge, even more spacious in person than the photos look. All of my friends were so impressed. We booked this for myself and my closest girl friends to stay the night before my wedding, then the next night it was our ‘wedding night suite’ for just my husband and I while the girlfriends stayed at hotels. This was the perfect place for both! It was gorgeous and private, very quiet so it made my whole weekend calm and peaceful (when a wedding weekend otherwise can be chaotic for some). I’m so glad I chose this place for my new husband and I instead of a hotel. The patio is perfect for having a peaceful time watching the waves. Very spacious kitchen and dining area leading into the living room so it’s perfect for a group of friends or large families to gather. Highly recommend!

Great service, awesome view, with fabulous accomodations! Queen bedroom needs electric outlet fastened and lock added for privacy. With the number of gadgets these days, an extension cord is useful. The garage doors only have about 1-2 inches to spare on entering/exiting; surprised that zoning doesn't require more. Provided beach and bath towels and paper products!

Wonderful location....was disappointed that the ocean front didn't lead directly to the beach, but all the fine features made up for that.....will be staying again!

Home was lovely and clean. Great parking for 2 cars. We would have liked 2 televisions as it rained a couple of days and one was needed for adults and one for the children. Would recommend to others.

Beautiful home to rent out. We rented out for a weekend and this place is beyond our expectation. It is very spacious and the kitchen and the back yard is very nice to hang out. Beautiful views as well!

Great Oceanfront Stay
Beautiful property with 4 nice bedrooms, big central room, and direct access to the ocean with a fire pit and table with with a propane fire pit. The air conditioning was functional per the prior comments. Nice amenities with towels, shampoo and conditioner, coffee etc. Would highly reccomend and will stay there again. Only comment is backyard is shared with four large condos and not private.

Wonderful beach getaway.
We were in the area for a graduation. This home was perfect for our family and a few friends. The best part was having coffee in the morning and then happy hour outside listening to the waves crash on the rocks. The kitchen is well stock with utensils and cookware. We would have liked some board games, but luckily brought some of our own. We also would have liked a few more Adirondack chairs outside. Overall, an excellent house for a beach getaway.

The property is listed as "newly renovated"; however, there were several things that looked like the renovation wasn't quite finished (half painted walls, lights not working, no way to use the fireplace in the bedroom, also the bed in that bedroom needs another slat-or whole piece of plywood under the mattress because part of it sags, screen door not working properly and torn so bugs were let in, the fire table fire pit wouldn't light. The 'major' dissatisfaction is that the photos show no fence between the property and the shoreline, but that's not accurate. I realize the shoreline needs some shoring up work; that should be noted in the description.

We had a great time staying at this property. The beachfront patio made the ocean breeze and waves crashing sound so nice. We were lucky enough to come during a slow week as we only had neighbors upstairs from us and they never came down to use the patio area. Otherwise, the patio area is shared across all 4 units.
My only qualm is that the AC in the house was not working great. We had it on day 1 and it worked but the rest of the week the house never felt cool. The bedroom upstairs has a stand alone unit which is really loud but I quite liked it because it served as a white noise for me since the rest the house echoed. Luckily keeping the window open kept the house relatively cool but my friends who stayed downstairs did say the rooms get a little warm at night.
Also, the firepit shown in the photo and video have been blocked off with a fence since the stairs leading down to the beach have been destroyed by mother nature. There is a secondary elevated fire place on the grassy part which you can still sit around and roast marshmallows.
For all my remote workers, the internet worked great in the downstairs part of the house but if you go into the bedrooms, it's hard to hold a video conference call. We had 3 people working remotely in the house and all 3 of us sat in the living area and our overall internet speed was about 110+mbps download but a 14mbps upload so you might have to negotiate bandwidth if you have multiple people using the wifi for work.
The beachfront team was super responsive to any/all questions via phone and text. We had trouble getting in using the code they provided but they were able to help us troubleshoot and get inside the unit in no time.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

Breath taking view. Easy access from the yard to the water. The place was very clean and fully stocked with all essentials. Just bring your food. I Was pleased to see there were two large refrigerators. I highly recommend this place. We had a problem with the TV and the rental company came over immediately and replaced it with a new One. Great vacation I will book this place again.

Exactly as pictured. One of the best rental properties we've stayed in San Diego. The unit is well appointed with dishes, cups, wine glasses, utensils for cooking, etc.

It was clean, no sans or beach. Dogs ok but not dog friendly. Shared yard with the upstairs unit so people walking by and looking in the windows and stomping around. Cleaning fee plus possible damage fee plus pet fee were all unexpected dollars spent. The worst part is those are imposed AFTER you can’t cancel. A couple hours later, we received a phone call from the manager Peter stating that we absolutely cannot have any form of gathering or else they will call the authorities. When we asked for a refund, he said he will not sign off on it. When we asked for compensation of being blindsided by the sinkhole, he said he would get back to us but never did. You can imagine the distress on having to figure out an unexpected backup plan just hours before we were supposed to get married. If you are planning to stay here, call beforehand to make sure the pictures match what the property actually looks like. We talked to the neighbors and they told us that the sinkhole was there for a month, but Beachfront only notified us the morning of. Also, if you come across any other concerns and have a chance to speak to Peter, be prepared to be rudely interrupt

My husband and I booked this house in December 2020, in hopes of eloping on the scenic backyard overlooking the ocean. Nowhere in the registration process did it mention that this was prohibited.
