Nestled in Salado, this attractive house for $149 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Enjoy your stay in our modern cottage located near the historic and beautiful downtown Salado. Large Windows offer serene panoramic views of the properties huge oak trees and various deer that reside on the property. Enjoy lounging at the nearby pergola for a peaceful and romantic fire lit experience. Nestled only .5 miles from downtown and 1 mile from the golf course you will be perfectly central to all Salado has to offer. The spacious cottage includes luxury bedding, a 60" TV, rainfall shower, soaking tub, and beautiful views. The space comfortably sleeps two adults and two children on the sofa. A blow up mattress is available upon request.

An absolutely gorgeous place to stay! The check in process was smooth and simple, pictures were sent to help guide where to park and how to access the guesthouse. It still feels very private even though it’s close to the main house, the open windows facing the property are beautiful. My first morning there I saw four deer roaming around the property! Highly recommend this place! A beautiful little getaway for my birthday weekend!

The check-in process was seamless, the room/cottage was as described and it was in a great location. The views were great, deer everywhere, large 100+ year old Live Oaks in the front and very affordable. It was approximately a mile from town so we would have walked had the weather been more cooperative. Thank you for a nice stay, we will be back and would highly recommend this location to others.

This is a perfect little cottage with plenty of privacy on a beautiful property! Very close to downtown, and so fun to explore with the golf cart rental offered by Anthony. Great communication, easy check-in. We will definitely visit again!

In Salado for a wedding and this place was close to the highway and the venue. Beautiful view of the property and deer from a panoramic window, lots of room space and amenities. Bathroom setup was pretty cool and even the coffee was good.

Quick 2 ni trip for a golf tournament. Guest house was perfect for our needs and the grounds were so relaxing. Would easily rent again. Host was so friendly.

The stay exceeded our expectations! There are many custom features to the cottage that make it both comfortable and sophisticated. The location to shopping and eateries can’t be beat as it is just minutes away. The property provides quiet seclusion with beautiful views all while being close to town.

The property is beautiful as it is seemingly secluded away from all of the hustle and bustle of traffic and people, but surprisingly close to shops and restaurants as well as a quick jump onto the freeway if you need it. The apartment is luxuriously appointed, private and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I enjoyed the atmosphere and ambience of a small guest house , just the perfect size and a gorgeous part of town . In the country looking out your window seeing deer less than 20 feet away , gorgeous spot ! Rate it a 10/10 ! And will stay again .

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the Salado Cottage. It's close to the historic downtown area and some local shops. The cottage was clean and well kept. It's a nice weekend get away location.

This was a perfect stay for me as I was looking for some peaceful rest. The view from the windows into the yard was beautiful with lots of big trees. Sitting in the tree swing was relaxing. It was a short walk into the more business part of Salado with shops and restaurants. A perfect stay for me.

We had a wonderful & comfortable stay. Bed is so comfy, & the tub is amazing for a soak after a hot day on your feet exploring the town! The walk into town is about 3-4 blocks to the very north end of Main St.

A perfect place for a relaxing stay. The cottage was very clean and had everything we needed. The bathtub is amazing! Enjoyed our morning coffee outside and saw so many deer just a few feet away. Great location. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful place, so clean and well maintained! I loved this stay! We had such a great time. They have Netflix you can sign into which was a bonus and that bed! Lawd, I slept well! So well that my husband and I were trying to figure out what type of mattress it is. They also have a 12 noon checkout time which is super generous. We stayed until the last possible moment because it was so relaxing and nice. This will be my go too spot when in Salado. Thanks a million!

This property is amazing! Honestly, I would go minimalist and live in a place like this. I even asked the owner for blueprints because I loved the design and layout. My autistic son loved the bathroom, he was fascinated by the tub and shower. Peaceful view of deer. We rented a cart and drove around town. I had a zoom meeting and the participants were like,“where are you? That place looks amazing!” Anytime we travel towards south Texas, we are staying here…every time. Owner is very nice and the whole process was smooth and easy. I wish I could live there…

This place is so cozy and absolutely amazing!! It was the cleanest place that I have ever stayed. The host was so attentive and they also have golf carts to rent which was the best thing ever to see all of Salado and was so convenient.
I would highly recommend staying here! I plan on staying here again soon!! Thank you Anthony for a wonderful experience.

The property is a casita behind the main house but felt very private and had a nice view out of the windows. Plenty of space for two people to stay for a few days while exploring Salado.
