Located in Nixa, this attractive house for $210 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Charming and cozy three bedroom, two bath, all brick home located in a quiet neighborhood in Nixa, MO. You will enjoy the open floor-plan, four smart televisions with DirecTV/Netflix & fast WIFI. The kitchen is equipped with most essentials for cooking a meal if desired. Some spices & oils are made available, along with coffee, tea and a Welcome basket with a bottle of wine, bottled water, snacks and fresh fruit. There are three bedrooms with queen size beds with mattress & pillow covers. The bathrooms are clean and inviting, with the Master having a jacuzzi tub. You will find toiletry necessities in case you forget yours. Guests will have access to the entire home, other than the garage. There is an inviting deck in the back, secluded and quiet, where you can relax and enjoy the scenery. Occupancy maximum is 6 guests, which includes children 0-17 years of age. Pets are not allowed in the home, and that includes support animals.

Great place for our holiday get away. Clean, all the amenities we needed and close to attractions. Welcoming home decorated for the holidays with a highly responsive host. If we pass through again, this will be our place to stay.

Very clean, comfortable, and easy to settle in to. Great family neighborhood, conveniently located near all in town shopping, 10-15 minutes from everything.

Other families from out of state came for the wedding. Our son didn’t have room for everyone. This wa perfect home/location for all activities. We had great time and our host was amazing. Perfect visit!

This house is spotless, comfortable, and stocked by the owner with so many necessities and comforts of home. It is in a quiet, friendly neighborhood that is close to everything you need in Nixa. The owner is very responsive and helpful. Our favorite thing about this house is the beautiful deck in the back yard. We felt very welcomed and comfortable. There are so many great amenities. We love this property and the owner!

There were four of us who stayed in this home; and there was nothing any one of us had a complaint about. Booking, access, communication with owner, all easy. House was exactly as stated in listing. It was clean and had extras that many other places don't provide, such as shampoo, laundry soap, paper towels, etc. Snacks left by owner were much appreciated. Instructions upon leaving were easy enough to follow and no problem. Owner was always quick to respond. Would recommend this home and look forward to returning when we visit family.

House was as described! Bedrooms got super hot at night, we purchased a fan and that helped! I was shocked that the cleaning fee was almost the same price as one night stay. If I would have known ahead of time, I would have picked another locations because we were instructed to take the trash out, wipe off counters, and collect all the towels before leaving. So I’m not sure what the cleaning crew does. Good location though, nice neighborhood, the wine and coffee was a great touch also!

This was a very pleasant stay and felt like being at home. Everything was clean and fully stocked and just as it should be. We are coming back to the area in a few months and will be renting this home again in the near future.

Property was ideal for our visit. Very close to family the house was very clean and comfortable. Lots of special touches in the house to make your stay everything you need. The property owner was so nice. Will definitely stay here again!

Well described..very comfortable..nice location - quiet neighborhood, & easy to get to attractions, shopping, family in the area, restaurants…owner very responsive to questions! Came in handy to have family over for dinner too! Owner has thought of pretty much everything to make it home! Great place that we would certainly re-book on future travels!!

The house and owner were lovely! This was our second time going to the Light the Way Festival in Ozark, MO and we stayed at the same house both times. We had such a great time staying at this cute home. It was perfect for us four girls to hang out and sleep. We hope to go back to the festival and be able to stay at this house in the future.

The house was clean and nicely decorated and the host was very helpful! I loved her notes and instructions and all the extras she left for guests. Snacks, fruit, a kitchen well stocked. Could not have asked for a better house. Also the neighborhood was very quiet! I would definitely stay here again!

We had a lovely and peaceful time at Sherrie’s home. She was very responsive, the property was very clean. I had both my elderly parents as well as my young children there and everyone enjoyed their time. Thanks again, will definitely come back when we are in the area.

Sherrie was an amazing host!! The house was perfect. Cozy and stocked with anything and everything we could have needed. Sherri was so easy to communicate with. My son left a Bluetooth speaker and she brought it to me, in person, to my office. I live in Springfield and my family lives up north of Kansas City. I will absolutely book her home again the next time my family visits!! Thank you so much Sherri for such an amazing experience!

This home is priced great and in a safe area of Missouri. The home is clean an has wonderful amenities. Sherrie is just a message or phone call away if you need anything. A private deck that overlooks the backyard/farm field. You will have everything you need. I will be coming back to this home!

We’ve rented many homes from VRBO and this one has been the best! The house was very clean, well stocked, and in a nice family neighborhood. The host was prompt in answering my questions. This property was centrally located for all our plans in Springfield, Branson, and the Ozarks. It’s close to downtown Nixa (but far enough to be away from all the hustle and bustle of the city) where we able to buy groceries and do some other shopping. If we ever go back to this area again we would definitely rent this home again. You will love it!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely Nixa home. With a multigenerational crew, this VRBO rental met all our needs and was one of the nicest we've ever experienced. So many thoughtful touches throughout this house made us all feel like home. Most appreciated was the generous hostess attentiveness to making sure our stay was positive and enjoyable. If you are headed to the Springfield /Branson area, the is the place to stay! Sherrie is a top notch host who is immediately available without being intrusive! The house was immaculate and she does so many extras from the seasonal decor to the fresh fruit to the laminated notes discreetly placed to let you know how everthing works in the home! Really wonderful place to stay! Thank you Sherrie for your hospitality , attention to detail and flexibility!

Very nice home with lots of snacks provided by our host and everything was clean and exactly how we imagined it. We even had a Christmas tree and decorations to help make us feel at home. We look forward to staying here again.

This was truly a relaxing comfy “home away from home!” We enjoyed the spacious 3 bedroom with lots of extra’s; fruit bowl, extra toiletries and ability to do laundry was a plus!! Thank you so much for a great weekend! We will rent this place again!!

This property exceeded our expectations. Extremely clean and so welcoming with the fruit basket and snack basket. The host even left bottled water in the fridge. We plan to stay again. Truly a great experience. It was even decorated for fall.

It was clean and felt cozy and at home. My family recently lost our home due to a flood for the time being so it felt nice to be somewhere that was clean and had a beautiful back yard. Sherri was so so sweet and easy to work with.

Everything about the process from booking to information about what was around us, was a great experience. The house is full of notes that help you know where things are at or what needs to be done. It's those type of small touches that made this a great place to stay. If we visit the area again, this is where we'll stay.
