L'endroit est bien situé proche de la Gare St Pieters, accessible à pied, et proche des connections de tram, très pratique. Les hôtes vivent sur place et leur maison est absolument divine. J'ai eu la bonne surprise d'être surclassé dans la suite car il y avait eu une annulation, et ce, pour le même prix. La chambre était sompteuse, très vaste et bien agencée/décorée. J'ai pu déguster un petit déjeuner dans leur restaurant au rdc, il est très fréquenté et on comprend vite pourquoi! :)

The property was conveniently located near to Gent Sint Peters Station, and had good shops and amenities close by. The Queen room was excellent and super comfortable, and Fran was very lovely and quick to respond to any messages! The resident cat Mr Miyagi is also very friendly. Would definitely recommend a stay here!

The place is beautifully decorated. The ceilings are very high and it makes it feel spacious. A comfortable mattress, and our room I thought was quiet. Would love to stay there for longer next time.

Everyone was very helpful. We went before our checkin time. Our room was not ready. But they helped us a lot in leaving our belongings. Also, the rooms are really well designed. It was quite comfortable. And the location is also very good. It is very close to both the central train station and the tram line. We walked everywhere.

Hosts Fran en Maarten are super kind and attentive. The location is just a few steps from the central train station and also very well communicated via tran to the historic city center. The food (breakfast and brunch) is delicious. The room is spacious and very well decorated, great king size bed to rest after a day of touring the city!

Location near train station yet very quiet. Nice, clean and comfortable room (no tv, but we did not needed it). Very friendly guest. Awesome breakfast.

Everything was perfect maybe except that in the morning we heard baby crying and people goint up and down the stairs, but it was in reasonable hour (arou 8AM).

beautiful home converted to B&B lovingly restored by Fran and Maarten. our room was large, with a separate sitting area. The bathroom amenities are all new, and spotless. but the best thing we liked about this property is the family that owns and manages it. Fran and Maarten are so friendly and welcoming. we felt very comfortable staying with them and wished it could have been longer.

Fran and Maarten are so friendly when I had any problems, they definitely helped me a lot, the breakfast was so amazing I really loved it so much especial the room was so comfortable, and beautiful I could see beautiful views from the window

Absolutely amazing stay! Big room and location is great. We unfortunately didn't have time to go for a breakfast here but the restaurant looked good.

Staying at Koeketiene made my weekend in Ghent really special. Fran, Maarten and Daniel are amazing hosts and I enjoyed every minute I spent there. The breakfast and lunch were outstanding, and I loved all the plants in my room. The location is perfect as well, just a few minutes from the main train station but in a quiet street and near the Citadel Park. Tram number 1 stops just round the corner and takes you straight to the city centre in no time. I'm so glad I discovered this place and would travel all the way to Ghent just to stay and eat at Koeketiene again :-)
