We had a great week in Dunedin. Maureen was very responsive and helpful to our questions about both the property and local news of relevance to our visit, such as the prevalence of red tide. The house was very clean, centrally and conveniently located, and suited our needs very well.

The property was wonderful and in a great location for easy access to downtown.

I booked us for a last-minute guys trip to see the Braves and Blue Jays play! Great location to the park and the house was neat and tidy

Terrific house, great location, & overall we enjoyed our stay, but definitely a few hiccups upon arrival. One of the reasons that we booked this house was the number of beds it provided. Upon arrival, we could find no sheets, blankets, pillow for the trundle bed that listing showed. It was later in the evening when we arrived, & texted property manager Lauren to ask where I could find those items. She replied back to me that they "don't use the trundle bed", she didn't think it was in the listing. She then called to let me know that since I only had 5 people staying in the house, that I should not need the trundle. I assured her that I did, & had planned on it per the listing, & then had to further explain that my hubby & I don't always sleep together due to his snoring. She then asked if I could make other arrangements. ??? I told her that we could not & she told me that she would try her best to get sheets over the next day. I texted her screenshots the next morning of the trundle being mentioned for sleeping in the listing, & sheets were there by the next evening. Also upon arrival, bathroom had not been cleaned. Toilet had urine on the seat, mirror was dirty, & there was hair all over. Glad that I brought Clorox wipes, though kitchen did have some cleaning supplies under the sink. I did let the property manager know of this upon checkout, & she said is not the norm, that someone else had cleaned that week, & given previous reviews, I would tend to believe. Everything else went well. House is stocked with about all that a family would need, even had toilet paper, paper towels, & trash bags. Kitchen was great, a few pots & pans to cook with, though I was glad that I brought an extra big skillet & lid as we had a few meals in. Nice roomy den with plenty of seating, & several books & games. Great little back yard, & little garage up from where we were able to store our topper for the week. Overall a lovely place, & great location.

We decided to get away for a Mom's weekend and had the best stay! The house is so cute and welcoming! We will definitely be back for another Mom's weekend.

The property was located in a great spot, easily within walking and biking distance from the Pinellas trail, the Blue Jays spring training park, and restaurants and shops in the town of Dunedin. We spent a lot of time biking, walking, and wandering through the town center. One challenge was not having laundry on the premises, but otherwise, it provided a great spot to rest every night after fun days outside.

Cool eclectic clean little house with nice private outdoor space. I only wish I had been able to stay longer.
