Nestled in Fraser, this lovely condo for $283 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. This open-floor concept condo is centrally located within Winter Park. Close to the town park and festivals, the Lift bus station, and Cooper Creek shopping center while still being just minutes away from Winter Park Resort. This condo is in the perfect location for both summer and winter getaways. The unit is on the second floor (there is elevator access). Upon entry, you'll find a large closet to store luggage and winter coats. There is a ski locker for ski storage located outside the front door. The primary bedroom features a king bed and Roku TV. There is a small windowless room that offers a full over full bunk bed and TV. The living room features a brand new (year 2022) sleeper sofa and Roku TV. The balcony opens up to a beautiful view of the river where you're likely to find moose in the early morning and dusk hours. This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience. The Clubhouse offers two outdoor grills. There is a lounge area, outdoor year-round swimming pool, and fitness center. If you are traveling with family or friends, we have some more units at Trailhead.. Opening hours for pool & hot tub: ========================== Sunday through Thursday 11 am to 10 pm Friday & Saturday 11 am to 11 pm This is a new property for us, so please don't be discouraged by the lack of reviews. Please note if you are arriving by train, there is no facility on-site for luggage storage. We strongly encourage guests traveling to Grand County to keep up with the latest updates regarding fire restrictions in our area. We do not allow any open fire on property. Use of propane BBQ is allowed. Winter Park Resort is just 4.1 miles away so you can enjoy it with family. The FREE resort shuttle will drop you off right in the middle of the resort base village which includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities. The swimming pool and gym are just 2.6 miles away at the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar. Safeway grocery store is 2.6 miles away in the town of Fraser. NO SMOKING or PETS allowed. Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It is a 3 star experience.

My husband and I really enjoyed our week at this condo while in Winter Park! It was spacious, spotless, and very well-stocked! We would be delighted to stay here again! One thing to note is that the parking lot is adequately lit, which is very helpful! However, because the main bedroom window faces this parking lot, the bedroom is also relatively well-lit at night—something to consider if you prefer a dark sleeping environment.

This condo was a perfect place for my wife and I for a fall trip to Winter Park. (I suggest adding a fall color photo to VRBO site) The views from the balcony were beautiful. The condo was clean and very well maintained. It's only about a 3 block walk to the main street and many restaurants and pubs. We hope to stay here again!

Very clean and nicely kept. Comfortable beds and well appointed kitchen. I didn’t realize the second bedroom didn’t have windows and it was pretty hot for the kids without air movement. The view is very nice and it is located within walking distance to town. Definitely would stay again.

We had a wonderful time and the place was absolutely beautiful. We loved being able to walk to the local town park and restaurants as well as waking up to the sound of the river right outside. Loved the pool as well- it was a bit chilly the weekend we went, but the pool was heated so the kids could still swim, which was great! Highly recommend this rental!

Great condo right at the center of Winter Park, convenient for restaurants and grocery stores as well as only a few minutes from the ski slopes. We enjoyed the hot tub at the clubhouse too, and the view from the living room window!

Great location. The place was very clean. Easy walk to great restaurants, bars, and town and less than 10 min drive to the mountain. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool. View out the back slider and patio if beautiful. Would book again.

My wife and I were impressed with the cleanliness and thoughtfulness of the host-down to the vaporizers and stocked kitchen. Linens were great and everything was in working order. We will be back. The pool key was missing when we arrived, but there were others to let us in the couple of times we went to the hot tub. Nice place and close to the bus line for easy in/out to the slopes .

Our stay was fantastic at this Winter Park Condo! The only suggestions would be that more towels and *wash cloths should be provided for a week long stay as the towels also have to be used for the hot tub. *Our family also uses one wash cloth per person per day) So, we had to do laundry a couple of times for towels and wash cloths. The other suggestion would be to provide more silverware. Especially SPOONS - I think there were 5-6 spoons total in the drawer so between coffee and cereal/yogurt for everyone they are used up pretty quickly. Other than those very small items, the Condo was PERFECT!! Great/convenient location in town of WP, super clean, nice decor, very well equipped (other than towels and spoons mentioned), etc. Loved having an elevator to use at the end of the ski day as well as a locker for ski storage right outside of the front door. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

We really enjoyed our visit to Winter Park, and the condo was perfect for us. Everything was nice, new and clean. Great instructions and information ready and waiting for us. I loved the location, it backs up to beautiful views of the snowy hills and woods. We will definitely return and highly recommend.

This property was perfect for our family of 5. It was an eight minute drive to the slopes. Parking was easy on the mountain. This property was close to the market and grocery store. It was walkable to the amphitheater and sledding hill. It was walkable to all of the yummy restaurants nearby. It was a perfect new years eve and I’m so glad we stumbled upon this property. Highly recommend.

Great condo a few blocks from main street Winter Park. Nice community pool/hot tub. The only potential downside is the 2nd bedroom is quite small. We were able to fit a pack-and-play in the room but it was tight. If you have older kids the 2nd bedroom is perfect, as it has a bunk bed.

Awesome trip and great amenities! Clean, nice, and comfortable stay with my wife and two girls, 4 & 3. Great to have little sled hill so close along with all restraints in downtown:) Hottub and heated pool were big hit and so was Fraser Tubing hill…hope to stay again soon! Great host and communication throughout!!

The condo was very clean and bright. There was plenty of space for my wife and I for the two weeks we stayed there. Having the second bedroom was very nice. There is nothing negative to say, everything worked, the furniture and bed were very comfortable, kitchen was well stocked will pots and pans etc. Be sure to bring your binoculars, we saw a bear and a herd of elk, plus a couple of deer! We really enjoyed our stay!

Great condo, comfortable and great location. Suggested checks for your maintenance team: Toilet handle would stick with tank lid on. Patio lumber beam above has a hiding spot for hornets. The pool water needed a little heat for us. And need a few more lounger chairs for the pool.

Beautiful modern condo with an excellent location, walk-ability to restaurants was great, bonus that there was a playground right next-door for our children. Lovely views from the back patio to an open space. Only downside was that the pool was closed but overall not a big deal. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

What a great location! Behind the park in the middle of town but on the back side of the complex. Balcony overlooks open space; very nice to sit out there and relax during the summer. Awesome place to get away.
