Very poor

House and view was beautiful.

Management is terrible. Issues Management forgot we were coming so didn't put the key out we were lucky a cleaning lady arrived and she broke into the house to get us a key after waiting an hour we finally got a key. Lots of house lights were out so was dark. Back sliding door lock was broken couldn't lock with key from outside when we went to the pool. When we left safe drop off wouldn't work i recurved a call saying we didn't drop off the second key I said we did and I took a photo of it and sent it through otherwise we would have been charged for it. Will not be renting this apartment again it was our second time and second time with problems

The apartment was advertised as 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There were 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a powder room. The WI-FI access was not good upstairs, could not connect to the Internet

A very pleasant weekend. Would definitely stay there again as long as the price remains affordable.

Great location close to the centre but far enough away to escape the noise. Outlook over the canals was beautiful and because there weren't a lot of people there it was almost serene, Looking out the windows from every room to the canals was very relaxing. The apartment was very well stocked with everything you could possibly need in the form of utensils, cutlery, crockery, cooking etc. It even had a few books to read, a kindle type reader to use. There were TV's in all room, not that we turned them on and every room had an airconditioner. Three toilets was a bonus. 2 upstairs and 1 downstairs. Ensuite was useful. It was nice to be able to sit outside at the outdoor setting and have breakfast. Water was hot in the shower and most of the beds were comfortable. Security was great and we were given two keys so we could go out at different times and come back at different times.

Bath was very slippery and dangerous to stand in, (shower in bath). Needs a nonslip mat to put in it. Someone from another apartment was parked in our parking spot right outside our apartment. Didn't find out who it was. Luckily the other space was empty and we only had one car. Kitchen floor was sticky and after walking on it, our shoes made lots of noise. Third bedroom bed was a bit too soft. No barrier between apartment and water so may be a problem for families with small children.

One of the best properties we’ve stayed in in Mandurah. We’d come here again.

Disappointing

Good location and nice view

Accommodation is tired. No wifi or Netflix although this was part of the package. Manager was not interested in fixing the wifi problem and did not return phone call. Very poor customer service. Having to pick up keys from a location which was not easy to find and some 10 minute drive away from the apartment was irritating. Also had to return keys to same place.

Accommodation was clean comfortable, the big bonus was having a private jetty for our boat

As our stay was in an apartment there were no breakfast facilities available

I could not thin of anything other than maybe upgrade some of the cooking utensils or have a big pot available to cook crabs

Location and views with secure parking

It would be easier to have a lock box at the property itself or in town. Haven’t experience this before with booking.com that you actually have to pick up the keys 🔑 from an actual house out of town then drop them back there when checking out. Needs to be worded on the Booking.com sight so you are aware before booking. If I could make a suggestion that you can leave the keys in the mailbox on checkout so then the owner or caretaker/cleaner can pick them up would be so much easier. Also for the cleaning fees you say in your guest info booklet is confusing as the place was very dusty (not sure when a proper clean has actually been done and looks like only open surfaces have been cleaned) my friend found lolly wrappers near and under her bed and the fake plants 🪴 in the bathrooms look like they have never been dusted/ or wiped down since being placed in the venue. The couch hadn’t been cleaned and had crumbs on it too. Very concerning as deep cleans should be done after each guest leaves by the owner, company or cleaning agent plus due to COVID-19 times should be even better and monitored more closely. The property itself has a great layout and kitchen utensils/ equipment well stocked.
