Property was exceptional, owners didn't miss a thing. Very detailed instructiions in all areas plus ingredients for a Finnish pancake breakfast which everyone loved. Would recommend to anyone.

This was our first time in Canada and we couldn't have picked a better place. Loved it and the area, so many things to see! The house had everything you can imagine, was very clean and the fenced in yard was great for our dogs! There are walking trails everywhere and the lake is "Superior"! The Finnish pancakes were sooo good! Taina also included strawberries and whipping cream! There was nothing missing in the home. There was plenty of room for 4 of us and we could have added 4 more people and still been comfortable. You won't regret staying here, so don't hesitate to book it!

It was a great and restful place to stay! Next time I'm going back to Thunder Bay I'll check to see if it is available.

I was only able to stay here 1 night but the accommodations was excellent. I will stay here again in the future.

Amazingly spotless and well-equipped, this house was perfect for our visit. It's adjacent to a quiet park, and located a couple of minutes from two major roads---perfect for our trips further into the city, and beyond. Lots of choices nearby for restaurants/groceries/bank/gas. Looking forward to staying here again. Thanks to our hosts for the Finnish pancakes!

Clean, comfortable and feels like home. We loved this house and will surely stay again.

Our stay was great! They had everything you could want or need at your finger tips in the vrbo. The house is literally one minute from a shopping mall, (No, Frills, dollarama, Safeway and Walmart) and a park with climbing, slides and monkey bars for all to enjoy. We had a medical procedure appointment and we were very thankful the hospital was an easy access from the vrbo. The fenced in yard was great for our dogs to run free in and I would recommend this vrbo. Great place and very caring hosts.

It was a great place with every option we could have thought of. From great beds to a roomy kitchen. Every one of us enjoyed ourselves!

Three couples stayed in this lovely, super clean, super comfortable VRBO, and we are repeat lodgers. The hosts have a well appointed rental that met all our needs. We enjoyed skiing in the Thunder Bay area and will return.

5 siblings came together from Terrace, B.C., Edmonton and 3 from southern Ontario. We picked up mom in second day of stay. We all felt so very comfortable in 'our' home~that's what it felt like~ our own home! So many little touches that made such an impact! If we ever get back this is where hope to stay again. Great house, has all the little things you often are missing at other VRBO's -condiments, coffee filters, etc. Very clean. Would definitely recommend.

Exceeded expectations

The house was great! Upon arrival, we opened the fridge to put away our groceries to find a cannister of pre-made Finnish pancake batter, butter, syrup, strawberry sauce and whipped cream that was left for us by the host! What a great surprise! So my wife and I had Finnish pancakes for breakfast both mornings. The house has plenty of room with nice bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The bed was very comfortable. The fenced in backyard had a covered patio area with grill and outdoor dining table which was perfect for sitting outside. The location was great as well, located right near Hwy 17. A perfect stopping point during our Circle Tour around Lake Superior. While in Thunder Bay, we enjoyed some sightseeing at Kakabeka Falls, Terry Fox Memorial and Sleeping Giant Provincial Park. We also went to an Amethyst mine, which was very fun. All in all a great place and nice area.

Everything about our stay was amazing. The house was impeccably clean and exceptionally comfortable. There was nothing that we needed (except our groceries of course) that wasn't thought of and supplied. This will undoubtedly be our go to place to stay every time we are in Thunder Bay. This is also cheaper than most of the hotels in the area and definitely cleaner. Thank you so much.

Went home with my family for a week. What a perfect place to stay. Clean, spacious, fully stocked. Close to all amenities. Communication was fantastic. Could quite honestly not have hoped for anything more. It was perfect

Excellent location just off the Trans Canadian Highway, close to a Tim Hortons, LCBO, and WalMart Supercenter. Quiet neighborhood. The house was clean, tidy, and well decorated. Especially appreciated were the strawberries, whip cream, and Finnish pancake batter in the fridge. An unexpected excellent breakfast. I highly recommend this VRBO.

This nicely appointed, neat and clean home was a welcome stop on our Lake Superior Circle Tour. Most of our stays were at cramped motel rooms as it was difficult to find homes that would accommodate pets. Everything is updated. Nice furniture. Comfortable king bed. Fenced back yard and city park next door. Would definitely stay there again.

I cannot rate this property or the Hosts, highly enough! I have never stayed at at a place that was more accommodating and well-stocked for guests. The house was spotless. Had all quality and appliances one could possibly need. Even a second washroom with mobility assists, that would never have crossed my mind needing until I broke my leg while on a walk. Couldn’t have showered without the support bars in the shower stall. Kitchen was incredibly well stocked, including home-made Finnish pancake mix, strawberries and whipped cream. Kitchen was fully equipped. Beds were very comfortable. Furniture and decor was attractive and cosy. Loved the dinnerware and glasses. Location was convenient to grocery store , LCBO and Walmart. Easy access to the highway. If we return to Thunder Bay, there is no question that I would stay here again. I’ve been spoiled for future accommodation! Special mention and thanks to a staff member who was incredibly kind in bringing over a meal upon learning I broke my leg! We were treated like family!

We had another great time here. This place definitely feels like a home and not a rental. There is nothing to want. The kitchen is one of the best we have ever stayed at. It has everything, even down to the condiments. There are enough towels and cleaning supplies. There is room for many people to space out and be comfortable. We are looking forward to coming back for maybe a summer stay and take advantage of the grill. We will always look to book here first for any stays in Thunder Bay.
