Our remodeled beach house is approx. 2 minute walk to beach & sleeps up to 8 guests. Entire renovation in 2020, 3 floor property has new kitchen, big living room, 5 cozy bedrooms & 3 bathrooms, 8 beach passes, PARKING, LINENS INCLUDED, towels, paper products PROVIDED. Sit on wrap-around front porch or take short walk to boardwalk, games, restaurants or aquarium. Train station is 1 mi. away. Smart lock access, FAST WIFI, FREE DISNEY +, TV, beach toys, 3 beach bikes, wagon, BBQ, washer/dryer & AC included. **We clean our home with hospital grade cleaners and finish by electro-static spraying the high touch surfaces and interior areas with EPA approved Vital Oxide. Must have positive reviews to rent. *Min. rental age is 25. Separate LEASE, ID & DEPOSIT required. Weekly Sat to Sat bookings>May 15-Sept 30.

This was a terrific place to stay in Point Pleasant! The beach passes made it easy to spend time at the beach, and it was a short walk there and to the boardwalk. There were so many more things available for us to use than we expected based on other rental houses we’ve stayed at: there were coffee pods for the k-cup machine, soaps & shampoos, beach toys, sheets & towels, including beach towels, etc. There are a lot of bedrooms, the house is nice and well kept up. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay here again.

Thoughtful Accommodations
All aspects of our stay at this property in Point Pleasant were superlative. Communication with the owner was clear, prompt, and specific. It was evident that much thought went into providing amenities at the house to make our vacation enjoyable and stress free--from the beach equipment and beach tags provided to the toiletries included. The house itself is spacious. The Air conditioning is extremely effective. The front porch, the patio and outdoor seating area under the gazebo, as well as the lawn, provide excellent areas for relaxation, meals, family gatherings and games. The one-block proximity to the beach makes access to the ocean and boardwalk so convenient. We applaud the owner for taking such care to ensure that vacations here are memorable.

Our stay at 100 Central Ave. was perfect! We were so impressed with the property as soon as we pulled up. There was so much room in the yard, back patio area and wrap around porch for our family to comfortably spread out and enjoy our vacation. Entering the home, it was clear to see the attention to detail in the cleaning and maintenance of home. The home was spotless with plenty of cleaning products available for our safety and the safety of our guest. As advertised, the home was stocked with all listed amenities and then some, we literally could have packed just our clothes and been set for the week. This rental has set the bar and is by far the best we ever stayed in. There is no doubt we will be back again!

The house was great with lots of amenities like beach and parking passes. We really did not have to bring much to the house and we would have had all we would need for the week. The location was near both beach and boardwalk. Ut it felt really private and away from the action when needed. Highly recommend to all.
