The linens, towels, and bed sheets are washed per manufacturers guidelines, ensuring that you have a comfortable and safe stay. This unit has a self-check-in feature for social distancing, so there is no need to meet anyone to get the key or deal with a front desk. You can book with us with confidence knowing that we take the necessary measures to ensure your safety. Each time you book this unit, we give $10 (that's 40 meals!) to the Maui Food Bank charity, to feed the hungry living in our island community. By visiting us in Maui, you can make a difference and contribute to a good cause. This newly redecorated 300 sq ft unit is like a hotel room (vast studio without a kitchen) with its own private entrance, double-locked doors from the adjacent unit, and brand new furniture, including high-end mattresses, for your comfort. This unit is perfect for a romantic getaway or a family vacation, and offers easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment options. With an average of 276 sunny days per year, Kihei is a perfect destination for those seeking reliable sunshine and an energetic seaside town. Book your stay today! Insects are present on the island and the additional rain this year has created more presence of gnats and other pests. With your help of keeping the doors shut, we try our best to minimize their presence inside the unit by using pest control services. Please note, the hardwood floor near the fridge and beside the bed may feel a bit wobbly due to our island's humid climate. It's completely normal and safe, just part of the local charm! Please note, there is a mandatory additional fee of $25 to be paid upon check-in at the front desk, or no later than 9 AM the following day. This fee is for your parking permit, which is essential during your stay. The entire fee goes directly to the Homeowners Association (HOA), not to us as hosts. The HOA strictly enforces this policy, and cars without a permit are quickly towed at the owner’s expense. We want to ensure you have a smooth and fine-free visit, so please make sure to pick up your parking permit on time.

I come to Kihei often and this is by far the best location and apartment I stayed in. Great bed, great spot close to the beach, large screen TV, all beach items provided, and super easy check-in. We loved our stay!

I booked this room because they said it had just been redone and painted recently but they did it very cheaply. Its like a hotel room - 2 beds, desk, table & 2 chairs, small frig and microwave so very little area to walk around. But floor already had damage to it and it is buckled in places too so cheap installation or cheap product. Room on first floor sounded nice and view is pretty but no privacy so always had to close drapes when dressing. Oh and drapes aren't custom so don't fit right and several pieces.
