Before I arrived, Julie reached out with excitement. I asked questions about local trails & an extension cord for an electric vehicle, which she helped with. Everything from there on out had personal touches & the property location is beautiful. A cabin is next door; would be a great 2-couples trip if both parties rented both cabins. Thanks so much, can’t wait to be back!

Cute little cabin with great access to the lake! I could have spent the entire trip sitting around the large fire pit enjoying the beautiful lake view, it was the most relaxed I've felt in years. Would definitely rent again!

What an adorable cottage right on the lake. My little family needed a quiet, relaxing break from the stresses of normal life and we wanted to enjoy swimming and playing in the water. We got what we wanted and our hosts were awesome as well. We highly recommend this place!

Great place but there was a sewer smell we smelled outside the cabin all the time and inside the bedroom it was awful. We also could not use the grill due to food molded in it and it was rusted. Other than that it is a cute fun place to stay.

This is a fantastic location for a solo or couple. It's right on the water, so we did not have to rent a slip to keep our pontoon. No kitchen, but does have microwave, and coffee and fridge, which is all we really needed anyway. Great host, and easy transaction. Parking is tight, if you have large boat and trailer, so call ahead to make some arrangements if this is your situation. Quiet, peaceful, and just relaxing. Thanks Julie for a great week!

A precious little cabin with everything you could ever need. Contacted Julie about a last minute rental and she was more than willing to accommodate us. Was super easy to work with! The cabin is so cute and sits on a beautiful property with a great shoreline. Too cold to enjoy the water but we did love the lake front fire pit. Hope to return in the summer so we can use the kayaks and swim. Thanks again! Would definitely recommend to others!

We stayed for our 13th anniversary. I contacted the owner to see if she could get a balloon and flowers to surprise my wife. She went above and beyond and had balloons, flowers, and fudge in the cabin when we arrived. Great getaway right on the water.

Perfect Relaxing Getaway!
Cute exceptionally clean property with very easy check in process with the lake at your doorstep! Kayaks for use that we walked right out into the water from the cabin. Great hiking suggestions from the owner, Relaxing atmosphere. Close to everything. We WILL be back! Awesome host and accommodations!

Relaxing Couples Weekend!
This place was perfect for a weekend away from the hustle of life. Greers Ferry Lake was beautiful and Julie's place gave us a perfect view of the lake. The space was very clean and comfortable for just the 2 of us. Julie's house is next door and she made sure to let us know she was available but seeing as we never had a problem; we never met Julie (she made sure we had our privacy). We enjoyed the fire pit (it overlooked the lake) and the kayaks on the property. There are a few places in Higden to eat. We tried Las Playitas and Bentley's Restaurant and would recommend both. We took a day to drive to Heber Springs and went hiking also. Altogether this was a very relaxing trip for us. Thanks for letting us enjoy your cabin!

Beautiful view. Nice clean place to stay. Hassle free check-in/out. The lakes water level was a bit high while we were there so the shoreline was pretty rocky. Bring some water shoes. Good fishing. Would stay again 100%.

Cute little place to stay. Great view of the lake and had access to a fire pit and kayaks. Very clean. No problems or issues at all.

Like a hotel, but so much better
The accommodations are very similar to what you'd get in a hotel suite, but it's on a lake, with a grill and firepit. If the weather had been better, we would have taken advantage of the kayaks available to us. Instead, we relaxed next to a fire and watched the lake in peace. This place is definitely on our list to revisit.

Excellent host, great cabin
Julie was an awesome host. The cabin is so quaint. Adorable decor, clean, perfect amenities and lakefront view is amazing. Quiet neighborhood and really enjoyed the nearby hiking trails. The fire pit was great too. Thank you for a great weekend.

The property is very nice and clean. Walking distance to the lake shore. Unfortunately the lake water levels had been reduced which put the hurt on fishing. Owner is right next door if any problems arise. One small problem with Direct TV was quickly resolved by the owner. Just a side note be prepared to cook outside, only a small microwave in cabin, however, out door cooking was good.

Lovely Spot right on the Lake!
This was the perfect spot for my wife and infant son! There were a lot of large properties around, but my family needed something smaller and this was the perfect spot! It's pretty much like a hotel room plopped on the side of a lake. The cabin was well decorated, maintained, and felt newly renovated.
We were allowed to do an early check-in and a late check-out and really appreciated the flexibility from Julie.
It's right on the property of the owner, but we never interacted with them but were allowed to park right up to the cabin and explore around the lake.
We'd highly recommend this VRBO and would visit again!
