Patti's condo is clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. She was very responsive to all questions, before and during our stay. We were 3 couples, and each couple had a queen bed and their own bathroom; we all appreciated the privacy. Wonderful views of snowy hills and a fireplace in the living room (plenty of wood supplied). 10 minute drive to Mount Snow for downhill skiing and 20 minutes to a Nordic Ski center in Wilmington. It was a perfect weekend getaway; hope to come again next year.

Great place to stay with friends for a long weekend. The condo was well equipped and kitchen and bathrooms updated, which was nice. Having ensuite bathrooms for each bedroom made everyone feel comfortable and have a private space. The beautiful golf course is just out your back door. Convenient location between Wilmington and West Dover. Great restaurants, shops, and hiking trails close by.

Property was very nice but the a/c was very inefficient and extremely loud. Downstairs bedrooms had a lot of moisture. Very nice condo and everything was updated and clean.

Patricia’s condo was wonderful! Clean, spacious, fully renovated and great location on the 1st Tee of Haystack Golf Course. Lovely deck for morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. We will definitely be back again.

Picked this condo since it was on the golf course and it was a great location on the fairway of the first hole. Patty was very accommodating with flexible check in and check out. Everything was in working order. Fresh linens were supposed to be wrapped in bags, but we didn’t notice any. It was very helpful to have the electric grill on the deck. Loft was warm, even with fans and an A/C unit. Three windows on main level could not be cranked open. Nearby Shaw’s supermarket ( 5 mins drive) was convenient.

As a group of 4 friends we enjoyed our weekend stay at this clean & comfortable condo with a beautiful view of the Haystack golf course! It was everything it was advertised to be with plenty of room indoors and a nice deck with fire pit for outdoor enjoyment. It’s in a good location with proximity to the golf course and area restaurants. Patricia is a great host! No doubt we will stay here again.

We had a great repeat visit to the condo! Patti's place is clean, organized and well equipped with everything our family could need. She's a great host and responsive! We love the location - being close to the town of Wilmington and near the ski mountains. The setting over the golf course and overlooking the mountains are very beautiful. It's a relaxing setting with all of the comforts of home. We will be back again!

We had a great stay at this condo! It was the perfect size for 3 couples with each room having a queen and a bathroom. The place was very clean and as described. It's about a 10 minute drive to mount snow and 10 minutes to the town of Wilmington so it was easy to get around. I would definitely recommend this place!

The property is perfect for access to Mt. Snow, with tons of room for ski gear and family. We loved it here!
The only thing I would change would be to list more accurately the kitchen appliance. Notably, there is a keurig machine, but we did not know to bring k-cups. Easy enough to remedy because there is a Shaw's nearby, though.

Great Ski Condo!
What a great ski condo! It's close to the ski mountains and also close to Wilmington and Dover. The amenities are new - upgraded kitchen and bathrooms and each bedroom has a bathroom. The condo provides firewood and shovels snow. The fireplace makes it a cozy spot to unwind after a ski day and there are beautiful views of the green mountains and Haystack golf course. We've stayed before and look forward to staying again!

We had a lovely time here enjoying some late season skiing. The house was well stocked with everything we needed and there was plenty of space for everyone in the living room and around the table.

Fantastic stay on the golf course in Wilmington, VT
Our family enjoyed our weekend stay to enjoy the beautiful VT Fall Foliage! The condo is situated in a great location, right off the Haystack golf course with a balcony with a fire put that has beautiful views of the mountains. The condo is convenient and a few miles to downtown Wilmington and a short 10 min drive to Mount Snow / West Dover. The condo has been redone with new, high quality kitchen and bathrooms. Patti was extremely helpful and detail oriented and it was easy to navigate the check-in and check-out process. We look forward to coming back this winter for ski season!

Great condo in a perfect location
The condo was perfect for the three of us - we each had our
own space and bathroom. Check-in and communication with Patricia was easy and excellent. She even had a clever gift waiting for us on the kitchen table! Everything was clean, comfortable, especially the beds. Having the back deck to enjoy the autumn views was wonderful. We used the kitchen for breakfast and our dinners and it is well-stocked and easy to use. The bedroom upstairs worked well for us (it's in an open area with wooden blinds as "walls/doors") because we all went to bed at the same time. We appreciated having our own rooms and bathrooms - the showers were great and well supplied with extra towels. The location is close to both Mount Snow and Wilmington. We'd stay again and highly recommend.

Wonderful weekend
We were three couples all celebrating our anniversaries. We were all very pleased with this property. Incredibly clean and exactly as shown. Very happy with all the thoughtful touches - bottle of wine to welcome us, games, bug spray, soap, shampoo and conditioner as well as a blow dryer in each bathroom! Patti was wonderful to work with. Will definitely be back!

It's a very nice property which could be slightly improved with king-size beds and the addition of air conditioning. There are three sets of bedrooms, each with a private bath but they are either upstairs or downstairs with none on the main level. Overall, a great and quiet place to stay in Southern VT that is fully equipped and newly renovated. It is a plus if you are a golfer as the condo is on the first hole fairway of the newly opened Haystack Golf course open to the public, complete with a full-menu restaurant. Very responsive host.

Perfect Weekend Getaway
Myself and three friends stayed at this lovely condo for a weekend ski trip. It was perfect for what we needed for a weekend getaway. It was comfortable, clean, spacious and had everything you needed. The condo was also in a great location and had a beautiful view of the golf course and surrounding mountains. The owner was wonderful to communicate with as well.

Had a great four night stay with wife and kids. Easy short drive to Mt Snow. Toasty warm home with nicely updated bathrooms and kitchen. Nearby Wilmington was a nice surprise with a few good restaurant options.
