I could go on for pages, but I think the specific review items tell the tale. My wife and I spent a month in the rental house between January and February 2024. We could not have done better so far as attentive landlords go. Gina and Dave were friendly and very easy to work with. Any issues that cropped up, and small things always do, were handled immediately. In fact - texts to Gina were always responded to within minutes of our sending one. The pictures of the house are bang on representative of what you actually get once you are there. We would not hesitate to recommend staying at this house or have Gina and Dave as landlords, again. Thank you!

We really enjoyed the beautiful and cozy house. It was clean and well established. The heated pool was our highlight. We had everything what we need. The contact to Gina was easy and she helped us very much.

Beautiful home, gorgeous pool, comfy beds. Great place for people traveling with kids. Only thing that would be nice is the patio cleaned, lots of dirt that was hard to avoid tracking into the house.

Perfect house and location for a stay in Naples! The hosts were extremely accommodating and we loved the home. There was everything you could need, from kitchen supplies and beach towels to a pool in the backyard. Wonderful living area and the bathrooms and bedrooms were large and upscale. 10/10 recommend staying here. Thank you for a great trip!

Everything was exactly as stated and even better. House was in a great location to beach and to the Mercato. Close to shopping, groceries and to my daughter’s college. Beds were super comfortable. House was clean and organized! Gina was FABULOUS!!

Perfect. But the third BR with a sleeper sofa is small. OK for kids but not adults. We were a couple so it did not matter. Attention to small details was greatly appreciated, such as a supply of Kuerig cups and creamers.

We had a lovely stay at this property. The house was spotless and well-equipped, the neighborhood very quiet and conveniently located, and the pool was delightfully warm! The house was beautiful, everything was organized and labeled, it had everything you need. Kitchen well stocked, 3 beach chairs and an umbrella, warm heated pool. Beds were very comfortable, plenty of towels, blankets, sheets. Gina was extremely responsive with any questions or issues. She took care of all our needs promptly and was so sweet. One zoom of the best Vrbo experiences we’ve had in 6 years!

The house was recently remodeled, everything was super clean, organized and labeled. Well stocked and functioning. I have stayed in many vacation rentals and this one is one of my favorites. We felt at home it was perfect for my husband and kids. Gina was great, very responsive to our questions. Overall great house and location, short drive to the beach, shops and restaurants. Recommended!

This was the best experience we have had in our years of using VRBO. We spent 3 weeks during March with adult children & families. The home was very clean, well furnished and conveniently located. The heated pool was especially enjoyed. We appreciated the extras like bikes with chain lock, beach equipment, cleaning equipment, beach towels, high chair & pack-n-play. Gina was a wonderful host - very prompt in responding to our questions & needs.

My family of 5 (All kids are older teens)rented this house for a family celebration. We loved just hanging out at the house. It was spacious enough for all of us and the furniture was perfect. The pool was fabulous and used every day. The location of the property was perfect to get everywhere we needed to go. My only issue was the small bed and it's pull out in the 2nd bedroom. It said it was a pullout but it was small for 2 beds for an18 and 20 year old to each take a bed. Even with that, we had a great time and would stay there again!

Very convenient location close to Tamiami trail (41), close to the beach, plenty of restaurants/bars but still really quiet and peaceful. No issues at all and highly recommend

Amazing home with easy access to US 1 and all the main beaches. Very near a beautiful state park with dolphins and sea turtles present. I would definitely recommend this rental to any family with kids or who desire a pool! I would rent again for sure in the near future. !:)

We planned this trip to spend some time with the kiddos. We had a blast. The house is conveniently located in the North Naples area, very close to the beautiful Vanderbilt Beach. We found everything we needed to cook in both the kitchen and the grill outside. The owner was very responsive which we appreciated. The pool is very nice. We enjoyed our stay and we will definitely comeback.

This new to the vrbo market home was perfect for us. You can’t beat the location. Anything you’d want is a short drive- from excellent restaurants and trendy markets to Vanderbilt Beach. The owner couldn’t have been easier to work with or more accommodating and always promptly replied to all correspondence. Our only issue was with the beds and pillows. They already have done so much upgrading to the place, I just suggest they upgrade that next as they’re clearly old and no longer comfortable. But this was not a dealbreaker and we’d stay again without hesitation! Book this place, you won’t be disappointed!
