The place is 5 minutes walking from a nice beach! You can find a laundry next to the place, also restaurants and shops with food. The owner is a really nice guy. Its a great place to stay at Puerto Escondido. It is close to the main road but its not that noisy with closed doors.

The balcony is great! We used the kitchen, cooking was possible and enough for us, but not perfectly equipped. Good and cheap for this area. We could go into the room pretty early.

Maybe it was not perfectly clean because we could get in earlier..

wifi doesnt work. shower was coming out with black water for the first minutes, same as sink and when flushing the toilet.

The apartment was brilliant value for money; bright, airy and clean with great kitchen area. It is nicer than in the photos. The only downside was the road noise! In the apartment was fine with the door shut but the balcony/kitchen area was very loud.

Very friendly hosts! Great location close about 5 minutes from the beach and close to town. The apartment is large and very clean. We stayed for 1 week, and would happily stay there again.

It is a bit loud from road noise in the kitchen area but we had no problems sleeping with the air conditioner blocking the noise.
